The discovery of new historical resources is important in that it ensures the sustainability of future researches and enables new interpretations and expansion of them. The purpose of this study is to describe the characteristics of Chinese reports related to the newly discovered Gwangju Student Movement in terms of contents. In particular, since Chinese reports contain the same expressions and contents, we tried to figure out which materials from Korea and Japan were cited the same and what kind of relationships there were. The analysis results are as follows: First, the relationship between the reports on December 6, 1929, which were newly claimed as the first reports, and the Gwangju Student Movement was explained in detail. Although there is no specific indication that the distributing of manifesto and arresting case on December 6th in Seoul was related to the Gwangju Student Movement, it should be viewed as the first reports made to support it. Second, in previous studies, it was revealed that the contents known as the newspaper's own reports were actually quoted from previous reports in Korea or Japan. Third, it was confirmed that the contents of reports could be affected by the citation reports according to the political characteristics of the newspapers.

The Web is the largest distributed information space but, the individual's capacity to read and digest contents is essentially fixed. In these Web environments, mining traversal patterns is an important problem in Web mining with a host of application domains including system design and information services. Conventional traversal pattern mining systems use the inter-pages association in sessions with only a very restricted mechanism (based on vector or matrix) for generating frequent K-Pagesets. We extend a family of novel algorithms (termed WebPR - Web Page Recommend) for mining frequent traversal patterns and then pageset to recommend. We add a WebPR(A) algorithm into a family of WebPR algorithms, and propose a new winWebPR(T) algorithm introducing a window concept on WebPR(T). Including two extended algorithms, our experimentation with two real data sets, including LadyAsiana and KBS media server site, clearly validates that our method outperforms conventional methods.

문서 자동 요약은 입력된 문서에 대해 컴퓨터가 자동으로 요약을 생성하는 과정을 의미한다. 즉, 컴퓨터가 문서의 기본적인 내용을 유지하면서 문서의 복잡도 즉 문서의 길이를 줄이는 작업이다. 효율적인 정보 접근을 제공함과 동시에 정보 과적재를 해결하기 위한 하나의 방법으로 문서 자동요약에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 어휘 연관성 정보를 이용하여 한국어 문서를 자동으로 요약하는 효율적이며 효과적인 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 제안한 방법에서는 신문기사와 같은 특정 부류에 국한되는 단어간의 어휘연관성을 이용하여 명사-명사 공기패턴과 명사-동사 공기패턴을 구축하여 문서요약에 이용한다. 크게 불용어 처리 단계, 공기패턴 구축 단계, 문장 중요도 계산 단계, 요약 생성단계의 네 단계로 나누어 요약을 생성한다. 30% 중요문장 추출된 신문기사를 대상으로 평가한 결과 명사-명사 공기패턴과 빈도만을 이용한 방법보다 명사-동사 공기패턴을 이용한 방법이 좋은 결과를 가져 왔다.

최근 급속히 발전하고 있는 컴퓨터 하드웨어 기술로 이미지, 오디오, 비디오 등의 방대한 멀티미디어 데이터가 비 선별적으로 일반 사용자에게 제공되어지고 있다. 하지만 상이한 해석이 가능한 멀티미디어 데이터의 특성상 정확한 데이터의 전달을 위해 각각의 사용자의 취향을 고려할 수 있는 지능 컴퓨팅 기술 즉, 개인화 모델의 이용이 필수적이다. 개인화 모델의 구축을 위해서는 사용자의 피드백 정보를 필요로 하게 되는데, 현재까지의 연구는 결과에 대한 만족정도를 사용자가 일일이 조사해야 하는 부담 때문에 사용자에게는 일반적인 환경에서 사용자의 묵시적인 피드백 정보를 이용하는 기술 개발의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 묵시적으로 사용자의 시각 정보 및 행위 정보를 이용하여 사용자의 부담을 줄이는 동시에 적응 및 학습 능력을 갖는 지능 사용자 인터페이스를 적용한 내용기반 이미지 검색 시스템을 구현하였다.

For the past few years, personal information breach incidents, great and small, occurred constantly. Accordingly, the Personal Information Protection related Ordinances are enacted and amended persistently, and the information security products also keep advancing and developing in the same way. There are the certification systems such as Common Criteria Evaluation and Validation(CC) and Korea Cryptographic Module Validation Program(KCMVP) for the information security products. These are also strictly carried out. This paper analyzes and categorizes the 5 Personal Information Protection related Ordinances in the aspects of technical protection measures by using key words. Here are the 5 related ordinances; 'the Personal Information Protection Act', 'the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc', 'the Act on the Protection, Use, Etc, of Location Information', 'the Use and Protection of Credit Information Act', and 'the Electronic Financial Transactions Act.' Moreover, this study analyzes the association between the technical protection measures in the 5 relevant laws and the information security products that are obtaining the CC Evaluation & Validation(CC) and the products that are now produced at KISIA's member companies.

Population and the environment are the basic elements of a human ecological system having intrinsic links between them. But, research on their relationships is very limited in both quantity and depth. Although the concern on the topic has grown recently, most discussions lack analytical perspectives and are largely descriptive. The tendency is blamed for problems involved in defining the term, the environment, and the paucity of data on environment. In Korea, the limitation is much grater and, therefore, this study sets a moderate aim: That is, to explore, from ecological perspectives, various implications of population change on the environment in 20th century Korea. More specifically, it examines the related theoretical discussions, the major features of population change, and changes in environmental conditions that can be assumed to have direct or indirect links with population size and urbanization. Official statistics and newspaper articles on various environmental issues consist of the major data sources.

클러스터링은 무질서한 데이터들의 상호 연관 관계를 정의하고, 이를 통하여 보다 체계적으로 데이터를 군집화하는 것이다. 클러스터링을 적용한 웹 서비스 시스템은 비슷한 내용을 묶어 제공하기 때문에 사용자는 보다 효율적으로 정보를 제공받을 수 있다. 시멘틱 웹의 기반이 되는 온톨로지는 클러스터링을 위한 완벽한 입력 데이터를 제공한다. 본 논문은 온톨로지를 기반의 메타 데이터를 클러스터링 하기 위한 기법을 제안한다. 본 논문의 목적은 온톨로지 기반의 메타 데이터들의 유사성을 측정하기 위한 평가함수를 정의하고, 이러한 평가함수를 적용한 계층적 클러스터링 알고리즘을 연구하는 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate perceptions of high school students and science teachers about high school fusing science. Science teachers and high school students perceived that high school fusing science was related to various areas and they preferred to be taught separately from each area. Science teachers perceived that high school fusing science improved the understanding in the area of scientific common knowledge, advanced technology, and the history of science, but neither scientific writing nor discussion were actively involved. It also didn't contribute to the enhancement of scientific thinking and communication skill. Especially, high school students believed that they were more interested in science through fusing science. On the other hand, teachers believed that this high school fusing science might not impact student's learning and generate negative perception. Science teachers and students perceived that they were more interested in fusing science because it was combination of many areas in science. They also perceived that contents in fusing science were more related to their daily life.

The purpose of this study is to critically examine the relationship between 'academic disciplines', 'subject', 'subject content', and 'subject matter education' as an attempt to explore the meaning and identity of subject matter education. In this study, first, we looked at the origin of the 'separative' perspective, focusing on science education, and the effects of this perspective on the relationship between 'academic discipline', 'subject', 'subject content', and 'subject matter education'. In addition, the relationship between them was examined from 'essential-holistic' perspective. As a result of the study, it was found that the 'separative' perspective has limitations in grasping the organic and overall relationship between 'academic discipline', 'subject', 'subject content', and 'subject matter education'. Therefore, we need to overcome the existing 'separative' perspective in order to go beyond the current horizon. On the other hand, the 'essential-holistic' perspective shows a close relationship that is not essentially separated between 'academic discipline', 'subject', 'subject content', and 'subject matter education'. It is expected as a perspective that can help solve the teacher education problem caused by the 'separative' perspective.

급변하는 정보기술의 발달로 국제적인 이슈로 떠오르고 있는 전자정부는 국내 정보통신분야에서도 많은 관심을 보이고 있다. 그러나 국가자격증의 경우 전자정부와 연관성이 많지만 전자정부를 추진하는데 있어서 국가자격증과 관련한 내용은 언급되고 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 국가자격증의 하나인 보육자격증 중심에서 국내 전자정부와 보육자격증의 연계방안을 제시 하고자 한다. 보육자격증 연계방안의 목적은 전자정부에서 제공 받을 수 있는 주민등록등본, 지방자치단체에서 관리하는 경력 정보를 기반으로 학교, 교육원의 정보를 제공받아 고객중심의 서비스 행정을 구현 할 수 있으며 접근성의 제고를 통해 투명성과 신뢰성이 있는 열린 행정을 구현 할 수 있다. 또한 이러한 통합망은 국가존립 및 발전을 위한 하나의 큰 아젠다(Agenda)인 보육의 체계적 발전을 위한 사회간접자본(SOC:social overhead capital)으로서의 역할을 기대할 수 있다.
