본 논문에서는 실내 소음 측정하고 가시화하여 이 소음이 어느 곳에서 나오는 소음인지 와 심할 경우 유지보수를 할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하였다. 이 논문에서 설명할 내용을 요악하면 기존의 등록되어 있는 지도를 불러와 소음을 측정한다. 소음 측정은 스마트 폰의 마이크를 이용하여 측정한다. 기존에도 스마트폰으로 측정할 수 있는 소음 측정 어플이 있지만 소음을 측정 후 사용자에게 소음을 시각화로 보여주는 것은 없다. 그래서 실내에 비콘을 설치하여 지도내에 위치를 표시하게끔 한다. 실내에서는 좌표가 잘 잡히지 않기 때문에 gps를 사용하는 것보다 비콘을 이용하여 삼각측량법으로 좌표를 잡는다. 비콘은 공간좌표를 DataBase에 저장한다. 저장된 공간좌표를 어플 내에 등록된 지도에 표시해주고 스마트폰을 통한 어플로 측정한 소음을 지도에 찍힌 공간 좌표에 점으로 연결하여 선형보관볍을 이용하여 소리를 맵핑화 시켜 사용자가 눈으로 직접 어느 곳이 소음이 심한지 확인할 수 있다. 추후 개선할 사항으로 지도를 미리 등록하지 않고 측정을 시작하는 동시에 움직이는 거리에 따라 지도가 그려지면서 측정하는 방식을 계획중이다.

전문용어의 정비, 기초 데이터 구축 및 관리, 전문용어의 구축 과정의 표준화 방안, 전문용어 정비의 심의에 대해서 알아 보고자 한다. 전문용어의 정의에 대해서 간단하게 알아보고, 전문용어 정비를 위한 공정도를 소개하며, 전문용어 정비 순서와 절차에 대해서 설명하고자 한다. 기초 데이터 구축 및 관리 과정에서 어떤 방법으로 기초 데이터를 구축하게 되었으며, 어떠한 절차에 따라 DB화 및 심의를 위한 준비를 하게 되는지를 보고하고자 한다. 또한 전문용어의 정비를 하는 과정에서 발생하는 몇 가지 문제점에 대해서 알아 보고, 표준화 방안을 제시하며, 마지막으로 전문용어 정비를 위한 심의 지침을 제시하고자 한다. 심의 지침은 기존의 연구에서 제시된 권장안을 바탕으로 전문용어의 정비를 위한 기준에 맞게 만들어졌다. 이 논문에서는 전문용어의 정비를 위한 전반적인 절차와 내용 그리고 심의에 대해 기준을 제시하는데 목적을 두고자 한다.

지난 8월 25~26일 이틀간 충북 충주시 소재 농협 수안보수련원에서 2011년 산란계자조금사업 일환으로 농가 및 관련종사자 150여명이 참석한 가운데 '계란산업 가치향상을 위한 심포지움'을 가졌다. 첫째 날은 계란 산업 정책방향(농림수산식품부 노수현 과장), 계란유통 선진국 사례와 농협 역할 및 선진화방안(농협중앙회 김삼수 팀장), 산란계 생산성 향상 방안(농협사료 엄재상 박사), 소비자가 원하는 사양관리(한국양계농협 오정길 조합장), 산란계자조금 거출 향상 방안(산란계자조금사무국 김종준 팀장)에 대한 발표가 있었으며 둘째 날은 국내 닭 전염병 발생동향 분석(농림수산검역검사 본부 권용국 박사), 산란계 강소농을 위한 제언(국립축산과학원 서옥석 과장), 산란계자조금사업 선진국 사례와 활성화 방안(한국자조금연구원 박영인 박사)에 대한 발표가 있었다. 계란산업 발전방안 및 정책건의 토론회 시간에는 안영기 산란계자조금관리위원장이 좌장을 맡은 가운데 오정길 조합장(한국양계농협), 김삼수 팀장(농협중앙회 가금팀), 엄재상 박사(농협사료)가 토론자로 나섰다. 본고는 이날 발표내용을 요약, 정리 하였다.

서명응의 "중용경위"는 '심은 태극이자 중이며, 또 "하도"의 중궁'이라는 선천학의 심법을 제시한다는 점에서 기존의 "중용"해석과 차이를 보인다. 다른 특징으로는 "중용경위"의 구성 체제가 독창적이라는 점이다. 더불어 이러한 체제와 그 내용이 "하도"와 긴밀히 연결된다는 점이다. 서명응은 "중용"의 구조와 서술방식이 선후천의 법상에 따라 서술된 것으로 본다. 이를 입증하기 위해 서명응은 통행본 "중용"의 33장 체제를 32장으로 재구성한다. 그리고 그는 이 총 32장의 전체 구성이 '태극-양의-사상'으로 전개되는 "선천도"의 구조와 같고, 개별 장들이 서로 '대대' 관계로 되어 있는 구조는 선천의 '대대' 구조와 같으며, 각 장 안의 문장에서 구와 절들이 '반대' 관계로 되어 있는 것은 후천의 '반대' 구조와 같다고 본다. 서명응이 제시한 이러한 선천의 구조는 결국 "하도"로부터 연역되어 나온 것이다. 또 그 안에 담긴 심으로 천명의 중을 체인하는 사상이 "하도"와 연결된다고 파악한다.

This experiment was conducted to determine best harvesting time and observe paeoniflorin and some chemical component concentrations of 4-year-old paeonia radix in Euisung and Milyang varieties. Concentrations of paeoniflorin and some chemical components were investigated at 8 periods from Feb. to Oct. Yield of paeonia radix was investigated in Aug. 19, Sep. 18 and Oct. 17. Paeoniflorin and some chemical components were changed seriously at May as flowering time and stabilized after June. The lowest dry matter ratio was 23% and the maximum shrinkage ratio was 47% in May during all the growing stages. Especially, the difference of paeoniflorin concentrations between Euisung and Milyang was about 2%, and paeoniflorin concentrations in Milyang were higher than in Euisung variety during all the stages. Serious infection of disease in October, stem length, stem number per stock and healthful stem ratio in October were more reduced than in August. Yield of paeonia radix was not different from August to September, but that of October harvest was obviously reduced by root-decay-disease. Reasonable harvesting time in 4-year-old paeonia radix was late August to mid-September. When infected shoot rate by disease were severely high, early harvest was more stable in the yield and quality aspects.

Objectives: This study was conducted to examine the educational needs of elderly hypertensive or diabetes patients and educators for the education program development of cardiocerebrovascular high-risk group in community. Methods: This study was conducted with 60 hypertensive or diabetes patients aged 65 years or above (cardiocerebrovascular high-risk group) who had registered KHyDDI(Korea Hypertension Diabetes Daegu Initiative) Project and attended Hypertension Diabetes Intervention Center Program, and with 44 educators in the center between June and August, 2009. Data were collected using questionnaires including general characteristics, educational objectives, curriculum, contents, and methods. Results: The major findings of this study were as follows: In education methods, cardiocerebrovascular high-risk group and educators both preferred small-grouped(5-9 persons) or individual education, 30min-1 hour, 50%-50% of theory-practice ratio, 3 months of education. In education contents, both groups needed all the suggested contents. Five categories would be suggested for the development of education program. The first category was that there was no significant difference between cardiocerebrovascular high-risk group's needs and knowledge. The second was category of low knowledge level in cardiocerebrovascular high-risk group's knowledge. The repeated education would be necessary for this category. The third was category with large standard deviation in cardiocerebrovascular high-risk group's knowledge. Individual education would be necessary for this category. The fourth category was that there was significant difference between cardiocerebrovascular high-risk group's knowledge and knowledge assessed by educators. The improvement of educator's education skill would be necessary for this category. The fifth category was that there was significant difference between cardiocerebrovascular high-risk group and educator's needs. Conclusions: Small group or individualized and staged education reflecting above cardiocerebrovascular high risk group and educators' needs should be developed for more effective education to prevent and manage the cardiocerebrovascular disease.

본 글은 우리 학회가 2005년 9월 30일 주최한 국제 학술 심포지움인 "민관 협력투자 교육환경 개선방안(Innovation of Education Environment with BTL)"에서 스피로 N. 폴라리스 하바드대학 교수가 발표한 내용을 한글로 번역한 내용이다. 스피로 N. 폴라리스는 하버드대학교 디자인스쿨 교수로 디자인과 정보기술 및 프로젝트 관리에 관한 최신 주제와 디자인 수업을 맡고 있다. 디자인분야의 정보기술, 특히 형태구현과 물리적 공간 강화에 관한 영역 연구에 주력하고 있으며, 브리지디자이너이자 경영컨설턴트로 현재 미국과 유럽지역에서 실무디자이너 역할을 하고 있다. 저서로는 "What is a Bridge?"(1999), "Build-Operate-Transfer"(1996), "Case Studies on Management and Technology"(1993), "Computer-Aided Project Management"(1993)가 있다'. Task Management System'(1991)의 미국특허를 냈다. 아테네에서 구조엔지니어링으로 학위를, MIT에서 석박사학위를 받았으며 노스트이스턴대학교에서 첨단기술에 관한 논문으로 MBA를 취득했고, ETH 취리히와 TU-Delft의 교환교수를 역임했다.

We summarize the twelve papers carefully selected for aging, pensions, and related issues, The twelve novel papers are grouped into three categories: sustainability, adequacy, pension reforms. In particular, these twelve papers include depth and extensive discussions for national pension system and present the direction of the various pension reforms. It will be a great help to policy makers and researchers.

본 논문에서는 증강현실(Augmented Reality, 이하 AR)을 이용한 PLC 기술교육 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템은 PLC 기술 교육 과정을 교사의 지도없이 교육생 스스로가 습득할 때까지 반복 실습이 가능한 시스템이다. 또한, 제안된 시스템은 기초적인 내용의 실습을 3단계로 구성하여 제공함으로써, 각 실습단계의 장비 사용법과 배선 방법이 포함된 교육 내용을 교육생이 자유롭게 실습하도록 하였다.

본 연구는 협동조합 종사자의 교육훈련 현황을 분석하고 종사자의 역량을 강화하기 위한 교육훈련모델을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 기획재정부의 협동조합 교육정책 계획 7가지 내용을 기준으로 사회적기업진흥원의 협동조합 교육현황을 분석해 보고, 이에 현실 가능한 대안으로서 협동조합 종사자의 역량을 강화하기 위한 교육훈련모형을 제시하는데 연구의 초점을 두었다. 또한 이러한 교육훈련을 운영할 때, 첫째, 조합 유형에 따른 맞춤형 교육 실시, 둘째, 전 직원의 교육 의무, 셋째, 다각적이고 심도 있는 장기적 교육과정 운영 넷째, 다양한 방법과 내용 구성과 효과적 교육 홍보 등을 제언하였다.
