External costs emerge as a consequence of negative external effects. The EU commission and national government in Europe made themselves the internalization of external costs and began to make various measures. The traffic sector plays an important role. At the same time, it affects as financial loads to logistics service providers and carriers in Europe. This study examines current development in european logistic market conditions. It describes the reaction of different market players and stakeholders in the logistic value chain in EU, Switzerland and Germany. A portfolio of different strategic answers to the changing market environment is being developed. Therefore, different options for the internalization of external costs are proposed. This study finally derives propositions for future research.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational brand internalization on organizational brand permanence. Specifically, organizational brand internalization influences customer orientation, brand attachment, and organizational brand permanence. Also, we examined the effect of brand attachment on the relationship between customer orientation and organizational brand permanence. As a result of empirical research, organizational brand internalization plays an important role in enhancing employee's attachment to brand and positively forming relationship with customers. In other words, as brand attachment increases, employees in the organization know and share customer's needs and provide core competencies for the organization's long-term development. Therefore, companies need to strengthen their internal brand power by organizing their brands into a single concept, and to realize organizational integration of employees based on them. Finally, this study suggested practical implications and future research directions from this perspective.

본 연구는 소비자-기업간 관계마케팅모델을 개발하는 데 주된 목적을 갖고 있다. 본 연구모델은 소비자를 단순한 환경변수의 하나로 인식해왔던 기존 마케팅의 통합적 관점을 비판하고 소비자를 사업의 동반자로써 인식하는 소비자 중심의 관계마케팅 모델을 제안하였다. 소비자 중심의 관계모델은 소비자를 기업 이익의 원천으로 보는 통합적 관점이 아닌, 소비자를 사업관계의 동반자로 인식하는 내부화 (internalization)를 관계마케팅의 궁극적인 목표로 제시하였다. 소비자들의 관계 내부화를 위한 관계강도(relationship strength)와 4개의 선행변수-analogy, approbation, availability, stakes-로 구성된 관계마케팅구조방정식 모델을 유통경로의 최종 단계인 소비자-소매업자(C-R)그리고 소비자-제조업자(C-M)관계에 적용하였다 서울의 5개 백화점 소비자들로부터 수집된 자료는 AMOS 4.0과 SPSS 10.0프로그램을 통해 분석한 결과, 본 연구의 제안모델은 통계적으로 검증되었고, 검증된 결과는 나아가 소매업자-소비자-제조업자의 3자 네트웍을 바탕으로 한 총체적 관점의 관계 내부화 모델 설계를 위한 하나의 실증 예로 사용 될 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

최근 석탄 가스화 기술은 화석연료인 석탄을 기존의 공해물질 발생을 90%이상 줄이면서 고효율로 활용할 수 있는 방법으로 각광받고 있다. 본 연구는 습식 석탄 가스화기에서 가스화의 핵심적인 요소인 버너의 분무 관계 분야에 대한 분무 특성 및 무화성능을 높일 수 있는 분무기의 구조 및 운전 조건 등을 제시 할 목적으로 분무 시 내부를 관찰 할 수 있는 아크릴을 이용하여 내부 혼합식 버너를 제작하였다. 미립화 특성을 파악하기 위하여 $O_2$/Fuel Ratio 및 버너의 내부 혼합 방식, 분사각도, 각 분사 높이에 따른 미립화 특성을 관찰하였으며, 입도 분석은 심파텍사의 입도 분석기를 이용하여 측정하였다. 내부 혼합식 버너의 입도는 분사 각도와 $O_2$/Fuel Ratio에 따라서 변화하는 경향을 나타냈으며, 공급되어지는 Fuel은 석탄 슬러리와 물을 이용하여 각각의 입도를 측정하였다. slurry의 공급량이 고정된 상태에서 산소 공급량이 증가함에 따라 미립화도는 증가하는 경향을 나타내었으며, 슬러리 공급량과 산소 공급량이 동일한 경우 버너의 분사 각도에 따라 미립화도가 다르게 나타나는 특성을 관찰하였다.

본 논문은 비디오 디코더의 병목현장을 해결하고 대량의 데이터를 처리할 수 있는 다중병렬처리방식의 HEVC CABAC 디코더를 소개한다. CABAC 디코더를 병렬화한 하드웨어 VLSI구조를 설계하여 크기 대비 높은 처리량이 나오는지를 설계 및 분석결과를 통해 연구결과를 도출하는 게 본 논문의 목적이다. CABAC 디코더 내부 module(산술 디코더, 문맥 모델러, 역이진화기) 1개에서 4개까지의 병렬화를 분석한 결과 4개의 병렬화를 했을 때가 크기 대비 처리량이 가장 높다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 내부 module 4개를 병렬화한 CABAC 디코더 4개를 병렬화하여 slice 단위로 나눠진 프레임 1개를 한 번에 처리하는 방식을 채택하였다. 본 논문에서는 각 CABAC 디코더의 내부 module 4개를 병렬화하고, 병렬화한 CABAC 디코더 4개를 다시 병렬화하는 하드웨어 구조를 사용한다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the social costs of inland trucking and maritime transport between Kwangyang Port in Korea and the Great Lakes in US. Also, this study compares these social costs each other, and finds the way how to internalize them for the efficiencies of national logistics policies. This study uses the Contingent Valuation Method to evaluate the social costs for the two transport modes in each country. The final result is that the social cost difference between inland trucking and maritime transport around US Great Lakes area is not so significant that there are not many chances to enhance the maritime transport in the region. However, in case of Korea, there is significant difference in social costs between the two transport modes, so that Korea government may have a lot of chances to improve the seaborne trade by way of various internalization policies.

내부개질형 용융탄산염 연료전지는 일반적인 연료전지가 갖는 고효율, 저공해, 모듈화 가능성 등의 장점 이외에도, 스택의 반응열을 열교환 없이 직접 개질반응에 이용하는 내부개질 특성 때문에 발전 설비의 단순화에 따른 추가 열효율의 상승이라는 장점을 갖는다. 또한 외부개질 용융탄산염 연료전지가 중앙집중식 대형 발전에 적합한 것과는 달리 내부개질형은 수십 MW 이하의 분산배치형 혹은 현장설치형에 더욱 적합하다는 특징이 있다. (중략)

목적： 인체에 전류를 주입할 때, 내부의 전류밀도 분포는 인체 및 전극의 구조, 주입전류, 그리고 생체조직의 임피던스 분포에 의해 결정된다. 내부의 전류밀도 분포는 전류주입 자기공명영상기법에 의해 영상화할 수 있으며, 자기공명 전기임피던스 단층촬영법과 전자기 치료의 최적화 등에 응용할 수 있다. 본 논문은 3차원 팬텀 내부의 전류밀도 분포를 영상화하는 전류주입 자기공명영상기법의 실험결과를 기술한다.

본 논문에서는 레이저 빔의 파면을 고속으로 정밀하게 측정하기 위한 신호처리 알고리즘을 연구하였다. 레이저 빔의 파면 정보는 Shack-Hartmann 센서 내부의 CCD 카메라에 획득되는 점영상으로부터 기울기 정보를 추출하여 구할 수 있다. 컴퓨터는 영상처리 보드를 이용하여 하트만 센서 내부의 카메라에 획득되는 영상을 양자화된 디지털 값으로 획득한 후 이를 컴퓨터 메모리에 저장한다. 하트만 센서 내부의 CCD 카메라에 촬상되는 레이저 빔 영상은 CCD 픽셀들에 의하여 이산 샘플링되고, 이 영상은 컴퓨터 내부에 장착된 영상처리 전용 보드에 의하여 양자화된 디지털 값으로 변환된다.
