Heat stress causes a decrease in immunity and disease occurrence in livestock, increasing mortality and impairing productivity. In particular, chickens are very vulnerable to high temperatures compared to other livestock species because their entire body is covered with feathers and sweat glands are not developed. Currently, air conditioning systems are essential in broiler houses to prevent high-air temperature damage to broilers, but conventional cooling facilities are greatly affected by the external environment, so there are limits to their use. In this study, to propose a cooling method, thermal insulation paint and a heat pump were apply in the broiler houses to evaluate the temperature reduction effect. The heat pump experiment was to analyze the cooling effect according to the change in ventilation rate and propose an appropriate. As a result of the experiment, the heat-insulating paint reduced the temperature of the broiler houses by maximum 1-2℃, and in the broiler houses where the heat pump was operated, the temperature decrease was the largest when the ventilation rate was the lowest. When the air temperature in the house is similar to or lower than the outside air temperature, it is considered to be most effective to use a heat pump while maintaining only the minimum ventilation rate.

This study is intended to look into the effects of small business startup environments on failure burden and startup failure. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to 300 small business CEOs in Seoul. The results were as follows. First, the effect of startup environments on failure burden showed that management environment, business environment, internal organizational environment and external organizational environment had a negative effect on failure burden. Second, the effect of startup environments on financial and non-financial losses showed that startup management environment, startup business environment and internal organizational environment had a negative effect on financial and non-financial losses. Third, the effect of failure burden on startup failure showed that failure burden had a positive effect on financial and non-financial losses. Consequently, this study indicates that internal organizational commitment and communication are important attributes affecting failure burden, financial and non-financial losses, compared with management quality, entrepreneurship and business environment.

환경 민감 지도는 해양 유출유 사고 시 효율적이고 신속한 방제 업무를 위한 유용한 정보이다. 그러나 해상교통 및 안전 분야 종사자는 전통적으로 해도 및 전자해도 사용에 익숙하여 현 환경민감지도의 색상 및 심볼의 낮은 친숙도가 지적된 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자해도의 제작 표준에 해당하는 수로데이터 표준모델에 따라 환경민감지도 데이터를 제작하고 전자해도 표현방법에 따라 표시 하였다. 세부 연구 내용으로 환경민감정보에 대한 객체와 속성, 표현 심볼 및 색상에 대해 정의하고, 기존 환경민감정보를 내부 전자해도 포맷으로 변환하였다. 다음으로 내부 전자해도 데이터를 전자해도 표현방법에 따라 전자해도 레이어에 중첩시켜 그 결과를 확인 하였다.

In recent years, the domestic construction business is continuously stagnated caused by housing depression, global financial crisis etc. To overcome these difficulties, the construction companies should reinforce the internal marketing like the service business. However, it is not easy to conduct active internal marketing reinforcement since the companies do not directly receive customers under special situation like construction. Therefore, it is necessary to resolve the urgent issue by selecting order of priority among internal marketing factors. To address this issue, the objective of this study is to analyze the internal marking factors by using Analytic Hierarchy Process. As a result, the first and second factor represents the internal communication and working condition and environment respectively. The findings of this study will contribute to apply the internal marketing into construction industry.

Internal metering policy(IMP) is a control strategy to improve the quality of traffic flow within a network by avoiding queue spillback or intersection blockage. It is a more aggressive control strategy than the current control strategy employed in COSMOS. A preliminary study was made to incorporate the IMP logic within the COSMOS system to improve its' functionality at oversaturated conditions. From the study results, a set of guideline for real implementation was recommended : traffic conditions, detector configurations, and control procedures, etc. A simulation study was performed to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed guidelines. It was shown that the occurrence of queue spillback was minimized. and overall network performance was also improved by applying IMP logic as compared to COSMOS control onl.

본 연구는 조경수목의 목질 내부의 상태 진단과 변색 및 부후 부위의 탐색을 통하여 병든 부위를 조기에 제거. 병의 확산 방지 및 효율적인 예방관리를 위해 Shigometer의 이용가능성을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구대상지는 충남 천안시 성환흡 수향리에 위치한 연암축산원예대학으로 하였으며, 대학 구내에 식재된 조경수를 대상수종으로 하였다. 대상수종은 침엽수 7종과 활엽수 16종으로 총 23종을 선정하였다. 조사한 조경수목의 내부 전기저항치는 수종별로 매우 다양하게 나타났다. 평균 내부 전기저항치가 500k$\Omega$이상인 수종은 은행나무, 섬잣나무, 소나무, 단풍나무, 중국단풍. 홍단풍이었으며, 개체간 차이와 측정 깊이에 따른 차이도 심하지 않았다. 그러나 메타세쿼이아, 수양버들, 자귀나무, 회화나무는 200k$\Omega$이하의 낮은 내부 전기저항치를 나타냈다. 측정 깊이에 따른 변화가 심한 수종은 전나무, 메타세쿼이아, 수양버들, 느티나무, 튤립나무, 목련, 일본목련, 핀오크, 벚나무등으로 이들은 측정 깊이에 따라 전기저항치가 갑자기 하락하는 부위를 포함하고 있었으며, 전기저항치가 갑자기 하락하는 부위의 목재는 부후되어 있었다. 결론적으로 Shigometer는 가시적인 피해증상이 나타나기 전 초기단계에서 목재의 변색 및 부후 부위를 찾아내는데 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Stress is an invisible physical quantity, necessitating the use of earth pressure cells for its measurement within theground. Traditional strain-gauge type earth pressure cells, due to their rigidity, can distribute stress within the ground and subsequently affect the accuracy of earth pressure measurements. In contrast, force sensing resistors are thin and flexible, enabling the minimization of stress disturbance when measuring stress within the ground. This study developed a system that utilizes force sensing resistors to measure ground stress. It involved constructing a soil chamber for calibrating the force sensing resistors, assessing the variability of measurements from resistors embedded in sand ground, and verifying the attachment of pucks to the sensing area of the resistors.

The purpose of this paper is to discuss marketing strategies for school library. The writer divided marketing environment of school library into macro-external environment, micro-external environment, substantial environment, and operational environment. And analyzed characteristics of four target audiences-school administrator, teachers, students, and parents and local society-for school library marketing and suggested approach strategies to each target audiences. Four communication strategies of school library media specialist for effective marketing are discussed ; administrative communication, behavioral communication, cooperative communication, and social communication.

본 연구는 패밀리 레스토랑 맥락에서 패밀리 레스토랑 내 환경에 대한 젊은 남녀의 지각 차이를 검증하고자 하였다. 성별 주제에 대한 연구는 소비자 행동 연구에서 기본적인 조절 변수로 널리 사용되고 있으며, 패밀리 레스토랑 업게 에서도 점포환경의 마케팅 믹스 전략으로서 가장 일반적으로 사용되고 있다. 자료는 세 개의 패밀리 레스토랑을 방문한 382명의 고객들로부터 수집하였으며, SPSS LISREL 통계프로그램을 사용하였고 가설검증을 위하여 신뢰도분석과 확인요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 남성이 여성보다 식음료 요인에 대하여 더욱 민감한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이벤트 요인들은 여성보다는 남성이 레스토랑 내 환경을 판단하는데 유용한 기초를 제공하였다. 셋째, 디자인 요인들이 여성보다 남성에서 성별차이를 설명하는데 중요한 역할을 하였다. 요약하면, 본 연구의 결과는 레스토랑 내 환경믹스 전략들은 성별에 따라서 달라져야 한다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 최근 젊은 남성들의 기호는 전통적 패러다임에서 변화하고 있으며, 심미적으로 스타일적이며, 감성적 지향적 문화를 추구한다. 따라서 이러한 결과들은 식음료산업 트랜드에 중요한 방안을 제공해준다. 연구의 마지막 부분에, 이론적 기여도, 관리적 시사점, 연구의 한계점, 그리고 향후 연구방향이 제시되었다.
