Spatial Program and Utilization of Social Welfare Centers in the Rental Housing Block (영구임대주택단지 내 복지시설의 기능구성과 활용실태)

  • The construction of settlement house in a permanent rental housing development area started between 1989 and 1992, planning of supplying two hundred fifty thousand residences, settlement house became compulsory as a welfare facilities. As a part of Welfare program for low income families, number of settlement housing increased dramatically, also domiciliary welfare center was beginning to set up as a branch of settlement housing to strengthen its service towards families and local communities, thus numerous social welfare organizations play a crucial part in resolving a welfare problem for low income families while satisfying local community's needs. However, despite of these efforts, the number if institutions cannot handle demand of local community's needs and number of welfare institution programs. as a solution, the alternation of space is being used, however, it did not solve basic problem, even worsen in terms of space efficiency.

  • Even though MCG has many advantages over ECG, MCG signa)s are easily corrupted by external magnetic noises Since multi-channel MCG signals are recorded simultaneously at many spatial positions, it is effective to apply spatial fitters as well as the conventional temporal filters to remove external magnetic noises. The spatial filters can be designed by utilizing the fact that the noise signals caused by external noise sources are more spatially correlated than the original MCG signals. In this paper, we introduce a spatial filtering method for the noise reduction in MCG based on the principal component analysis. Healthy volunteer study results obtained with a 61-channel MCG system are presented.

Effects of Facilities Linked to the Subway Stations on the Rent of Commercial Spaces Inside the Stations (지하철역과 연계된 시설이 역사 내부 상업공간 임대료에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to analyze whether facilities linked to the inside and outside of the station affect the revitalization of commercial spaces inside the station where individual rental stores are clustered. Rent, which can replace sales, was set as the determining factor for revitalization. In addition to the variables related to sales, culture, office work/residential, public institutions, and transportation facilities, the independent variables were the number of daily passengers, which is a location factor of the station, and the product sales business, which accounts for the largest number of industries in the commercial space inside the station. As a result of regression analysis, it was proved that rent has an effect on product sales business, linked sales facilities, transportation facilities, and the number of passengers on board. These results indicate that the formation of sales products that can increase purchasing power and the direction of facility linkage that can increase the inflow population into the station are needed to revitalize commercial spaces in the station. In this study, the establishment of a living-friendly SOC for residents' convenience daily life was suggested as a policy management plan for stations with a high vacancy rate due to reduced vitalization.

  • 플라즈마 연구 및 응용에서 플라즈마를 구성하는 이온에 대한 정보를 얻는 것은 중요하다. 특히 플라즈마 진단, 박막 증착, 플라즈마 코팅, 플라즈마 이온주입 등과 같은 플라즈마 프로세싱에서 이온들의 종류 구성비율 및 분포는 매우 중요하다. 질량분석기는 대개 큰 규모로 복잡하고 값비싼 경향이 있다. 플라즈마 교란을 최소화하면서 충분한 질량분해능을 갖고 국소적으로 이온들을 분석할 수 있는 간단하고 작은 규모의 값싼 질량분석기가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 플라즈마 내에 존재하는 이온을 분석하기 위하여 간단하고 작은 규모의 값싼 프라즈마 이온 질량분석기를 설계, 제작하였다. 이온 질량분석기는 ion extraction part, double focusing sector magnet, ion collector로 구성되어 있다. 플라즈마에 잠기는 ion extraction part의 외부 전극에 Al2O3를 코팅하여 플라즈마 교란을 최소화하였다. 이온들의 공간적 분포를 측정하기 쉽게 하기 위하여 ion extraction part를 이동하여도 질량여과기를 통과한 후에 접속되는 초점의 위치가 Faraday ion collector 에 고정되도록 ion optical system을 설계하였다. Extracting electrode에 의하여 가속된 이온들이 sector magnet에 들어갈 때 평행이 되게 하기 위하여 여러 개의 미세구조를 갖는 Mo grids를 사용하고 immersion lens를 넣어서 이온 광학 시스템을 구성하였다. extraction electrode와 sector magnet 사이에 보조 electrode를 하나 더 넣어서 extracting electrode와 보조 electrode 사이에 immersion lens를 만들었다. 질량여과기로는 permanent magnet sector와 time-varying electrical field를 결합하여 사용하였다. Extracting electrode에 1kV 정도의 전압을 인가하여 이온들을 가속시키고 sector magnet에 톱니파 형태의 전압을 인가하여 mass spectrum을 얻었다. 이온 질량분석기를 플라즈마 장치에 적용하여 질량분해능 등의 특성을 연구하였다. Hot cathode discharge와 inductively coupled RF discharge에서 발생된 질소 플라즈마를 구성하는 이온들의 종류와 그 구성비율을 연구하였다.

  • Distinct element simulation in jointed rock masses is largely dependent upon the joint constitutive equation used. This paper describes the differences between the Barton-Bandits (BB) and the Mohr-Coulomb (MC) joint constitutive models for the stability analysis of the jointed rock slopes. The BB model, which allows the modelling of the dilation accompanying shear, predicts results very similar to the present condition of slopes. Consequently the 10 cm thick shotcrete was proposed for the reinforcement of those slopes. The MC model, however, in which the dilation angle is constant, is relatively insensitive to the behaviors of joints.

  • A Unique Feature Identifier(UFID) is a way of referring to a feature, generally representing a tangible feature in the real world. In other words, a UFID uniquely identifies the related feature in the database and is normally used to link two or more databases together. This paper presents a UFID system aiming at the internal uses for National Geography Institute(NGI) as well as external uses for National Geographic Information System(NGIS) generally to link datasets together. The advantage of the proposed type of UFID lies in the meaningful nature of the identifier in providing a direct spatial index - administrative area and feature code. The checksum character proposed in this research is designed to remove any uncertainty about the number being corrupt. It will account lot digit transposition during manual input as well as corruption in transfer or processing.

  • Telematics is a wireless data communication system that provides various information services for driver's the safety or entertainment, and it makes drivers possible to use those services in the moving space, as if he/she is at home or at office. As telecommunication technology develops and Telematics market grows larger, standard platform for the intelligent telematics is required. This paper describes the structure and module control design of the intelligent telematics that recognizes driver's needs and pushes customized services to the driver at real-time.

  • This study is concerned with analysing complexity, flexibility and dynamism of social discoursive space. The developmental process of social discourse is analogous to that of a spatial structure of social discourse. Post-capitalist society has seen New-Liberalism and New-Conservatism have become dominant, resulting in the deterioration of the cultural politics of citizenship. It is argued that the position of otherness, in which those binary structures (inside/outside or centre/margin) collide and collapse, is where subversive discourse can emerge to dominant discursive power. Furthermore, it is necessary to democratize social discursive space, through which the Other becomes able to. participate in the social production, distribution and consumption of social discourse.

  • In this paper, we propose the time relation model among the media with the concept of time and space on hypermedia system. This model classifies time proceeding relations in the node and among media connected with the link which is extended to internal link (while a current node remains, a destination node of internal link proceeds) and external link(a current node is replaced by a destination node of external link). Using this model, hypermedia system for hypermedia presentation is designed and implemented. This hypermedia system provides editing tools and controllers to created and edit nodes with time relation information, link tool to construct associative relations among nodes and navigation tool to control context flows.

기술현황분석 - 고출력 유압식 무단변속기(HCVT) 개발동향

  • 유압식 무단변속기(HCVT : Hydraulic Type Continuous Variable Transmission)는 유압펌프와 유압모터의 용적변화에 의하여 무단변속이 이루어지므로 내부구조가 간단하고 변속충격도 거의 없다. 그리고 유압펌프와 유압모터는 작동압력을 높임으로써 출력비와 토크를 크게 향상시킬 수 있다. 그러나 기존 변속기에 비하여 콤팩트한 장점은 있지만 동력전달효율이 다소 떨어진다. 그리하여 연비보다는 한정된 공간, 기동력, 그리고 고출력을 요구하는 중 대형차량의 차세대 변속기로 널리 활용된다. 본 연구에서는 선진국의 무단변속기에 대한 연구동향을 정리하고 국내에서 연구 개발이 진행되고 있는 유압식 무단변속기의 작동원리, 기계장치의 내부구조, 그리고 유압장치의 변속기능을 소개한다. 또한 기계동력전달과 유압동력전달에 관련된 수식들을 유도하고 다양한 동력조건에서 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 유압식 무단변속기의 내 외부에서 생성되는 토크, 속도, 동력 등의 각종 물리량들을 분석한다. 이러한 정보들은 구성부품들의 선정 및 설계에 유용한 자료로 활용된다.
