This study presented the following things; First, the principle of marketing should be applied in order to invite and keep able employees. Because the wants of employees are much different from person to person, the way of strategic marketing planning for internal customers should be done as it did for external customers. Second, the way of measuring in the result of implementing internal marketing and the way of standardizing service should be developed for the planning and implementation of effective internal marketing strategies. The compensation and reward to employees for the result of implementing internal marketing program should be done continuously.

소프트웨어의 품질은 소프트웨어의 가치를 결정하는 중요한 요인이다. 최근, 소프트웨어의 품질에 대한 중요성이 증대되고 있으며 소프트웨어 제품의 품질인증에 대한 관심이 고조 되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 소프트웨어 품질측정 및 평가 방법론에 국제 표준에 맞추어 체계화되고, 소프트웨어 제품 평가를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있도록 도구화할 필요가 대두되고 있다. 현재 소프트웨어 제품 평가에 관련된 국제 표준으로서 프로세서에는 ISO/IEC 14598이 있으며 제품 평가를 위한 품질특성에 관한 ISO/IEC 9126-2의 외부메트릭 체계와 9126-3의 내부메트릭 체계를 평가 메트릭 구축에 적용하고 평가 절차에 따라 메트릭 측정 결과를 입력하여 결과를 가시화하여 제공할 수 있는 도구를 설계하였다.

최근 품질경영 활동이 조직과 국가의 경쟁력과 전략적 우위를 결정하는 핵심역량이 되고 있다. 선진 선박검사기관도 국제선급연합회(ACS)의 요구사항에 따라 내부품질경영체제를 구축하여 운영하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선박검사기관의 품질경영 활동과 선박안전의 관계를 살펴보고 최근 개정된 ISO 9000 : 2000 패밀리 규격의 고찰을 통해 해운,수산 및 조선업체의 시스템 전환에 다소나마 도움을 주고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 선박검사기관의 품질경영 활동이 선박안전 향상 기여에 밀접하게 연관되어 있으며 이러한 사항을 충족하기 위해서는 품질경영 활성화가 중요함을 알 수 있었다.

This study analyzed the effect of internal audit on the performance of the IATF 16949 automotive quality management system to understand the internal audit of companies and propose measures to activate the company's internal audit process. It was identified with the empirical analysis that 'The internal auditor competence, internal audit planning, internal audit implementation, infrastructure, culture/environment, and CEO support' to characterize IATF 16949 internal audit of automotive quality management system affects the internal performance and business performance of the company. In addition, I checked the size of the company and the period of certification period as moderating variables according to the sales based on the presented as factors that can improve the performance of the company, and how the moderating effects are seen in the relationship with the performance of the organization. I did analysis of technical statistics, exploratory factors, reliability, and multi-regression analysis with SPSS program. I summarized the results of the study, as a result of that, it was found that the internal audit planning, internal audit implementation, culture/ environment, and CEO support of independent variables affected the parameter and dependent variables (the internal performance and management performance of companies).

본 연구에서는 스마트 과일 품질 선별 플랫폼 구조를 제안한다. 스마트 과일 품질 선별 플랫폼 구조는 과일 내부 품질을 결정하는 주요 성분인 당도, 산도, 수분 등을 실시간으로 측정할 수 있는 분광 분석기와 과일의 외부 크기(부피), 색깔, 무게, 흠집 등을 처리할 수 있는 외부 품질 측정기로 구성된다.

사과나 배 등의 과일을 장기저장하거나 유통하는 과정에서 가장 문제가 되는 것은 내부갈변이나 부패 등의 내부결점이다. 내부결점은 사람의 육안이나 현행 중량선별방식으로는 식별이 불가능하며, 일부 보급된 내부품질 측정 장치는 고가의 외산장비가 대부분이다. 본 연구에서는 사과와 배의 갈변이나 부패 등의 내부결점을 비파괴적이면서도 저렴하게 검출할 수 있는 방법을 소개한다. 먼저 내부결점을 검출하기 위한 최적의 가시광 및 근적외선 파장대역을 선정하고 기존의 고가 외제 분광광도계를 대체할 수 있는 광다이오드를 선정하여 시작기를 개발한다. 시작기를 통한 실험에서 제안한 방법의 내부이상 판별 정확도는 90% 이상이었다.

We have studied internal quality including chemical compositions, microscopic structure and nonmetallic inclusion of test materials. We have analyzed tensile strength value, hardness value, impact value etc. In analyzing internal quality, all of the test materials showed typical ferrite+pearlite structure. But nonmetallic inclusion showed oxide and sulfide inclusions in medium carbon steels, and sulfide inclusion is S-free cutting steels. In ca+ S-free cutting steels, the calcium aluminate and sulfide complex inclusion had low-melting points as deformation of sulfide and oxide inclusion is existed. It was found that tensile strength and hardness give maximum value in medium carbon steels, where as minimum in Ca + -free cutting steels. But values of elongation, reduction of area impact are reverse. Fracture surface of impact specimen is ductile in free cutting steels but brittle in medium cabon steels.
