  • 북한은 최근 노동당 세포비서대회에서 '고난의 행군'을 할 것을 결심하였고 이를 내부 결속을 다지는 계기로 삼자고 하였다. 북한이 올해 최고인민회의를 통하여 발표한 예산 수입 증가율은 코로나 사태를 겪었던 지난해의 0.9%로, 매우 저조한 수준으로 나타나고 있다. 본 자료에서는 북한경제의 중요한 부분인 국가 예산 수입 항목 구분의 원리를 중심으로 하여, 예산 수입 항목들의 개념과 납부 방법 등을 납세자와 납부자의 측면에서 설명함으로써 예산 수입에 대한 구체적인 이해를 돕고자 한다. 먼저 북한에서 국가 예산 납부의 의무를 갖는 단위를 설명하고, 다음으로 국가 예산 수입 항목별로 구성과 내용을 살펴본다. 자료는 북한의 관련법 및 문건, 간행물 등을 주로 참고하였음을 밝힌다.

A Study on User Evaluation of VR Games on Improving Visual Immersion (시각적 몰입감 향상에 관한 VR 게임의 사용자 평가 연구)

  • This study conducted empirical analysis through user experience and questionnaire to find out whether the technical and contextual elements of the 'COVID-19 SABER' VR game produced and developed through initial research affect the improvement of the user's visual immersion. As a result first, the hypotheses regarding the resolution, viewing angle, effect, and design quality of the technical elements were accepted, but the hypotheses regarding the frame rate and the brightness of the lighting were rejected. Next, as for the hypothesis of the contextual elements, the hypothesis about background, directing, color and texture, interest and fun was adopted, and the hypothesis about storytelling was rejected. In summary, it was concluded that in order to increase the visual immersion of VR games, technical elements resolution, viewing angle, effect, design quality, contextual elements background, directing, color and texture, interest and fun must be designed and produced. The results of this study are expected to serve as basic data for the production and development of VR games that can induce and improve user's visual immersion in the future.

This paper has conducted the contents and visual points of view in webmagazine. Through case study, the following and identify for the analysis of the webmagazine contents and visual format. Firstly, communication at webmagazine is carried out at the user-centered atmosphere. Secondly, Even through an aesthetic is emphasized in the webmagazine, when web designer compose of the web site, it is necessary to find the proper methodology under the basis of user's behavior. Thirdly, Although webmagazine required the visual form, we should know that the evaluation of webmagazine should be implemented by users. Therefore, webmagazine should be designed by the user-centered layout.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the contents of "Reading Education" course in LIS in terms of objects, teaching methods and problems. 19 similar courses to "Reading Education" provided by LIS in the US and 32 similar courses to "Reading Education" provided by LIS in Korea were investigated and analyzed. Most courses provided by the US graduate schools emphasized specific teaching techniques. However. most courses provided by Korean departments stressed general objects and goals. The suggested syllabus of 'Reading Education' course, composed of 13 weeks, was constructed focusing on 3 parts, various reading materials, teaching methods and bibliotherapy.

  • In this study the meaning and necessity for self-regulation in managing and organizing the national curriculum is researched in order to reflect the reality that the tide of regionalization appears apparently with globalism. Hwacheon is chosen and applied as an example region for selecting and forming a new learning content in geography education and teaching and learning that content. The regional geography should be learned in high schools according to the approach of regional textbooks being made and used now in primary and middle schools, and the contents of textbooks should be properly reorganized in accordance with the students' school ages rather than organized simply with enumerating geographic facts in a row. And the contents should be organized centering on the learners' daily living sphere. In addition, teaching-learning method should be taken into consideration according to the scale of the regions. Consequently, in this study small-scaled area was chosen as a learning content, laying stress on daily lives within the living zone, and therefore field work is considered as a learning method.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose algorithm classification system for algorithm education for Elementary and Secondary Students. We defines the components of the algorithm and expresses the algorithm classification system by the analysis synthesis method. The contents of the study are as follows. First, we conducted a theoretical search on the classification purpose and classification. Second, the contents and limitations of the classification system for the proposed algorithm contents were examined. In addition, we examined the contents and selection criteria of algorithms used in algorithm education research. Third, the algorithm components were redefined using the core idea and crosscutting concept proposed by the NRC. And the crosscutting concept of algorithm is subdivided into algorithm data structure and algorithm design strategy, and its contents are presented using analytic synthesis classification scheme. Finally, the validity of the proposed contents was verified by the review of the expert group. It is expected that the study on the algorithm classification system will provide many implications for the contents selection and training method in the algorithm education.

  • 가상 다중 세그먼트 (Virtual Multi-Segment)란 하나의 LAN이 라우터나 방화벽을 사용하지 않고 가상적으로 여러 개의 세그먼트로 나뉘어진 것을 의미한다. 일반적으로 같은 LAN에 속한 호스트들일지라도 다양한 보안 정책을 가지게 되는데 그 결과로 우회 경로 공격(bypass path attack)이 가능해지고 (Hierarchical)방화벽 시스템을 구성하여 다른 보안 정책을 가진 세스먼트마다 방화벽을 구축하고 있는데 이 방식은 방화벽 시스템을 구성하여 다른 보안 정책을 가진 세그먼트마다 방화벽을 구축하고 있는데 이 방식은 방화벽을 여러 개 설치해야 하는 문제가 있다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서 방화벽을 통해 지나오는 각 연결에 대해서 회선체인을 구성하는 기법을 이용하여 가상적인 다중 세그먼크를 구성한다. 회선체인구성을 효과적으로 수행하기 위해 Thumbpint기법을 사용하는데 이 기법은 동일한 시간대에 모든 회선이 갖는 내용에 대한 요약을 만들어 그 요약들을 가지고 어떤 회선들이 같은 내용을 가지고 있는지를 판단하여 회선체인을 구성하는 기법이다. 본 논문에서 가상 다중 세그먼트 방화벽을 설계와 구현하였다.

  • Cultural heritage teaching and learning, which uses cultural heritage as educational content, has not been sufficiently analyzed and studied based on clear educational theories so far. Among educational theories, constructivism is a theory in which learning is a process of constructing learning contents determined by learners' individual experiences and interests, and the result is evaluated as a confirmation of whether or not they have the ability to carry out the process. Cultural heritage is a lively and interesting social and cultural product, and it is an educational content that has sufficient educational function and meaning for a textbook. It is considered to be a very meaningful study to apply the constructivist educational theory to the educational contents of cultural heritage with these characteristics. Based on this awareness of the problem, this study examined the characteristics and principles of constructivist teaching and learning, the characteristics of cultural heritage, and the principles of constructivist teaching and learning on a theoretical basis. In addition, from the perspective of constructivism, the current cultural heritage teaching and learning was analyzed and problems were derived. Based on this, the direction of cultural heritage teaching and learning is that the cultural heritage teaching and learning process should be learner-centered, the teaching and learning principle should be cognitive conflict, the teaching and learning content should be in the form of task solving, and teaching and learning activities should be cooperative. presented. In addition, an example of a program was presented to specifically show the actual state of teaching and learning of cultural assets from the perspective of constructivism. Cultural heritage teaching and learning research from the perspective of constructivism will be an opportunity to discover new meanings of cultural heritage that we have not yet found, and it will also serve as an opportunity to present and establish the direction of cultural heritage teaching and learning, which has been barren until now.
