남북한 경제통합 시에 이익지대 확대 방안을 모색하고, 남북한 경제의 발전적인 방안을 탐구하고자 한다. 한반도 공급망 이익지대를 분석하여 공급망 이익지대 확대 전략을 수립하고자 한다. 그리고 한반도의 경제통합 시에 경제적인 손실과 낭비, 시행착오를 줄이고 경제발전의 부흥기를 도모하기 위함이다. 현재 북한지역의 무게 중심지를 분석하고 향후에 인구의 유동에 의해 초래될 무게중심지를 시나리오 기법으로 분석하여 위험요인을 최소화 하고자 한다.

남북한 간 ICT산업 표준화를 통한 교류협력은 상호 공동의 경제적 이익을 추구할 수 있는 실질적인 분야이다. 특히 ICT산업표준은 경제협력의 촉매제가 될 수 있으며, 체제에 대한 부담이 덜하고 양측의 협력을 통해 적은 비용으로 큰 파급효과를 기대할 수 있으며, 남북 경제통일의 기초가 될 수 있다. 아울러 정부 및 민간 차원의 실질적 교류를 여는데 용이하면서도 필수적인 사업이기도 하다. 본 연구에서는 남북한 ICT산업 교류협력을 위한 양측의 기술 및 산업현황, 실현가능성 등을 분석하여 표준화 과제를 도출하였다. 남북한 ICT산업 교류협력을 위한 우선과제는 낙후되어 있는 북한의 기술수준을 선진화하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이에 남한의 첨단 정보화 인프라를 적극 제공하여 기술격차를 줄이는 것이 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 남북 ICT산업의 국가기술규격 및 표준의 통합과 기술적 제도적인 중 장기적 협력체계를 통합방안을 제시하였다.

남북한의 경제협력은 한반도 통합과정과 통일 한반도에 있어서 매우 중요한 의미를 지니게 될 것이다. 남북한 통합이 아직 속단할 단계는 아니므로 중장기적 전망이 타당하겠지만 러시아의 시베리아지역은 아ㆍ태지역과 유럽(중동과 서남아시아와 중앙아시아 포함)을 이어주는 교량의 위치에 놓여 있는 중요한 지역이므로 이지역을 둘러싼 국제적인 경쟁과 다양한 형태의 국가간 및 지역간 협력의 시대가 불원간에 도래할 것임을 전망할 수 있다.(중략)

이 연구의 목적은 북한 지역체계의 특징을 이해하고, 남북한 국토공간을 하나의 기능적 단위로 통합할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 북한의 지역체계는 도시간 분화, 상호의존, 그리고 대도시 지배를 주요내용으로 하였으며, 자료의 제한으로 인하여 탐색적 차원에서 연구를 진행하였다. 북한의 지역체계는 개성-평양-신의주를 연결하는 서부축, 원산-청진 -나진·선봉을 연결하는 동해안축, 그리고 희천-강계-만포를 연결하는 내륙축으로 구성되어 있는 것으로 보인다. 북한의 도시는 서부지역 도시를 제외하고는 분화의 정도가 상대적으로 낮고, 도시간 상호의존도 또한 낮은 것으로 보인다. 다만 북한의 경우도 평양이 종주도시화 되었으며, 수위도시인 평양이 북한 전역의 도시를 직접 통제·조정하는 것으로 보인다. 이는 북한이 고도의 중앙집권적 사회주의 경제체제라는 점 그리고 '자족적' 도시발달을 추구하였다는 점과 부합된다. 이 연구에서는 균형성(통합성), 대외연계성, 그리고 효율성을 원칙으로 남북한 지역의 기능적 통합 방안을 단계적으로 제시하였다 중단기적으로 북한의 동해안축을 연결시키며, 장기적으로는 남한의 동해안축을 개발하여 국토공간의 균형적 발달을 도모하는 것이 바람직하다고 본다.

대북투자(對北投資)는 남북경제(南北經濟)의 동질화(同質化)를 촉진시켜 궁극적으로 경제통합(經濟統合)에 기여할 뿐만 아니라 남북한(南北韓) 산업구조조정(産業構造調整) 문제(問題)의 해결에 활용함으로써 남북한 모두에게 큰 도움을 줄 수 있다. 북한(北韓)은 언젠가는 반드시 진출하여야 하는 숙명적(宿命的)인 시장(市場)이라는 점에서 전략적(戰略的) 투자가치(投資價値)가 크며, 비교적 양질(良質)의 저렴한 노동력(勞動力)과 최근 지속되고 있는 투자법제(投資法制)의 개선노력(改善努力) 등을 감안할 때 상당한 투자매력이 있다. 그러나 시장성(市場性)의 제약(制約), 열악(劣惡)한 사회간접자본(社會間接資本), 체제경직성(體制硬直性)에 기인한 기업경영(企業經營) 불안정(不安定) 등 투자위험(投資危險)도 매우 크므로 투자위험을 최소화하면서 남북경제의 동질화에 기여할 수 있는 투자방안(投資方案)을 모색하여야 할 것이다.

This study compared 431 acoustic terminology of South Korean industrial standards and North Korean national standards based on IEC 60050-801:1994 international standards. In addition, this study attempted to integrate acoustic terminology between the two Koreas. There were 139 (32.3 %) AA types with exactly the same form of terminology, 35 (8.1 %) Aa types with different spellings due to differences in linguistic norms, and 257 (59.6 %) AB types with completely different forms. Morphologically, there were more than twice as many different types of terminology as the same type. In the integration of acoustic terminology with different forms, 178 (61 %) North Korean terminology and 76 (26 %) South Korean terminology were adopted. we would like to overcome the limitations of this study through the following suggestions. First, the government should support academic exchanges between the two Koreas and encourage the establishment of common standards for acoustic terminology. Second, efforts should be made to share acoustic terminology data between the two Koreas and publish an integrated acoustic terminology dictionary. Third, South and North Korea should jointly launch a terminology committee to make efforts to revise international standards together.

Inter-Korean Cooperation in Science and Technology will contribute to building the trust between S.K and N.K as a leading factor and cut down the cost of unification by diminishing the technology lag and the gap of economic level. This study has shown that we can increase the productivity of unified Korea Innovation system if we systematically analyse the present condition of the Inter-Korean Cooperation and promote Inter-Korean Cooperation. In this study, the author analyses the present condition of the Inter-Korean Cooperation with integrated framework of three aspects to clear up the policy of Inter-Korean Cooperation. First, in the national aspect, we make use of the notion of international cooperation and multilateral mechanism of an international organization. Thereafter, we make out the alternatives in the aspects of international relationship and legal and institutional view Second, in the unification aspect, we consider the Inter-Korean Cooperation by the notion of national innovation system. Thereafter, we make out the alternative in the aspect of a phase-dependent approach. Finally, in technology aspect, we consider the Inter-Korean Cooperation by the notion of technology gap, the framework of technology transfer, and technology dependency theory. As a conclusion, through this study, the author have tried to integrate the various theoretical backgrounds. As a result, the author could analyse the present condition of ter-Korean Cooperation in Science and Technology and team a good lesson from it; Therefore, we can use it as a means of evaluation on a cooperation program and prediction for the future status of cooperation.

While South Korea's wire and witless communications attain a world-wide level in the latest information-oriented society, North Korea's communications infra get fared with underdeveloped situation even not to meet a basic telephone demand as the 70's in South korea. The exchange and cooperation between the Sout h and North' korea's in the formation & telecommunication field implies the important point that makes ready for the reunification of North and South as the core of the exchange and cooperation in an economic and society, other field. Therefore a communications satellite as the infrastructure for the network construction preparing the reunification can be the most suitable plan for the communication infrastructure in korea's area be cause it is easy to build a network and gets an advantage to service all area of south anti north korea at a n/time.

This study provides a model of inter-Korean economic cooperation suggesting that economic cooperation should be centered on industrial cooperation. As an independent economic zone, the two Koreas will go through a gradual and functional process of cooperation. Also, economic convergence through 'openness and integration' of both markets is a pre-requisite of successful economic integration on the Korean peninsula. This success of the process requires industrialization of North Korea. This study suggests a model of 'the Corea Industrial Development Community on the Korean Peninsula. It aims to support industrialization of the North Korean economy as well as promotion of South Korea's SME competitiveness. It would help meet the demand for improvement of living conditions of North Korean people. Main policy measures includes: 1) co-effort to develop North Korea's provincial industrial zones, 2) upgrading North Korea's 'Jangmadang' into a highly efficient distribution market. Finally, through the construction of the Joint Industrial Development Zone, it is necessary to create a production sharing module for both Korea's industries.
