The 21st century is often dubbed as a century of culture. Many eyes are on various cultures including global and national ones. In particular regional cultures have emerged as a major interest. Korea's Jeonnam province which has been regarded as a backward region is not an exception in this regard. Its cultural contents which are still intact due to lagging development are drawing much attention. Growing interests and efforts to develop traditional cultural items like Jeonju's traditional paper, Naju's natural dyeing or Damyang's bamboo are good examples. This study is to focus on Damyang's bamboo relying on scientific approach and develop educational contents which demonstrate connections between science and culture. Thus, the study presents region-oriented educational contents based on regional cultures, which will bring about pride and affection toward regions and cultures.

Ecomuseum which appeared in France in 1968 and widely diffused over the world, is a new type of museum. The purpose of this museum is not to simply possess and exhibit the existing relics, but to discover the locational senses of a territory by in-situ conserving and interpreting its entire natural and cultural heritages, and to plan the participation of its population and the development of its local community. The significance of this museum can be found in the recovery of disappearing collective memories of a territory, the restoration of the cultural identity of its population and the revitalization of a underdeveloped area. As the majority of these museums are fragmented or open air museums, an 'web ecomuseum' which makes the remote offering of informations about whole dispersed heritages and their holistic interpretation possible by digitalizing, recording, conserving, interpreting and utilizing related heritages, is necessary. This paper considers the possibility of web ecomuseum and its constitution contents and methods through the case of Mountain Mudeung area. Especially, in relation to the latter, this paper suggests a plan which consists of selection of own local themes, construction of digital archives, design of web expositions and production of electronic cultural maps.

This paper aims to explore the innovation milieu of red-pepper agro-industry in Bonghwa County, in the northern part of Gyeongbuk Province, and suggest policy recommendations for bringing up local agro-industry from a cluster perspective. It turns out that the capabilities of Bonghwa red-pepper agro-industry to innovate are remarkably weak let alone soft infrastructures such as learning networks between innovation agents and social capital. In this sense Bonghwa red-pepper agro-industry can be viewed as an agricultural area simply specialized in production sector rather than a kind of agro-industry cluster. For moving up Bonghwa red pepper industry into an innovative cluster, the paper suggests that the policy makers need to focus on cultivating local learning communities, building a region-wide incorporated brand, promoting the local agricultural technology centre as a network hub of cluster and fostering the functional links between universities and local innovation agents, covering farmers, agricultural organizations, agro-food producers and the local government.

In recent, events tourism of community festival is a particular form of tourism which has experienced considerable growth in Korea, and is become the important strategy for tourist inducement and revitalization of regional economy. Many events of community festival were mainly established since 1995, and most of local government such as city and county adopted the events of cultural tourism festival. Among these community festival, Hampyeong Butterfly Festival of Hampyeong-gun of Jeollanamdo, is recognized as one of famous events all over the country. In particular, Hampyeong Butterfly Festival to be held since 1999, attracts over 1 million tourists annually, and provides a lot of opportunities educational shows and exhibitions, including ecology experiences and learning sites, as well as environmentally-friendly agriculture learning sites, folklore customs, cultural heritage and traditional plays. Therefore, the purpose of this study focuses on the tourist behaviour of Butterfly Festival 2002. Most tourist have positive attitude and evaluation about festival, in particular, tourists present show high satisfaction with many programs of festival. However, in order to strengthen the competitiveness of festival, Hampyeong-gun have to concern with some improvements such as the expansion of tourists' facilities, active publicity activities, and matketing of special products of Hampyeong-gun.

도심 공간의 활용 극대화, 택시 수준의 편의성, 환경친화성을 가진 미래형 대중교통 시스템에 대한 검토와 더불어 양질의 교통 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 새로운 미래형 교통수단 확보로 국민 삶의 질 향상 도모하고 소형궤도열차시스템에 대한 Global Standard를 창출하여 세계기술 선도 및 세계시장 진출기반 확보하는 측면에서와 승객의 쾌적성, 프라이버시 보장 등의 측면에서 타 시스템에 비해 높은 편익의 발생과 교통약자 및 서비스 낙후지역에 대중교통의 door to door 서비스 제공이 가능한 시스템의 개발이 필요함에 따라 최상위 개발시스템을 정의하여 시스템 요구사항 및 목표사양을 도출하였으면 이를 토대로 개발전략을 수립하였다.

검출기 안내관은 노내 핵계측 계통의 중성자 분포 측정을 위한 이동형 검출기의 이동경로를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 원자로 냉각수 계통의 압력경계를 유지하는 안전성 등급의 중요한 설비이다. 그러나, 인출과 삽입을 위한 검출기 안내관 취급은 의외로 낙후되어 작업자의 인력에만 의존하고 있는 실정이며, 원자로 격납용기 내부에 위치한 고방사선 지역에서 작업이 수행되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 노내 핵계측 계통의 검출기 안내관의 안정적인 관리를 위해 검출기 안내판을 일정한 힘으로 인출하고 삽입할 수 있는 자동화시스템의 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 전력연구원에서 개발한 안내관 취급기구는 롤러에 의해 안내관을 파지하고, DC 모터 구동에 의해 안내관을 인출하고 삽입하는데, 본 논문에서는 안내관 취급 기구의 제어 시스템 구성과, 롤러와 안내관 사이에 발생하는 슬립을 고려한 제어기 구조를 제안하고, 실험을 통해 구현한 제어 시스템의 효용성을 보인다.

초고압 GIS(Gas Insulated Substation, 가스절연변전소)는 변압기와 더불어 송변전기기 중에서 가장 중요한 2가지 품목 중의 하나이며, 도시의 과밀화, 디지털 경제사회로 이행함에 따른 고품질 전기수요로 인한 전력공급의 신뢰도 향상의 필요성, 도시미관 개선 및 친환경적인 설비요구 등의 요인에 의해 그 중요성은 더욱 커질 전망이다. 또한 가까운 장래에 도래할 것으로 전망되는 전력산업의 IT화 시대와 미주 및 유럽 지역에서의 송변전 설비의 낙후 및 교체시기 등을 고려해 볼 때에 GIS 분야의 중요성은 더욱 부각되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 초고압 GIS 관련 기술 국내외 연구개발동향을 분석해보고자 한다.

본 연구는 경제적 자원의 결핍과 열악한 시장환경으로인해 소비의 효율성 발휘에 제약을 받고 있는 빈곤농가 주부의 소비자기능을 평가하고, 관련 변수를 규명하려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 농촌지도 실무자들로부터 상대적으로 낙후된 지역을 추천받아 농가주부를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였으며, 총 444부를 분석에 사용하였다. 빈도분포, 교차분석, 일원분산분석 및 최소유의차검증, 중분류분석 등의 결과 빈곤농가 주부의 소비자기능은 비빈곤농가 주부에 비해 낮았으며, 소비자기능은 주부의 학력과 연령, 가계관리자 유형, 주관적 관 리능력에 따라 차이가 나타났다. 소비자기능의 하위영역별로 볼 때, 빈곤농가 주부는 지출비목별 예산수립, 정기적인 저축, 구매품목의 사전결정, 가격.상표.제조년월일의 확인, 사용방법.주의사항.보증내용의 확인, 영수증 확인 및 보관, 가계부기록.확인, 아프터서비스 요청 항목에서 모든 비빈곤농가 주부 보다 낮은 기능점수를 보였고, 인적정보 활용, 충분한 상점탐색 항목에서는 부분적으로 낮은 기능점수를 보였다.

최근 관광산업은 AI, 빅데이터, IoT, 증강현실 등 4 차 산업혁명 관련 기술이 활용을 활용하여 관광산업 활성화를 도모하고 있다. 모바일 애플리케이션을 통한 개인 맞춤형 서비스가 다수 개발되고 있으나, 낙후된 지역사회 관광지에는 아직까지 테마로드 같은 콘텐츠 개발이 미비한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 QR 코드, 블루투스, 비콘 등의 기술을 기반으로 사용자가 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 위치 기반 서비스 알고리즘을 개발하고자 하며 이를 통해 침체된 구도시의 관광객 유치와 관람객들이 재미있게 활용할 수 있는 테마로드 콘텐츠를 제공하고자 한다.
