본 논문에서는 인식이 진행되는 동안 탐색 공간을 효과적으로 줄임으로써 음성인식의 고속화를 달성할 수 있는 새로운 프레임 단위 적응 프루닝 알고리즘을 제안하고 실험을 통하여 그 유효성을 확인하였다. 이것은 앞 프레임과 뒤 프레임 사이의 최대확률은 높은 상관성을 가지므로 프루닝 문턱치를 앞 프레임의 최대 확률로부터 효과적으로 구할 수 있다는 사실에 근거를 두고있다. 이 방법에서는 앞 프레임의 최대 우도 확률과 후보 확률들의 조합으로 현재 프레임의 프루닝 문턱치를 갱신함으로써 현재 프레임의 문턱치를 인식 과정 중에 얻을 수 있기 때문에, 인식 태스크가 바뀌어도 문턱치를 구하기 위한 사전 실험을 수행할 필요가 없게 된다. 또한, 프레임 단위로 적응적으로 얻어진 문턱치는 다른 환경 하에서도 인식 속도의 향상을 가져올 수 있게 된다. 제안된 알고리즘의 유효성을 확인하여 위하여 한국어 주소 인식 시스템에 적용하였다. 본 시스템은 48개의 유사음소단위(PLUs)를 인식의 기본단위로 하고, 적응알고리즘으로는 최대사후확률추정법((MAP: Maximum A Posteriori Probability Estimation)을, 인식 알고리즘으로는 OPDP(One Pass Dynamic Programming)법을 이용하였다 남성화자 3인이 25개의 연결 주소명을 대상으로 인식 실험을 수행한 결과, 제안된 프레임단위 적응프루닝 문턱치를 적용한 경우를 기존의 고정 프루닝 문턱치와 가변 프루닝 문턱치를 적용한 경우와 비교하였을 때 인식률의 변화 없이 탐색공간이 상대적으로 각각 $14.4\%와 $9.14\%가 감소되어 제안된 프레임 단위 적응 프루닝 알고리즘의 유효성을 확인할 수 있었다. 시,공간적 분포 특성이 구체적으로 규명되면 보다 정확한 음장변화 추정이 이뤄져야 할 것으로 보인다. 또한 내부파와 음파의 상대적인 진행 방향에 따라 음장변화가 크게 다를 것이 예상되므로 이를 규명하기 위해서는 궁극적으로 3차원적인 음장분포 연구가 필요하다. 음향센서를 해저면에 매설할 경우 수충의 수온변화와 센서 주변의 수온변화 사이에는 어느 정도의 시간지연이 존재하게 되므로 이에 대한 영향을 규명하는 것도 센서의 성능예측을 위해서 필요하리라 사료된다.가지는 심부 가스의 개발 성공률을 증가시키기 위하여 심부 가스가 존재하는 지역의 지질학적 부존 환경 및 조성상의 특성과 생산시 소요되는 생산비용을 심도에 따라 분석하고 생산에 수반되는 기술적 문제점들을 정리하였으며 마지막으로 향후 요구되는 연구 분야들을 제시하였다. 또한 참고로 현재 심부 가스의 경우 미국이 연구 개발 측면에서 가장 활발한 활동을 전개하고 있으며 그 결과 다수의 신뢰성 있는 자료들을 확보하고 있으므로 본 논문은 USGS와 Gas Research Institute(GRI)에서 제시한 자료에 근거하였다.ऀĀ耀Ā삱?⨀؀Ā Ā?⨀ጀĀ耀Ā?돀ꢘ?⨀硩?⨀ႎ?⨀?⨀넆돐쁖잖⨀쁖잖⨀／ࠐ?⨀焆덐瀆倆Āⶇ퍟ⶇ퍟ĀĀĀĀ磀鲕좗?⨀肤?⨀⁅Ⴅ?⨀쀃잖⨀䣙熸ጁ↏?⨀

Mr. Miyazaki's heroines tend to be plucky young women who combine guileless decency with tough-mindedness. However, in his the latest film the female character often change herself into wise older women who sometimes serve as foils, sometimes as mother figures. His heroine, Sophie, starts out as a shy girl, but then a curse transforms her into 90-year-old. Her partner is Howl who supports and is supported by Sophie their mutual drawbacks. At first horrified by the change, she comes to embrace it as a liberation from anxiety, fear and self-consciousness, and discovers in herself a new zest for adventure. The castle is surely one of the most extraordinary contraptions to appear on screen recently, more ingenious in its way than the intergalactic armada. It ranges freely from place to place and is also, somehow, in several places at once, its magical front door opening onto different landscapes with the flip of a knob. It is not exactly haunted, but it is nonetheless infused with whimsical and sometimes somber spirits. Sophie, in both her incarnations, joins an impressive sisterhood of Miyazaki heroines, whose version of girl power presents a potent alternative to the mini-machismo that dominates American juvenile entertainment.

The current study was undertaken to verify appropriateness of muscle endurance test at three different angles ($30^{\circ}C$, $40^{\circ}C$, $50^{\circ}C$) of isometric contraction position, and to sought valid and reliable testing method that provide an alternative to sit-ups. Total 92 young and healthy subjects (68 males and 24 females) were recruited, and the following results were obtained. 1. A low correlations in males, but a high correlations in females was found when the comparisons were made between aerobic and muscle endurance capability. 2. Measuring tolerance time, by using isometric contraction was showed a significant correlation with the repetition numbers of sit-ups. 3. The highest correlation was found at 40 inclined degrees of plane, and the lowest correlation was drawn from 50 inclined degrees of plane. Based on these results, it was concluded that measuring tolerance time during maintaining an isometric contraction at 40 inclined degrees of plane is a valid and effective tool for measuring abdominal muscle endurance, and it can be used as an alternative way of sit-up, which potentially risky for inducing many back-associated injuries. Further studies need to be undertaken to determine for optimal angles, that can safely be applied for people of various age groups and physical conditions.

Objectives: An increase in the serum gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT) concentration has been regarded as a marker of alcohol drinking or liver disease. Some reports, however, have suggested that the serum GGT may be a sensitive and early biomarker for the development of prediabetes and diabetes. In this study we investigated whether serum GGT is a reliable predictor of the incident impaired fasting glucose (IFG), including diabetes. Methods: We performed a prospective study for two years (2002-2004). We analyzed the periodic health examination data from a total of 4,711 men. The examinations were done in the years 2002 and 2004. The analyzed data included a self-questionnaire, a physical examination and the laboratory results. Both IFG and diabetes were defined as a serum fasting glucose concentration of more than 100 mg/dL and 126 mg/dL, respectively. Results: A total of 738 cases (15.7%) of incident IFG and 13 cases (0.3%) of diabetes occurred. The mean serum GGT concentrations were quite different between the normal (38.0 IU) and incident IFG groups (50.3 IU), and the incident diabetes group (66.0 IU) (p<0.001). After multivariable adjustment, the relative risks for incident IFG or diabetes across the baseline GGT categories (<10th, 10th-20th, 30th-40th, 50th-60th, 70th-80th and >90th percentile) were 1.0, 1.172 (0.769-1.785), 1.107 (0.725-1.689), 1.444 (0.934-2.232), 2.061 (1.401-3.031) and 2.545 (1.784-3.631) (p-value for trend: <0.001). The risks significantly increased with increasing levels of GGT for 2 years; when comparing the increased groups (<10%, 10-20%, >20%) versus the decreased over 20% group of GGT, the risks for IFG or diabetes were 1.334 (1.002-1.776), 1.613 (1.183-2.199) and 1.399 (1.092-1.794). Conclusions: Our findings suggest that serum GGT concentrations within its normal range may be an early predictor of the development of IFG and diabetes. As serum GGT is a relatively inexpensive test and a reliable marker, it might have important implications in public health promotion.

Background: The role of obesity in prostate cancer etiology remains controversial. The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between obesity and prostate cancer risk. Materials and methods: Between January 2000 and June 2005, 286 patients suspected of having prostate cancer underwent prostate biopsy. The clinical records of the 286 study patients were retrospectively reviewed with regard to age, Body Mass Index (BMI), serum PSA, TRUS, and prostate biopsy results. They were stratified by BMI into three groups according to the cutoffs recommended for Asian populations: normal, BMI less than 23 $kg/m^2$; overweight, BMI 23 to 25 $kg/m^2$; and obese, BMI greater than 25 $kg/m^2$. Results: As for BMIs, 132 (46.2%) were normal, 95 (33.2%) overweight and 59 (20.6%) were obese. A total of 99 (34.6%) patients were diagnosed as having prostate cancer. In multivariate logistic regression analyses, no significant association was observed between BMI and prostate cancer detection. Conclusion: We initially hypothesized that obesity may be biologically associated with increased prostate cancer development. However, our study did not show a significant association between BMI and prostate cancer.

Purpose: To report a case of immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4)-related ophthalmic disease associated with adult xanthogranulomatous disease. Case summary: A 38-year-old male with a history of cholecystectomy visited our clinic for bilateral periorbital swelling. Histopathology of the orbital biopsy showed diffuse infiltration of foamy histiocytes with Touton giant cells and lymphoid follicles, with a diagnosis of adult-onset xanthogranuloma. After excisional biopsy, he was treated with azathioprine and prednisolone. Four years after treatment, he again visited the clinic due to bilateral, yellowish eyelid masses. Serological examinations were all nonspecific findings, except for elevation of IgG and IgG4 levels. Magnetic resonance imaging showed bilateral symmetric soft tissue enlargement with slightly heterogeneous T1/T2 isosignal intensity, with contrast enhancement at the superolateral aspect of extraconal spaces. Excisional biopsy and blepharoplasty were performed. Immunohistochemical sections showed that the IgG4+/IgG plasma cell ratio was 10-20% and the IgG4 plasma cell count was 22/high power field (HPF). His past sections of 2013 from the pathology department were again stained and showed that the IgG4+/IgG plasma cell ratio was 40-50% and the IgG4 plasma cell count was 59/HPF. Thus, he was definitely diagnosed with IgG4-related ophthalmic disease. Conclusions: If there is recurrent eyelid swelling, IgG4-related ophthalmic disease should be considered as a differential diagnosis. And the patient with adult xanthogranulomatous disease can be diagnosed with IgG4-related ophthalmic disease.

As mobile technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT)-based smart homes and financial technologies (FinTech) are developed, authentication by smart devices is used everywhere. As a result, presence-based biometric authentication using smart devices has become a new mainstream in knowledge-based authentication methods like the existing passwords. The electrocardiogram (ECG) is less prone to forgery, and high-level personal identification is its unique feature from among various biometric authentication methods, such as the pulse, fingerprints, the face, and the iris. Biometric authentication using an ECG is receiving a great deal of attention due to its uses in healthcare and FinTech. In this study, we implemented an ECG authentication system that allows users to easily measure and authenticate their ECG waveforms using a miniaturized wearable device, rather than a large and expensive measurement device. The implemented ECG authentication system identifies ECG features through P-Q-R-S-T feature point identification, and was user-certified under the proposed authentication protocols. Finally, assessment of measurements in a majority of adult males showed a relatively low false acceptance rate of 1.73%, and a low false rejection rate of 4.14%, in a stable normal state. In a high-activity state, the false acceptance rate was 13.72%, and the false rejection rate was 21.68%. In a high-heart rate state, the false acceptance rate was 10.48%, and the false rejection rate was 11.21%.

This study was carried out to investigate the optimal medium and optimal dextrose concentration of 12 entomopathogenic fungi. The colonies of Cordyceps gracilioides, C. sp.(J23), Paecilomyces farinosus(J5), P tenuipes, Paecilomyces sp.(J4), Beauveria bassiana and B. brongniartii on SLA(silkworm larva agar) medium are similar to those on PDA(Potato dextrose agar) medium. On the contrary, the colonies of 5 fungi are very various according to its medium. The optimal medium for 1 1 fungi was SLA-A medium, which was better than PDA medium with regard to the mycelial growth. The optimal concentration on mycelial growth was superior to 6% for 6 fungi. When silkworm larvae was injected with P. tenuipes on SLA medium for fruiting body production. Infection rate, fruiting body formation rate, synnemata number and synnemata length were 91.3 $\pm$ 1.5%, 88.6 $\pm$ 2.3%, 56.6 $\pm$ 3.2 and 33.4 $\pm$ 2.88 ㎜ respectively. In economical analysis, the prototype medium can reduce 61.9% of production cost per 1 liter compared with PDA medium.

NIAST has developed the artificial cultivation technique of entomopathogenic fungus, Isaria sinclairii by using the silkworm. NIAST is planning to provide the silkworm farmers the guidance of the technique. Screening of pharmacologically active principles of I. sinclairii is needed to register the fungal breeding, attain the approval of food materials, and ultimately position the fungus as a high value-added product. The result of investigating the characteristics of Isaria sinclairii was showed that conidia were irregularly long oval-shaped and measured 6.33$\times$3.33 $\mu\textrm{m}$ in average The optimal condition of cultivating hyphae was pH 5.0 in acidity and 21- $25^{\circ}C$ in temperature. And the best condition of producing conidia was pH 6.0 in acidity and 16-$20^{\circ}C$ in temperature.

Cordyceps and its allies fungi has been described as a secret medicine that gives eternal youth and a long life. Some species of Cordyceps are sources of biochemicals, such ascordycepin, with interesting biological and pharmacological properties. Hence, it has been studied to uncover its pharmacological effect. We attempted to study the formation of fruiting bodies and to develop means of mass production Korean isolate of Paecilomyces tenuipes has been inoculated into silkworms, where it reproduced using culture container, mini-kit successfully. Culture container, mini-kit is composed of a cylinder-shaped body and lid. The container is made of translucent polyethylene terephthalate. The size of the container is $82{\times}75mm$, reduced by 10 times as compared with the conventional culture kit. The mini kit has many advantages - high culture amount, ability of maintaining optimal humidity, parasite-free cultivation and high-end appearance. With the kit, the optimal cultivation condition is under $22^{\circ}C$, culture period of 53 days. And synnemata of P. tenuipes could be kept fresh for 14 days at the temperature of under $10^{\circ}C$. Therefore, the Min-kit can be used in both ways as a culture container and a packing kit for end-user customers.
