벽산건설(주)은 1958년‘한국스레트공업주식회사’로 출발하여 우리나라 경제성장 시기를 함께하며 발전해왔다. 1991년 벽산건설(주)로 상호를 변경, 현재까지 국내 건설부문의 일익을 담당하고 있다. 벽산건설(주)은 특히 아파트 건설부문에서 두각을 나타내고 있다. 2005년 벽산건설(주)의 아파트 브랜드인“블루밍”에 대해 SDP(Self Design Project)를 런칭해 그동안 일률적이던 아파트 내부 건축에 대해 변화를 줘 고객에게‘자신만의 아파트’라는 이미지를 심어준 것이다. 끊임없이 발전하려는 벽산건설(주)의 노력이 지금의 벽산건설(주)을 만들게 된 원동력이다. 벽산건설(주)은 2007년을“내실기반의 지속성장을 하는 해”로 설정하고 올해 경영방침을 △수익기반의 다변화 △고객 만족 경영 △Software 경쟁력 강화로 정했다. 이에 따른 구체적인 경영전략으로 △전략적 제휴확대로 양질의 수주 확보 △Before Service 전사적 확대 △인적자원 경쟁력 강화 △핵심기술의 확보 및 개발 등 더 나은 기술과 고객만족을 위해 오늘도 정진하고 있다.

인터넷의 급속한 확산과 정보통신산업의 성장으로 개인 및 기업의 경영환경은 많은 변화를 가져왔으며, 우체국 서비스도 보다 향상된 품질을 요구하고 있다. 2000 년부터 시작된 우체국 전자상거래 사업인 인터넷우체국은 지속적인 서비스의 추가로 회원 및 매출액의 증가를 보이고 있으나, 보다 내실을 쌓기 위해서는 전반적인 서비스의 점검과 보다 체계적인 구조의 새로운 서비스 발굴을 필요로 하고 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 현행 인터넷 우체국의 현황을 분석하고 향후 서비스 아키텍처에 대하여 제시하고자 한다.

지난 20세기 말 우리 도서관계는 관종을 초월하여 명칭변경, 가능변경 및 통폐합, 위탁경영, 기능축소 등 많은 어려움을 겪었으며, 이러한 어려움은 2000년에도 계속될 것이라는 우려가 많다. 그러나 금년 2000년도는 새천년 지식정보사회 출발의 해로 그 어느 때보다도 도서관의 사회적 역할이 크게 증대될 것인 바, 우리 도서관계도 올 한해를 알차고 내실 있는 도서관으로 도약하는 해로 삼아야 할 것이다. 이에 우리 협회에서는 본지면을 통하여 도서관계 각 단체의 올 한해 각오와 사업방향 등을 알아보았다.(편집자 주)

대구시 달성군에 위치한 경북농장은 중추농장을 함께 운영하면서 최고의 계란을 생산하기에 여념이 없다. 경북농장 최상목 사장과 아들인 최전열 부사장, 사위인 손후진 상무는 각 담당업무를 통해 내실있는 경영전문화를 통해 경쟁력을 높이고 있으며 타 농장에서는 종종 외국인 근로자 고용문제로 인한 어려움을 호소하고 있지만 경북농장에서는 내 외국인 구분없는 처우와 대우로 전혀 문제되는 일이 없고 한 가족처럼 지내고 있다. 대형할인점(40%), 직거래판매(30%), 상인을 통한 계란 유통(30%) 세 가지 판매 활로를 통해 하나의 유통망이 막혀도 계란 유통에 어려움이 없게끔 철저한 대비를 하고 있다. 양계 공원설립을 목표로 삼고 있는 최상목 사장을 만나 농장운영 방법과 계란 소비활성화 방안에 대한 생각을 들어보았다.

It is necessary for the engineering students to have a business mind for the contemporary world of business. We developed a focused management education program for engineering students in C-University. The management education program consists of both on-line and off-line learning. ABEEK requires 720 engineering students of C-University must take basic management course. The on-line lecture was developed to overcome the shortage of qualified lecturers in business school. On-line lecture made by the business school faculty(not lecturers) can evenly provide high-quality content for every engineering students. In addition, the program is designed that off-line classes administered by lecturers complements the limitations of on-line lecture. Having in mind that selected senior engineering students understand technology and basic business, we developed an advanced course focusing on technology-oriented venture businesses. On and off-line blended learning and two-step approach of management education for engineering students of C-University may shed some light on other engineering schools in similar situation.

The globalization of the banking industry has highlighted the importance of the internal stability of the banks. For internal stability, the efficiency and productivity of the bank becomes more important, and the bank must be improved. To improve the efficiency and productivity, a methodology for analyzing the current state of the bank's needs was made based on the BCC of DEA and the Malmquist productivity index. This model was developed as a diagnostic method that can analyze the efficiency and productivity of the bank. As a result of the analysis, the position of the bank and the position of the model studied were similar. The BCC-Malmquist model can be applied to the other areas and provide a management strategy.

This research outlined the factors influencing the business management success via analyzing a survey of business principles. The research process has been tested in comparison of both financial factors, which come out of objective data and non-financial factors so relevantly prioritized by combining these factors. In order to specify the factors, a check-list and analyzed essential features of category have been done with interviews and surveys. As consequently proceeding, the authors could deduce that non-financial but analytic factors such as business do-able, technician workability, compensation and benefits etc. play major roles in construction sector. The outcomes consider a construction business as fundamental human labor job as opposed to a manufacture business. On reasoning necessarily more objective research works to be done as developing this research's outcome, it is meaningful in suggesting the pivotal factors influencing the construction business management. Therefore, this research is expected to guide the direction to induce the improvement of business management to be done by further exemplary researches.

본 연구는 우리나라가 글로벌 시장에서 4차 산업혁명 시대를 주도하는데 필요한 4차 산업혁명 전문가 양성에 초점을 두고, 4차산업혁명전문대학원 설립방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 국내 타특수대학원인 창업대학원과 컨설팅대학원을 비교고찰하였고, 해외 타전문대학원인 일본 회계전문대학원과 일본 법학전문대학원을 비교고찰하였다. 그 결과, 4차 산업혁명 전문가 양성을 위하여 4차산업혁명전문대학원 설립방안을 다음과 같이 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 4차산업혁명전문대학원은 4차 산업혁명 전문가 양성을 위한 차별화되고 융합화된 교과과정으로 2~3년제 전문대학원 석박사과정으로 운영될 필요가 있다. 둘째, 4차산업혁명전문대학원은 전문석(박)사 학위과정이므로 교육의 내실화를 위하여 야간보다는 주간과정으로 운영될 필요가 있으며, 트랙제를 적극 활용하여 경영학, 회계학, 법학, 창업학, 공학 등 학제간 융합적 교과과정으로 설계되어야 한다. 또한 이론교육과 실무교육의 균형적 교과과정으로 실무교육이 전체 교육과정에 30% 이상이 되도록 해야 한다. 셋째, 4차산업혁명전문대학원은 정부(중소벤처기업부)의 전략적인 재정 지원이 필수적이며, 재정 지원과 함께 교육의 질에 대한 평가인증을 지속적으로 받아야 할 것이다. 또한 장기적으로는 중소벤처기업부의 창업대학원 및 컨설팅대학원이 4차산업혁명전문대학원으로 통합될 필요가 있다.

In this paper, the method how to build up technological strength in the domestic construction industry competing with foreign foremost construction firms is provided. Each construction company should make individual research and development continuously, and technologies made by the research and development should be applied widely to real construction projects, therefore, the technological strength can be made. To accelerate the research and development each construction company should consider primary factors, e.g. organization structure, special personnel and strategic plan related to technology, and operation system for the research and development.
