As a result of the 2010 census, the most severe change appears household structure changes and single-person households's constantly increasing. As a result, the following changes in the housing market are to be expected. First, the changes to the center of the two-person households in four-person households would be reorganized into the small and medium-sized apartment in the center of mid-range and high-end apartments. Second, on the continued increase in the proportion of one-person households, the sustained growth of the rental market is expected. Third, on the continued increase in the proportion of one-person households, one-room house, office buildings, and residential urban life set to meet the needs of consumers, a variety of rental market boom times will come.

본 연구에서는 국가수자원관리종합정보시스템(WAMIS), 물정보시스템, 통합홍수예보시스템에서 각각 독립적으로 사용되는 수문자료를 통합, 일원화하기 위한 방안을 연구하였다. 각 시스템의 데이터베이스는 수문자료 일부분 혹은 전체를 어느 한 시스템에서 다른 시스템으로 복사 및 이전하여 당시의 기관별 혹은 시스템별로 운영목적에 맞게 관리, 활용되어 왔는데 이들 데이터베이스에는 동일한 내용의 수문자료가 시스템별로 운영되고 있어 자료의 일치성과 관리의 일관성, 관련 시스템간의 연계성, 그리고 향후 정보의 확장성을 고려할 때 이들 개별 수문 데이터베이스 자료를 통합 및 일원화하고 관련된 응용시스템은 통합된 데이터베이스의 자료를 공유하는 형태로 구성할 필요성이 있었다. 그리하여 물관리정보 실무협의회에서 심의 확정된 물관리정보 표준을 기초로 하고 관계되는 물관련시스템과 공동활용 및 상호연계를 위해 국가수자원관리종합정보시스템과 물정보시스템, 통합홍수예보시스템의 수문자료를 통합 및 일원화하여 표준수문 DB 구조에 적용시킴으로써 자료의 일관성 및 확장성을 확보하고 물 관련 시스템과의 효율적인 연계 및 관리를 위한 수문종합정보 기반을 구축하고자 하였다.

This study verified the effect of public service motivation volunteer work on educational training of maritime police recruits. Results show sub-factors of motive for public volunteer work, self-sacrifice, commitment to public good and positive perception of public policy affected educational satisfaction, but one other sub-factor, compassion, did not affect educational satisfaction. The practical implication is that assets without form and that which exist internally within the individual, such as spirit of public volunteering and spirit of self-sacrifice, can increase educational satisfaction. Unlike ground police, maritime police bear the danger of being on water, which necessitates the need for enhencing intagible assets like public sevice value.

최근 가상현실 기술의 주요 연구 동향으로 몰입감을 증가시키는 실감공간 구현구술이 주목 받고 있다. 실감공간 기술이란 서로 다른 공간에 떨어져 있는 사용자가 같은 공간에 있는 효과를 구현하는 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 특히 상호간의 주변 환경을 일치시키는 기술에 중점을 두고, 실시간으로 두 공간의 조명정보를 일치시키는 기술로서 2가지 핵심 내용을 소개한다. 첫째는 비주얼 헐 데이터를 기반으로 고속으로 노말벡터를 추출하는 방법이고, 둘째는 사용자 주변 조명 환경 정보를 반영하는 라이팅 방법이다. 본 논문에서 수행한 첫번째 방법은 비주얼 헐 데이터의 depth존재영역에서 노말맵을 계산하도록 하고, 노말맵을 계산할 때 주변 폴리곤들 기하학적 변화가 심할수록 노말맵 계산에 사용하는 주변 벡터의 선태을 늘리거나 줄이는 방식으로, 불필요한 계산량을 감소시켰다. 본 논문에서 수행한 두번째 방법에서는 주변 조명 정보에서 빛의 세기와 라이팅을 반영할 객체의 반사율의 특성을 고려하여 라이팅에 사용할 광원을 선택적으로 반영하여 불필요한 연산량을 감소시켰다. 종래의 영상기반 라이팅 기술이 사전에 촬영된 영상을 사용하거나 정지영상에 적용되는 연구를 한 반면에 본 논문은 실시간에서 라이팅을 구현하기 위한 시도로서 고속 라이팅 연산 기법을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 이용하면 영상기반 라이팅 연구의 실제적이고도 폭넓은 적용이 가능할 것으로 사료되며 고화질의 콘텐츠 양산에도 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

Information Technology (IT) managers play an important role as a bridge between technology and business, and it is therefore important to determine what skills are required for this position. Although many previous studies have investigated the skills necessary for IT managers to perform their roles, most of these studies are based on the data collected from companies in the US. However, given the increased labor mobility in the IT industry, it is important to determine whether IT manager positions elsewhere require the same skills as the positions in the US. This study is a first step in this direction and attempts to determine whether there are any differences in skill requirements between Korean IT managers and American IT managers, and, if so, what they are.

Among the 6 treatment of not topped and suckered, topped and not suckered, hand suckered, maleic hydrazide treated, fatty alcohol treated to normal Hyangcho, and male sterile line, yield and Quality by price was lower at not topped and suckered, topped and not suckered or male sterile line plot. The content of petroleum ether extracts and ash was lower in hand suckered, maleic hydrazide and fatty alcohol plot, but the trends of reducing sugar, nicotine, and pH were in reverse. Reducing sugar was higher, nicotine and pH was lower in maleic hydrazide plot than in hand suckered or fatty alcohol plot. Filling value and combustibility was lower in maleic hydrazide plot than in hand suckered.

최근 제조업체들은 비핵심업무인 물류관련 업무를 전문 업체에 위탁하는 물류 아웃소싱을 하고 있다. 이를 통해 기업들은 제품개발과 마케팅에 기업의 핵심역량을 집중하고, 물류 관련 비용을 절감하고 고객 서비스 수준을 제고할 수 있게 되었다. 최근에는 물류 아웃소싱이 파트너쉽을 바탕으로 한 공동소싱으로 발전되어가는 추세에 있다. 물류아웃소싱에 대한 사례연구는 향후 제조업체들이 물류아웃소싱을 하기 위한 전략을 수립하는데 있어서 좋은 가이드라인을 제시할 것으로 생각한다. 본 연구는 글로벌 물류기업인 UPS와 삼성전기 간의 4자물류 아웃소싱(4PL) 사례를 통해 4PL을 이해하고, 이와 관련된 주요 이슈를 파악하여 기업들이 물류아웃소싱을 하기 위한 협력 전략을 수립하는데 가이드라인을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 사례의 내용은 먼저 삼성전기와 UPS간의 물류 아웃소싱 추진배경과 진행과정을 살펴보았다. 그리고 물류 아웃소싱 과정에서 발생한 문제들을 조직차원의 문제, 경영진의 단기적인 안목, 양사의 문화적 차이, 정보시스템의 통합, 그리고 성과에 대한 인식 차이 등 5가지 차원에서 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서 파악한 주요이슈들 측면에서 살펴본다면 물류 전문업체와 아웃소싱을 하고자 하는 제조기업들에게 많은 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

하천수를 취수원으로 하는 우리나라의 많은 취수장의 경우, 유사유입 및 유로 변경에 따른 취수장애를 겪고 있으나 유로의 변화특성을 분석하고 취수장 위치선정에 활용한 수 있는 실무적 기법에 대한 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유로가 좌${\cdot}$우안으로 수시로 바뀌어 갈수기는 물론 평수기에도 취수장애를 겪고 있어 대책 강구가 요구되는 국내 취수장을 선정하고 취수지점의 계속적인 하상 및 유로변동 현상을 규명하여 안정적인 취수를 가능케 하는 근본적인 대책을 수립하기 위한 유로변화 특성 분석기법을 제시하였다. 연구내용으로는 과거 30여년에 걸친 하도의 평면학적 변화양상을 인공위성영상자료, 지형도자료 및 하도단면 실측자료를 활용하여 각 지점별 유로변화에 대한 동계분석을 실시하였다. 또한 하도의 전단응력, 마찰 속도 등을 산정하여 하상형태를 분석하여 대상구간의 흐름특성을 분석하였다. 분석결과 하도의 사행은 지속적으로 진행되고 있음을 알 수 있으며 특히 취수장부터 상류 수km구간 하도에서는 밤섬이 지속적으로 생긴다 사라지는 현상이 반복되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 취수장 주변에서는 유로의 변동이 하폭의 $70\%$에 달하는 심한 유로변화 특성을 나타내고 있어 취수지점으로 적당치 못함을 알수 있었으며 주변 상하류 십수 km구간 중에는 유로의 변화가 거의 없는 구간도 존재함을 알 수 있이 본 연구의 유로변화 분석기법이 향후 유로변화 분석 및 취수장 건설 위치 선정에 효과적인 분석기법으로 활용 가능함을 입증하였다.

Recently, many parts including military uniform and combat boots have been changed into functional ones in company with the development of military supplies. Especially, problems such as crack of soles and defective boots regarding combat boots have been improved, which is the motive of this study. As a result of verifying other theses, the study on the satisfaction of combat boots is not existent. The contents of study are the pressure of combat boots, the analysis on the shoelace of combat boots as the instrument for suicide and they are not interesting, which is the reason to become a subject of this study.
