ISBN is ISO standard numbering system for the off-line books. In 2001, IETF RFC 3187 described the conceptual specification of ISBN as URN. This paper focus on the system architecture, DB content and resolution system of the ISBN supporting system based on the standard system called DDDS which is the standard system described in IETF for URN resolution.

언어학적 성과를 효과적으로 반영하고 운용할 수 있는 체계적인 전자 사전 구축을 위해선, 어휘들에 대한 총체적이고 체계적인 언어 정보 제공과 함께 효율적인 처리 방식이 무엇보다도 필요하다. 따라서 이번 전자 사전 구축 작업은 내용 면에서는 형태 정보를 중심으로 다양하고 상세한 어휘 특성들을 체계적으로 제시하였고, 기술 방식에 있어서는 모든 입력 정보를 코드화시킴으로써 효율성을 추구했다. 또한 연구 과정에서 나타난 문제 유형에 대한 인식과 검토는 앞으로 사전 개발의 원칙 및 방향을 설정하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 특히 단어 형성 정보에 있어서 접사 정보가 부착된 파생어 사전은 어휘 확장과 중의성 해결을 하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 본고에서는 3음절 명사 사전 작업의 전반적인 과정, 분류 유형, 어휘 정보, 기술 방법 및 앞으로 논의될 문제 유형들을 담고 있다.

CC does not Contain detailed instructions about evaluation document. So, we must develop document schema to make CC-based evaluation system. In this report, we developed document schema that can be used in CC-based evaluation system. We devloped document schema and DTD that applying Weakest precondition function, reduction rules about amount of document and dependancy analysis document from assurance class within CC. Approach of this study can be applied to develop document and DTD that can be used in evaluation system of software quality.

증강현실 서비스를 제공하기 위해 현실세계와 가상세계의 연결고리인 위치 지시자가 필요하다. 위치 지시자는 RF칩이나 적외선 표시기 등의 능동형 위치 지시자와 특정 코드, 또는 이미지와 같은 수동형 위치 지시자가 있다. 그 중 수동형 위치 지시자가 갖는 한계점을 극복하고자 본 논문에서는 현실세계 컨텐츠 테두리에 코드를 삽입하는 1차원 코드 체계인 Border Code를 제안한다. 현실세계 컨텐츠의 테두리에 코드를 삽입함으로 인해 현실세계 컨텐츠와 독립적이지 않고, 현실세계 컨텐츠와 어울어져 증강현실 서비스 제공에 용이 하다. 이런 Border Code 체계의 구성, 인식 과정, 서비스 제공 방안과 실험내용을 보인다.

본 연구는 코로나19 대응을 위한 업무연속성계획의 가동 경험을 분석하여 체계를 개선한 내용을 다루고 있다. 코로나19는 전 세계적으로 팬데믹을 일으킨 대유행병으로, 감염병 확산으로 인한 위기 상황에서 업무연속성을 확보하는 것이 중요하다. 전력에너지 공기업은 위기대응 체계를 구축하고 필수 대응 사례를 분석하여 업무연속성을 유지하는 방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위해 근무환경 분리, 핵심인력 확보, 비상대응 업무계획 수립 등 다양한 대책을 시행하였다. 코로나19 상황에서 전력에너지 공급업무의 연속성 확보를 위한 이러한 대책들은 효과적으로 시행되었고, 감염병 재난관리에 대한 매뉴얼로 활용하고 있다.

Building and researching high definition maps that support autonomous vehicles, one of Korea's key challenges for the future, are being actively propelled in both private and government sectors with the goal of fast commercialization. Under this perspective, update methods that secure up-to-date information are emerging as key tasks. To provide a plan for establishing efficient renewal systems for high definition maps, we analyzed the present condition of road types, causes of road changes and its annual change rates, and examined where and how such road change information is managed. Furthermore, the method of collection and detection of road change information and the renewal system of high definition maps are defined based on the current study. At the end of the paper, a step-by-step renewal system is proposed through the examination of renewal cycles, contents, and region of high definition maps.

The purpose of the study is to investigate and analyze the categories of online bookstores and to propose improvements. For the study, the category conformity was compared among eight Korean online bookstores selected; the book classification on the categories was compared from them. The results show that the category conformity was high among online bookstores, but the book classification on the categories was different on the bookstores. ISBN contents classification codes for books might not help to classify the books on the categories. Thus, the study proposes a new publication category for the book classification on categories of online bookstores.

The informatics in the 2015 revised national curriculum has established the identity as the core subject for the intelligent information society. However, while the nature, objective, scopes and contents, and achievement standards of the curriculum are systematic, there is a lack of research on effective teaching and learning, and assessment methods. This study analyzed the applicability of Bebras Challenge, which began in Lithuania in 2004 and has been attracting attention as a new informatics education model with 1.3 million students as participants in 2015 around the world. Furthermore this research presented related issues for the indigenization of Bebras Challenge. This study will be a basis for the research of teaching and learning, and assessment models as well as the spread of Bebras Challenge.

The successful practicum should be based on the systematic supervision and the supervision will be provided by the cooperation and liason between school and field. This study intended to explore the perception of faculty field liasons about the contents of supervision. As a result of using the Q methodology, the percetion on supervison was categorized into three types : "focusing on attitude and mind of social worker", "focusing on knowledge and self-awareness" and "focusing on practice skills for intervention". According to these results, discussions and implications for social work education and practice were suggested.

In order to understand the concepts of image processing with effect, a learning system with an actual practice is necessary. As most image processing learning materials have some inconvenient respects that it is difficult to understand the processing procedure because they simply show the processed results as figures in the contents, and also, a separate practice tool is needed to operate the source codes because they provide the program source codes as a part in the context. In this paper, in order to solve above inconvenient respects, an image processing learning system that be able to improve the learning effects as accomplishing the theory studying and the actual practice in parallel is proposed. As this system is composed on the bases of java, it is independent to the platforms and it is possible to implement on the Web.
