본 연구의 목적은 노년층 남성과 여성의 자아존중과 기성복만족에 대한 신체만족도의 관계 및 남녀의 차이점을 알아보는 것이다. 나이 55세 이상의 미국 남부에 거주하는 302명의 남성과 여성에게 설문지가 배부되었고, 50명의 남성과 58명의 여성이 자료분석에 이용되었다. 신체만족도는 신체 5 부위(얼굴, 하체, 신장, 체중, 토르소)로 나뉘어 측정되었고, 자아존중은 Rosenberg의 자아존중 척도가 사용되었으며, 기성복에 대한 만족은 기성복의 맞는 정도와 스타일에 대하여 측정되었다. 그 결과 노년층 남성과 여성 모두에게 있어 자아존중은 신체만족도와 관련이 있었지만 남성보다 여성에게 있어 자아존중은 신체만족도와 더 깊은 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 신체만족도와 기성복에 대한 만족은 노년층 남성과 여성 모두에게 있어 관련이 있었으나 여성이 남성보다 체중에 대한 만족이 기성복만족과 더 깊은 관련이 있었다.

본 연구는 지역사회의 노인 가운데 지역사회에서 홀로 살아가는 남성 저소득노인의 일상생활경험을 토대로 복지욕구를 파악하기 위한 양적 질적 통합연구로서, 65세 이상의 연구 대상자의 삶에 대한 경험분석을 통하여 남성노인의 삶과 욕구충족을 위한 복지정책과 서비스 방안을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 질적 자료 분석을 위한 연구방법으로는 중심주제 분석을 활용, 남성노인들의 생애사를 종단 분석하였으며, 남성독거노인의 경험은 다양한 개인의 특성을 반영한 인생이 담겨있었다. 따라서, 실질적인 남성독거노인의 사회적 관계망 확대, 남성노인 지원정책의 로드맵 재조정, 사회적 연결감을 위한 조직적 지역 네트워크 구축, 고령친화 커뮤니티인프라 구축방안을 국가와 민간이 협력적이고 융복합적인 대책으로서 강구해야 할 것이다.

본 연구에서는 사이즈코리아에서 2015년 이루어진 제7차 인체치수조사 데이터 중 60대 남성의 치수와 2014년에 이루어진 고령자인체치수조사 데이터의 70대와 80대 남성의 치수를 분석하여 신체적인 노화가 주로 나타나는 연령 구간과 노화에 따른 노년 남성 체형의 변화에 대한 특성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 노년 남성의 경우 대체로 66-68세 사이와 75-77세 사이 그리고 84-85세 사이에 급격한 노화현상이 나타나게 되고 60대와 70대에는 서서히 노화가 진행되다가 대체로 80대에 들어서면서 노화가 심화되어 신체적으로 체형의 변화가 급격히 나타나게 된다. 연령의 증가에 따른 노화의 현상으로 신체의 둘레, 너비, 높이 등에서는 변화가 심화되나 둘레, 너비, 높이에 비해 두께의 경우에는 변화가 크지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 또, 노년 여성의 경우에는 등이 굽는 현상이 나타났으나 노년 남성의 경우에는 여성과는 반대로 뒤로 젖혀진 체형이 나타나 차이가 발견되었다. 따라서 의복패턴 제작 시 앞중심길이와 등길이 설정에 있어서 노년 여성과는 반대로 등 길이를 짧게 하는 패턴상의 수정이 요구된다.

'천남성' 원래 약용식물이지만 잎의 질감이 좋고 꽃모양이 특이하여 분화 및 화단용으로 흔히 이용될 만큼 유명한 식물이다. 잎이나, 열매, 특히 뿌리에 독성이 많은 유독식물이라 이용 시는 상당한 주의가 필요하다. 두루미천남성, 점박이천남성, 큰천남성 등 몇가지가 우리나라에 나며 천남성은 전국의 그늘 또는 반 그늘진 산에 흔히 자생한다.

MRI는 주로 부인과 질환의 진단에 이용되어 왔으나 뛰어난 연조직 대조도와 다면 영상 능력으로 남성 골반강의 평가에서도 그 활용이 점차 확대되고 있다. 남성 골반강 MRI는 전립선을 중심으로 발전되어 왔으나 음경과 음낭, 요도 등을 침범한 외상, 종양 등의 질환에 매우 유용하므로 이들 부위에서의 MRI 이용이 더욱 증가할 것으로 보인다. 여기서는 전립선, 음경, 음낭 등의 남성 골반강 장기를 평가하는데 필요한 검사기법, 정상 해부학, 이상 질환의 MRI 소견 등에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

As we enter an era of emotional and endlessly competitive society, there has been a lot of changes happening to the styles and images of men, traditionally associated with strength and power. Today, the media is giving information on today's trendy men's styles and images to meet the growing demand by consumers, and giving appropriate gains in the process to all - both information providers and consumers. Generally speaking, the cover of a magazine represents the concept and image of the magazine. The cover model is closely tied with the symbolic image of the magazine, the current times, and what the general public wants. Therefore, research on the cover models of a lifestyle magazine has significance in that the current style trends will be able to be understood directly. The present research investigated the sexual images of men's magazine cover models. In carrying out the research, the sexual images were classified into the following: homosexual, cross sexual, metro sexual, and uber sexual. The research findings showed that uber sexual is the dominant sexual image in men's magazines in Korea, followed by metro sexual. In conclusion, the findings suggest an expansion of the traditional image of men, happening with the changes in traditional sex roles.

Political space, the area where politics takes place, is generally treated as a male-centric space. The number of female politicians is increasing, but the core of political space is still dominated by male politicians. Therefore, on the one side, female politicians use masculine rhetoric in order to show that they are equal to male politicians, and on the other side, they use feminine rhetoric like the rhetoric of the First Lady or the rhetoric of motherhood in order to emphasize the differences with male politicians and stress their novelty as female politicians. In this situation, female politicians are confronted with the difficulty that they have to keep a balance between masculine and feminine rhetoric. In this context, this study, in chapter II, analyzes the monopoly of male politicians on political space and the dominance of masculine rhetoric and emphasizes that the political space is strongly gendered. Chapter III examines the possibilities and limits of the rhetoric of the First Lady and of the rhetoric of motherhood which female politicians use in the political space to draw attention to their messages. Chapter IV suggests two strategies to change the situation of the dominance of masculine rhetoric in the political space: the strategy of mainstreaming of women and the strategy of mainstreaming of gender agendas. Lastly, this study emphasizes that we need to develop an alternative feminine rhetoric by paying attention to the diversity of women.

본 연구에서는 20∼50대의 남녀를 대상으로 중년 남성의 의복디자인에 따른 시각효과를 연상디자인적인 면에서 고찰하여 중년남성의 체형에 가장 적합한 의복디자인을 규명하는 것에 그 목적을 두었다. 중년남성의 체형을 균형화 시키는 연상디자인 시각효과를 유발시킬 수 있는 신사복 정장의 형태를 파악하기 위해 일반적으로 중년남성이 외출복으로 착용하는 정장스타일의 수트를 선정하여 의복디자인의 형태구성요인이 다르게 조합된 연상디자인 시각효과를 분석한다. 그리하여 체형결점을 보완할 수 있는 의복의 형태구성요인을 파악하여 사회적 상황에서 중년남성들이 표출하고 싶은 시각적 느낌을 효과적으로 드러낼 수 있는 체형에 대해서 적절하며 또한 효과적인 의복디자인을 제시하고자한다. 또한, 이와 관련된 소재에 따른 시각적 평가가 다르게 이루어질 것으로 판단되어 소재별 시각효과, 여밈 및 단추 수의 변화, 체형에 따른 시각효과의 차이에 관해서 알아보고자 하였다.

우리나라의 성문화는 여전히 가부장적이고 남성 중심인 것을 부인할 수 없다. 전통적인 한국의 가부장적인 성에 대한 특징을 살펴보면서 혹시 여전히 이러한 생각에서 벗어나지 못하고 있는것은 아닌지 다시 한번 생각해보는 것이 필요하다.

많은 남자들이 일이나 사회생활을 하는 데 있어 적극적이라 하지만 적어도 연애에 있어서는 그렇지 않은 것 같다. 상대 여성이 좋으면 좋을수록 더 그렇다. 정도에 따라 차이는 있겠지만 대부분의 남성이 여성앞에서 신중하고, 적잖게 겁을 내는 것을 보게된다. 남성이 연애에 있어서 소극적인 이유에 대해 알아보자.
