대학생의 낭만적 애착과 심리적 안녕감의 관계: 연인관계 유능성의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Relation between Romantic Attachment and Psychological Well-being of College Students: The Mediating Effect of Romantic Competence)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 낭만적 애착, 연인관계 유능성, 심리적 안녕감의 관련성을 알아보고, 낭만적 애착과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 연인관계 유능성의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울특별시에 소재한 대학교의 대학생 206명을 대상으로 낭만적 애착, 연인관계 유능성, 심리적 안녕감을 조사하였다. 자료분석을 위해 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 낭만적 애착의 하위요인인 불안차원과 회피차원이 모두 낮은 안정애착유형일수록 연인관계 유능성의 수준과 심리적 안녕감의 수준이 높았고, 연인관계 유능성의 수준이 높을수록 심리적 안녕감의 수준이 높았다. 둘째, 대학생의 연인관계 유능성은 낭만적 애착과 심리적 안녕감의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 대학생의 낭만적 애착은 심리적 안녕감에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하였고, 연인관계 유능성을 통해 심리적 안녕감에 간접적인 영향을 미치기도 하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 대학생의 심리적 안녕감을 향상시키기 위하여 애착과 같은 정서적 측면뿐 아니라 연인관계 유능성과 같은 관계기술 능력에 대해 이해하고 이를 계발시킬 수 있는 구체적인 방안 및 프로그램 개발에 대한 필요성을 시사한다.

  • 본 글에서는 애착유형과 정도를 측정하는 심리학적 평가도구들에 대해 발달연령적 접근으로 살펴보았으며 각 도구들의 신뢰성, 타당성과 관련된 연구들을 고찰하였다. 영유아기의 애착평가도구로는 낯선상황절차(SSP), 애착Q-Set(AQS)을, 유아/아동기 도구로는 $3{\sim}4$세 유아용 애착평가도구인 Cassidy-Marvin의 애착유형체계, Crittenden의 PAA, Main과 Cassidy의 애착유형평가와 인형놀이기법을 이용한 MSSB와 애착유형별 가족그림분석을 소개하였다. 아동/청소년기 도구로는 부모와 또래와의 애착을 재는 자기보고식 질문지인 IPPA를, 청소년기/성인기 도구로는 성인애착면접(AAI)과 성인들간의 낭만적 애착을 재는 ASQ를 소개하였다.

낭만적 애착과 자아존중감 및 사랑유형의 관계 (Romantic Attachment, Self-esteem and Love Attitudes)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among romantic attachment, self-esteem, and love attitudes as perceived by college students(male:149, female:202) in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. All respondents submitted their answers on a self-report questionnaire. The measurement instruments were Brennan, Clark, & Shaver'(1998) 'Multi-item Measure of Adult Romantic Attachment', Rosenberg'(1979) Self-esteem Scale, and Hendrick, Hendrick, & Dicke'(1998) 'Love Attitudes Scale'. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-tests, Pearson's correlations, and multiple regressions. Major results of this study were as follows: (a) In romantic attachment and self-esteem, sex was not a significant factor. In the love attitudes, sex was significant, and men showed higher levels of Eros and Agape than women. Women showed higher levels of Plasma than men. (b) Romantic attachment(avoidance and anxiety dimensions) were negatively correlated to self-esteem. (c) The avoidance dimension of romantic attachment was negatively correlated to Eros, Mania, and Agape and positively Ludus. The anxiety dimension of romantic attachment was positively correlated to Ludus, Plasma, Mania, and Agape. (d) Self-esteem was negatively correlated to Mania and positively correlated to Eros and Pragma.

대학생들의 낭만적 애착과 대인관계문제에 관한 연구 (Romantic Attachment and Interpersonal Problems of College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the romantic attachment and interpersonal problems of college students. The subjects of this study were 220 college students in Seoul and A-san. The romantic attachment was assessed by the multi-item measure of adult romantic attachment (Brennan et al., 1998) and the interpersonal problems were assessed by KIIP (Cho & Park, 2005). The major findings of this study were as follows: First, 44.5% of the subjects were classified as fearful, 26.8% as secure, 18.6% as dismissing, and 10.0% as preoccupied. Second, a significant difference among romantic attachment groups was found with the fearful group reporting a higher level of interpersonal problems than the secure and dismissing groups. Gender was a significant factor on independent problem in interpersonal problems. Third, avoidance and anxiety of romantic attachment dimensions were positively correlated with interpersonal problems. There was a gender difference in the relationship between avoidance of romantic attachment dimension and overgenerous in interpersonal problems. Avoidance of romantic attachment dimension in female students was negatively correlated with overgenerous in interpersonal problems.

성인기 애착 안정성에 관한 연구 -이성 및 부모에 대한 애착과 부모 부양 의무감을 중심으로- (A Study of Adult Attachment Security: romantic attachment, and attachment and filial obligation to parents)

  • The purposes of this study are to investigate the relationship between university students' romantic and parent attachment in attachment security and to examine the relationship among romantic attachment, parent attachment and filial obligation for generational transition. Major results of this study are as follows: first, the level of attachment anxiety in female students is higher than male students. 25.1% of the subjects is classified into a secure type and 74.9% is classified as an insecure type. Second, female subjects feel strong attachment to their mothers than male subjects. Third, romantic attachment of female students is related to attachment to their fathers. Fourth, male subjects feel more filial obligation than female subjects. Finally, their romantic and parent attachment are positively related to their filial obligation. Variables that explain male students' filial obligation are ones of 'giving economic aid to parent' and 'the extent of attachment to their fathers'. A variable accounting for female students' filial obligation is 'the extent of attachment to their mothers'.
