본 연구는 품질관리와 고객만족관리의 관계를 규명하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구조사는 외국관광객과 서울의 특등급호텔의 종사원을 대상으로 수행되었으며, 연구결과 호텔 서비스 품질관리 수준은 고객만족도에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구자는 품질관리 시스템, 품질과 운영 결과, 고객만족 결과로 구성된 성공적인 품질관리를 제안하고자 한다.

This study was carried out to investigate the effects of age of laying hens and grade of shell abnormality on internal egg quality. At each week, 1,000 eggs were randomly selected from 21,000 eggs laid by Hy-Line hens (100,000 birds) aged from 56 to 62 wk. The samples were divided into normal and externally abnormal eggs by an official egg grader. Then, egg quality including egg weight, egg white height, Haugh unit and yolk color was evaluated from each normal and abnormal eggs. The production rate of externally normal and abnormal eggs was 81.22 and 18.78%, respectively. No difference found in the production rate by the increase of hen's age, but Haugh unit of eggs from hens of 60-wk-old was higher (p<0.05) than that of 56-wk-old. When the same age groups were compared, egg white height and Haugh unit were lower in eggs which were externally abnormal. When the grade of abnormality increased, egg white height and Haugh unit were decreased further (p<0.05). Among the externally abnormal eggs, malformation showed the lowest Haugh unit. In conclusion, the shell abnormality of eggs laid by hens aged 56 to 62 wk was closely related with internal egg quality. Therefore, the grading external egg quality in the present egg grading system is directly related with the internal egg freshness.

식품동결에 의한 품질손상에 있어 크게 영향을 미치는 인자 중의 하나가 체적변화에 의한 조직 파괴이므로 식육 및 과채류의 냉동시 내부압력에 따른 조직파괴를 방지하기 위한 기초연구로 다양한 동결방법에 따른 내부압력 변화에 대하여 조사한 결과, 급속 및 완만동결시 우육의 내부압력 변화 경향은 동결 직전에 급격히 상승한 후 동결 초기부터 최대빙결정생성대를 통과하는 동안은 급격히 감소하다가 다시 온도가 내려감에 따라 압력변화는 증가와 감소를 반복하여 상승하는 경향을 보여 주었고, 동결시의 내부압력 크기는 약 8~10 psig 수준이며, 내부압력의 변화 경향은 정지공기식보다 침지식에서 약 1 psig 정도 크게 나타났다. 냉동냉장시에 일어나는 내부압력의 상하변화는 돈육의 품온차가 ${\pm}1^{\circ}C$일 때, 시료중량에 따라 1.84~2.32 psig 정도의 내부압력 차가 반복적으로 발생됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 돈육의 해동시 내부압력은 해동 개시 후 급격히 상승하여 5분 이내에 최고압력에 도달한 이후에는 서서히 하강하였으며, 해동시에 발생한 내부압력의 값은 동결시의 내부압력 값보다도 대부분 크게 나타났다. 또한, 균온처리한 우육의 동결시 내부압력 값은 약 1~4 psig 수준으로 균온처리하지 않은 우육에 비하여 매우 적게 나타났으며, 동결소요시간도 약 10~20% 정도 짧게 나타났다. 그리고 균온처리 및 다양한 동결방법에 따른 동결식육의 조직과 냉동냉장 중의 품질변화를 비교 검토한 결과, 동결방법에 따른 드립손실율은 우육의 경우 정지공기식으로 처리한 시료는 타 처리구에 비해 계속 높게 나타났으며, 돈육은 우육에 비해 상대적으로 드립손실량이 적게 나타났으나 송풍식으로 처리한 시료에서 저장 40일째, 7.39%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 동결 우육 및 돈육의 pH변화는 뚜렷한 차이를 나타내지 않았으며, VBN 및 TBA값에 있어서는 균온 처리한 시료가 완만 및 급속동결 처리한 타 시료에 비해 저장 200일까지 가장 변화가 없었다. 동결저장온도의 상하변동에 있어서는 온도변동 횟수가 증가할수록 pH 및 수분함량은 뚜렷한 변화가 없었으나 드립손실율, VBN 및 TBA값은 온도 변동횟수가 증가할수록 서서히 증가하는 경향을 보여 주었다.

This study presented the following things; First, the principle of marketing should be applied in order to invite and keep able employees. Because the wants of employees are much different from person to person, the way of strategic marketing planning for internal customers should be done as it did for external customers. Second, the way of measuring in the result of implementing internal marketing and the way of standardizing service should be developed for the planning and implementation of effective internal marketing strategies. The compensation and reward to employees for the result of implementing internal marketing program should be done continuously.

소프트웨어의 품질은 소프트웨어의 가치를 결정하는 중요한 요인이다. 최근, 소프트웨어의 품질에 대한 중요성이 증대되고 있으며 소프트웨어 제품의 품질인증에 대한 관심이 고조 되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 소프트웨어 품질측정 및 평가 방법론에 국제 표준에 맞추어 체계화되고, 소프트웨어 제품 평가를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있도록 도구화할 필요가 대두되고 있다. 현재 소프트웨어 제품 평가에 관련된 국제 표준으로서 프로세서에는 ISO/IEC 14598이 있으며 제품 평가를 위한 품질특성에 관한 ISO/IEC 9126-2의 외부메트릭 체계와 9126-3의 내부메트릭 체계를 평가 메트릭 구축에 적용하고 평가 절차에 따라 메트릭 측정 결과를 입력하여 결과를 가시화하여 제공할 수 있는 도구를 설계하였다.

최근 품질경영 활동이 조직과 국가의 경쟁력과 전략적 우위를 결정하는 핵심역량이 되고 있다. 선진 선박검사기관도 국제선급연합회(ACS)의 요구사항에 따라 내부품질경영체제를 구축하여 운영하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선박검사기관의 품질경영 활동과 선박안전의 관계를 살펴보고 최근 개정된 ISO 9000 : 2000 패밀리 규격의 고찰을 통해 해운,수산 및 조선업체의 시스템 전환에 다소나마 도움을 주고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 선박검사기관의 품질경영 활동이 선박안전 향상 기여에 밀접하게 연관되어 있으며 이러한 사항을 충족하기 위해서는 품질경영 활성화가 중요함을 알 수 있었다.

This study analyzed the effect of internal audit on the performance of the IATF 16949 automotive quality management system to understand the internal audit of companies and propose measures to activate the company's internal audit process. It was identified with the empirical analysis that 'The internal auditor competence, internal audit planning, internal audit implementation, infrastructure, culture/environment, and CEO support' to characterize IATF 16949 internal audit of automotive quality management system affects the internal performance and business performance of the company. In addition, I checked the size of the company and the period of certification period as moderating variables according to the sales based on the presented as factors that can improve the performance of the company, and how the moderating effects are seen in the relationship with the performance of the organization. I did analysis of technical statistics, exploratory factors, reliability, and multi-regression analysis with SPSS program. I summarized the results of the study, as a result of that, it was found that the internal audit planning, internal audit implementation, culture/ environment, and CEO support of independent variables affected the parameter and dependent variables (the internal performance and management performance of companies).

본 연구에서는 스마트 과일 품질 선별 플랫폼 구조를 제안한다. 스마트 과일 품질 선별 플랫폼 구조는 과일 내부 품질을 결정하는 주요 성분인 당도, 산도, 수분 등을 실시간으로 측정할 수 있는 분광 분석기와 과일의 외부 크기(부피), 색깔, 무게, 흠집 등을 처리할 수 있는 외부 품질 측정기로 구성된다.
