The distribution and relative frequencies of the endocrine cells were studied immunohistochemically in the common pancreatic ducts of the Korean native goat with serotonin, glucagon, insulin, BCG, BPP and somatostatin antisera. Serotonin-, glucagon-, BCG-, BPP- and somatostatin-immunoreactive cells were detected in the basal portion of the mucosal gland in the common pancreatic ducts of the Korean native goat but insulin-immunoreactive cells were not detected. The function of these immunoreactive cells and appearance of other immunoreactive cells in the common pancreatic ducts of the Korean native goat were remains unknown.

We report a case of nonfunctioning neuroendocrine tumor of the pancreas in a 15-year-old girl who presented with back pain. On physical examination, there was mild tenderness in the left upper quadrant of the abdomen. The patient had no pancreatic hormone-associated symptoms. An abdominal ultrasonography showed a well-demarcated hypervascular solid mass with calcification in the tail of the pancreas. An abdominal computed tomography scan showed a $6{\times}5cm$ sized well-encapsulated enhancing solid mass with cystic component in the tail of the pancreas. Distal pancreatectomy was performed. Pathology revealed awelldifferentiated nonfunctioning low grade malignant neuroendocrine tumor of the pancreas. The postoperative course was uneventful.

Small cell carcinoma of larynx has been reported as a rare disease occurring in 0.5% of larynx cancer. This tumor is known as one of the most lethal of all malignancies and associated with early recurrence and distant metastasis, leading into death. We experienced a case of a 70-year old male patient, who had admitted for sore throat and dysphagia and diagnosed as small cell carcinoma of larynx. We present small cell carcinoma of larynx with a brief review of literature.

Small cell carcinoma of esophagus is a rare malignant tumor Recently we experienced one case of small cell carcinoma in mid thoracic esophagus. The patient was a 68 year old male patient. On preoperative endoscopic biopsy, neuroendocrine carcinoma was suspected. Esophagectomy and esophagogastrostomy was performed. Postoperative course was uneventful and patient was discharged without specific complicalion.

아토피 피부염(atopic dermatitis, AD)은 염증과 소양감을 동반하는 재발성 만성적인 피부질환으로서 심각성이 나날이 커지고 있는 대표적 건강문제이다. 본 연구의 목적은 아토피 피부염을 겪고 있는 대상자를 위하여, 한국전통 식품과 무 유선 인터넷 기반의 맞춤형 영양 관리 시스템을 개발하는 것이다. 신체계측 및 모발 무기질 수치를 입력하면 체질량지수(BMI) 및 내분비, 탄수화물 내응성 등 대사 관련 기능을 판정 받은 후, 이 평가를 기반으로 체내 기능 개선에 적합한 한국 전통 위주의 식품을 추천하며, 동시에 관련 정보, 식품 성분, 요리법 등을 제공하여 대상자 스스로 아토피를 관리할 수 있는 능력을 갖도록 하는 것이다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통하여 개발된 시스템을 통하여 모바일 사용자들은 장소와 시간의 제약을 받지 않고 어디서나 효과적으로 한국 전통식품 토대의 아토피 피부염 개선을 위한 맞춤형 영양관리를 받을 수 있도록 하였다.

난황단백질인 비탈로제닌을 성숙한 암컷 붕어 혈청으로부터 음이온 교환 크로마토그래피를 이용하여 정제 하였다. 정제한 비탈로제닌을 BALB/c mice를 이용하여 폴리크로날 항체를 생산하였고 이를 protein A column을 사용하여 정제하였다. 또한 이렇게 정제된 폴리크로날 항체를 이용한 붕어 비탈로제닌 측정용 효소면역측정법을 개발하였으며 그 측정 범위는 2∼l,000ng/mL이고 recovery 변동 범위는 88∼112%였다. 또한 이 효소면역측정법을 평가하기 위해 성숙한 수컷 붕어를 1,000ng/L ethinylestradiol(EE$_2$) 에 4주 동안 노출시켜 유도되어지는 비텔로제닌을 측정하였다. 그 결과 성숙한 수컷 붕어의 경우 비탈로제닌이 3주 만에 암컷 붕어의 평균수치만큼 유도됨을 알 수 있었다.

Endocrine cells were observed in the gastrointestinal tract of the squirrels by light microscopy using Grimelius and Masson-Hamperl silver impregnation, and in the stomach and duodenum by electron microscopy. Light microscopically, argyrophil cell decreased gradually in number in the pyloric region and ileum, stomach, duodenum and jejunum and rectum in the order listed. Argentaffin cells were moderately distributed in the stomach, pyloric region and duodenum, while absent in the jejunum, ileum and rectum. Five kinds of cell types, EC, ECL, D, $D_1$ and G cells were identified in the stomach and three kinds of cell types, S, $EC_1$ and $EC_2$ were also identified in the duodenum by electron microscopy. A cilium noted in the cytoplasm of $D_1$-type cell. The species differences in the distribution, size and structure of the secretory granules were discussed.

곤충애 있어서 호르몬의 작용기작과 그 이용에 관하여 요야하면 다음과 같다. 곤충호르몬에는중추신경계의 신경분비세포에서 합성, 분비되는 peptide의 neuropeptide hormone (PTTH, bombyxin, diapause hormone등)이 있고, 상피계의 내분비선에서 합성, 분비되는 sesquiterpene의 유약호르몬 ( juvenile hormone)과 steroid의 탈피호르몬 (ecdysone)이 있다. 곤충호르몬은 특정한 표족세포에 있는 수용체와 높은 특이성과 높은 친화성을 가지고 결합해서 세포의 작용을 조절한다. 일반적으로 peptide hormone은 표적세포의의 세포막을 통과할 수 없으므로 표적세포의 막표면에 있는 수용체와 결합하는 것에 의해 세포내 대사제를 활성화시킴으로서 peptide hormone의 특이적인 발현이되는 것으로 알려지고 있다. 한편, ecdysone과 같은 steriod hormone이나 juvenlie hormone은 표적세포의 세포막을 용이하게 통과할수 있으므로 세포내의 세포막을 용이하게 통과할 수 있으므로 세포내로 들어가 수용체와 결합해서 hormone-receptor comlpex는 핵내로 들어가 DNA의 특이적인 영역에 결합하므로서 이들 호르몬 특이적인 기능이 발현되는 것으로 알려져 있다. Ecodysone의 활성이 있는 ecdysteroid가 여러 식물에서 발견되고 있어, 금후 양잠의 상족에 이용이 기대되고 있다. 또한, 향유약호르몬(AJH) 활성물지인 imidazole계 화합물은 양잠에 있어서 세섬도고치 생산에 그 이용이 기대되고 있다.

We propose some properties for fuzzy hypotheses testing by the principle of the rate of internal division on delta-levels. By the rate of internal division, we show that the acceptance and rejection degree for fuzzy the fuzzy hypotheses and reduce the spread of the fuzzy variance with average of the center and left or right spread of fuzzy number data.

The relative frequency and distribution of bovine chromogranin(BCG)-, serotonin-, somatostatin(SOM)-, and S-100 protein-immunoreactive cells in the proventriculus, gizzard and proventriculus-gizzard junction(P-G junction) of the duck(Anas platyrhynchos platyrhyncos, Linne) were studied using immunohistochemical methods. BCG-, and SOM-immunoreactive cells were detected in all ages of this study in the proventriculus and the gizzard, and BCG-immunoreactive cells were also detected in the P-G junction. SOM-immunoreactive cells were detected rarely on occasions only in 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 9 weeks after hatching. But no S-100 protein-immunoreactive cells were detected in this study.
