Pre-service Elementary Teachers' Perceptions of the Technological, Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) (테크놀로지 교수내용 지식 (TPACK) 에 대한 예비초등교사의 인식)

  • This study intended to analyze pre-service elementary teachers' perceptions of teacher knowledge based on the Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework. Seventy-four pre-service elementary teachers who were enrolled at an University of Education located in mid-continent of Korea participated in a survey. Results of the survey was analyzed using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method. It was found that perception of importance was significantly higher than that of performance at all seven domains of the TPACK. IPA matrix extracted from the survey indicates that Technological Content Knowledge (TCK), Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK), and TPACK which are related to technology especially need to develop. Results of this study also show the necessity to support pre-service teachers so that they can have opportunities to develop and use technology-related knowledge and skills. This study especially implies that technological knowledge needs to be integrated with content and pedagogical knowledge when implementing curriculum and educational programs for pre-servie elementary teachers.

  • 본 고에서는 국가 R&D를 통해 개발된 IT 융합기술을 소개하고 국책연구결과물의 시범적용을 통해 새로운 사업화 모델을 발굴하고 더불어 지자체와 함께 서비스 모델의 적용을 통한 상용화 추진내용을 소개하였다. 본 사업이 성공적으로 실시되면 일반 국민들이 새로운 IT 기반의 융합서비스를 이용함으로써 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 융합서비스에 대한 인식확산과 신성장동력으로서 IT 융합 산업 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대하고 있다. BT는 물론이고 NT, 전통산업 등 다양한 분야와 융합을 확대해 국민의 삶을 더욱 윤택하고 행복하게 할 수 있는 따뜻한 IT, 즐거운 IT를 실현할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 모바일 융합 서비스를 개발하기 위해 단순 컴포넌트의 조립(integration)이나 합병(merge)과 융합 서비스를 식별하는 기존의 개념만으로 부족하다. 비즈니스 서비스 모델에 적합한 비즈니스 기능을 가진 융합 서비스를 지원하는 응용 시스템 개발을 위해 비즈니스 서비스 모델에서부터 서비스 모델로의 매핑과 다양한 자산(assets)정보가 필요하며 이들을 설계 단계에서 구현 단계를 지원하는 적절한 프레임 워크가 절대적으로 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 집약적인 신기술을 도입하여 시장 전략과 융합 모바일 도메인에 적합한 소프트웨어 개발 도구 및 환경 지원을 위한 모바일 융합 서비스 기반 공통 프레임워크(SOCF:Service Oriented Common Frameworks)를 연구하며 실생활의 모바일 서비스가 제공자와 고객 간에 재사용 단위의 추상화 수준을 단순 컴포넌트를 넘어 서비스 제공과 사용사이(provide/consume)의 서비스 수준까지 확대하여 다양한 서비스 자원들을 통합하고 재사용하여 서비스 융합 시스템 개발을 지원하는 프레임워크 설계 및 구현에 관한 내용을 서술한다.

A Study on Establishment of Convergence Education School for the Gifted (융합형 영재교육기관 설립에 관한 연구)

  • In these days it can be said that knowledge based society has been passed through and creative society is approaching, and the important keywords to the coming creative society should be the knowledge, the creativity, and the convergence. In order to make preemptive responses to this 21 century's new creative society, cultivation of gifted students with integrated prototype is also an imperative reason to prepare. With this historical background Korean Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology announced "a general plan on invigoration of elementary and middle school level art education for cultivation of creativeness and humanity" containing the acting curriculums of science and art integrated on June 2010, and also announced "the second general plan for support on development of science and technology professionals" including STEAM education for elementary and middle school level at January 2011. In this paper we developed a strategy appliable to establish an education institution for gifted students specialized on promoting the students to the convergence type gifted students. For the purpose, we derived the necessity for convergence education for the gifted and the implication points through analysis on the examples, and developed a strategy to establish an education institution for gifted students.

  • This study aims to find ways to qualify lifelong education professionals for the disabled based on the convergence curriculum between the "department of vocational special education in university-educated graduate school" and "major department". The research method was composed of a combination of literature analysis and expert meetings. The research contents include the qualifications for the training course for the lifelong education professionals for the disabilities established in the convergence curriculum after accumulating the teaching experience in the majors that can be restructured as lifelong education institutions for the disabled. In addition, the focus of the curriculum of the "department of vocational special education in university-educated graduate school" should be improved in order to foster and integrate lifelong education professionals for the disabled. The results of the study concluded that the functional relationship between vocational special education and lifelong education for the disabled was established.

Development of the Contents of AI Convergence Education Method Subjects and Verification of Teaching Efficacy Effectiveness for Elementary and Secondary Teachers

  • In this paper, the needs and environment of the 'AI Convergence Education Method' were analyzed for elementary and secondary teachers, and based on this, teaching efficacy of informatics education was verified. For the research, elementary and secondary teachers who take the subject were selected, and based on the results of analyzing the general characteristics, pre-knowledge level, and needs of the subject, curriculum for 15 weeks was developed. As a result of verifying the teaching efficacy effectiveness of the developed 'AI Convergence Education Method' subject for 15 weeks, the effectiveness of the information education teaching efficacy was verified. Among the factors, there were statistically significant differences in information teaching values and information teaching strategies. In the future, it is necessary to conduct follow-up research to secure teachers' professionalism, such as linking with schools and convergence with other subjects. Various teaching and learning materials and teaching and learning methods such as educational contents and materials, reference literature, and artificial intelligence education platforms need to be prepared.

  • Today's media environment is becoming very complicated and the trend of media convergence is getting clearer. The convergence of media is the supreme hot issue. In this wave of convergence, there has also been a huge change between movies and electronic games. The remake boom between them showed a tremendous economic effect that can be achieved by exchanging two media of essentially different characteristics. As computer virtual reality technologies evolve, electronic games will provide a virtual world that can satisfy the demands of the visual, auditory, and tactile aspects very real to the public with the Internet. At that time, movies and other media will be thoroughly melted into the virtual world created by electronic games, and they will become an element of the virtual world as those media that exist in the truth world.

Literacy learner's satisfaction revel and effects on Learning consistence (문해교육 학습자의 학습만족도가 학습지속에 미치는 영향)

  • In order to find how their learning satisfaction to impact on continuous learning, this study analyzed 206 participants who are learners under the literacy education from Ulsan city. With the first results, when looking over their learning satisfaction, we found that the level of satisfaction was the highest at the educational environment following teacher quality, learning results and contents sequentially. In general characteristics, the longer is learning attending and the satisfier is education contents and learning satisfaction. With the second results, when we look over how the general characteristics of literacy learners to impact on continuous learning, those who are over 70 years old expressed the higher rate on continuous learning. With the third results, considering the correlation between learning satisfaction and continuous learning, we concluded that the first was education contents, the second was teacher quality, the third was learning results and the last was learning environment. Consequently, we found that for literacy learners, the older and longer attending and the higher satisfaction, in addition, the continuous learning was higher according to needs of everyday life and the education contents impacted on continuous learning.
