The study empirically delves into the longitudinal transition of the urban core of Naju City in Korea. For the purpose, the ASA (Angular Segment Analysis) technique of Space Syntax has been adopted to investigate the cadastral maps on the GIS platform for the five chosen years since 1920. In particular, the global integration map as well as box plot statistics have been used to capture the time-series consequences. The findings indicate that the old downtown is no more a monocentric city core and the center of the City has far moved eastward near the new Gwangju-Jeonam Innovation City especially during the period between 2000 and 2020.

This is a study on operation system's application method for leading-in public bike operation system through researching on case study at home and abroad, and situation research in Naju city. In the 1st research, studied about the main problems showed at application cases of public bike system at domestic and overseas, such as using time, danger for be stolen and damaged. 2nd research focuses on necessarily of leading-in operation system to be used easily by city residents and travelers of Naju City which is the scheduled city for leading-in public bike system. 3rd research is on the basis of the result showed in 1st and 2nd research, supplied some problems' solving method for France Veblib System, such as lending and rental process using mobile, system operation process, communication process. Also, supplied the application method for problems showed at 1st and 2nd research and civil service proposal. The leading-in method study on public bike operation system was done through above research, also case study at home and abroad, situation study, and rental program module development, and this operation system is worked as an model operation system in Naju City. The future study of leading-in operation system will be more effective by means of summing up test running result.

자동유량측정시설은 효율적으로 실시간의 유량을 측정하기 위한 수문조사시설로 전국의 주요 국가하천을 대상으로 약 62개소에서 H-ADCP를 활용하여 지속적인 유량측정을 수행하고 있다. 최근 해외에서는 국내 자동유량측정시설에 활용중인 횡방향 초음파도플러유속계(H-ADCP)의 초음파산란도를 활용하여 부유사농도를 측정하는 연구가 수행되고 있다. H-ADCP를 활용한 부유사농도 측정 기술을 자동유량관측소에 적용할 경우 실시간의 유량측정과 함께 부유사농도 자료를 획득할 수 있기 때문에 지속적인 부유사농도를 측정할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 H-ADCP를 이용한 부유사농도 측정 기술의 개발을 목적으로 기존 자동유량장치가 설치된 지점 중 과거 유사량 측정을 수행한 5개 지점에 대해 H-ADCP를 이용한 부유사농도 측정 기술의 적용성을 검토하였다. 5개의 지점은 각각 낙동강 수계 구미시(구미대교), 함안군(계내리) 2개 지점과 영산강 수계 광주광역시(극락교), 나주시(남평교), 나주시(나주대교) 3개 지점으로 과거에 수행된 실측 부유사농도 자료와 H-ADCP 원시자료를 활용하여 분석을 수행하였다. 5개 지점에 대해 H-ADCP로부터 측정된 초음파산란도의 보정을 수행하였고, 보정된 초음파산란도와 실측 부유사 농도와의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 결정계수는 약 0.8이상으로 높은 상관관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 초음파산란도를 활용하여 지속적인 부유사농도를 추정한 결과와 실측부유사농도와 의 정확도를 비교한 결과 80%이상의 정확도를 보여 H-ADCP의 초음파산란도를 활용하여 부유사 농도를 측정하는데 사용이 가능할 것으로 판단되었다.

홍수와 가뭄, 수질오염 등의 피해에 대한 대책과 보다 효율적인 수자원 관리를 위해서 원자료에 대한 분석이 선행되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 나주지점을 대상으로 하여 총유기탄소(Total Organic Carbon: TOC) 자료와 유출량 자료를 수집하였으며, 각 자료에 대하여 상세한 주기성분을 파악하기 위하여 웨이블렛 변환을 적용하였다. 대상지점으로 선정한 나주지점은 전라남도 나주시 나주대교 상류에 위치하고 있으며, 유역면적이 $2,0587.2km^2$이며, 유로 연장은 65.5km이다. 유출량과 수질자료의 주기성 분석을 위해 유기물의 양을 나타내는 수질지표인 TOC와 나주수위관측소에서 관측된 2003년${\sim}$2004년의 시수위자료를 유출량으로 환산한 값을 사용하였으며, 이 자료의 상세한 주기성 파악을 위해 웨이블렛 변환을 사용하였다. 일반적으로 주기성을 파악하기 위하여 푸리에 변환을 사용하지만, 푸리에 변환은 시간정보와 주파수를 동시에 파악할 수 없을 뿐만 아니라, 자료에 불연속성과 고주파수 성분이 포함될 경우 분석이 난이하다. 이러한 푸리에 변환의 단점을 보안한 것이 웨이블렛 변환이며, 푸리에 변환보다 계산속도가 빠르다. 또한 주어진 자료에 대하여 시간과 주파수 영역에서 동시에 파악하는 것이 가능하며, 불규칙한 자료를 평탄하게 함으로서 보다 상세한 주기성을 찾아낼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 추출한 각 자료의 상세 주기성분들은 향후 수자원 관리를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영산강 유역은 상류 급경사 지역에 있는 유역 내 댐들의 홍수조절용량과 평야지역에 있는 하굿둑의 홍수배제능력이 부족하여 나주시 등 하류부에 홍수피해가 빈번하였다. 영산강에서 4대강 사업의 주요내용은 하도내 퇴적토준설과 홍수조절지 건설, 농업용저수지 증고를 통한 홍수방어능력 증대, 다기능 보설치를 통한 용수확보, 하구지역 홍수배제능력 증대 등이었다. 동 사업에서 본류 하천의 홍수위 저감과 내수배제 개선을 위해 담양댐 하류부터 영암천 합류점까지 하도를 준설하고, 담양과 화순홍수조절지, 나주 강변저류지, 승촌보와 죽산보를 건설하고, 하굿둑 배수능력 증대와 농업용 댐 및 저수지들을 증고를 수행하였다. 4대강 사업이 준공된 2012년 이후로 2014년부터 5년간 가뭄이 지속되었고 큰 홍수가 없다가 2020년 8월에 장기간의 집중호우로 영산강 중상류인 광주시와 영산강 하류지역에서 큰 수해가 발생하였다. 따라서 시설물 운영 실적에 근거한 홍수저감 효과의 기술적 검토를 수행하였다. 사업전·후 수문관측자료와 하천시설 운영 실적에 근거한 홍수저감 효과를 분석하기 위해 사업전·후 유사 규모의 강우 발생 시 수위표 지점별로 계측된 첨두 수위 및 유량자료를 비교하여 홍수저감 효과를 분석하였다. 사업전·후 유사 규모 강우를 선정하기 위해 발생된 강우 사상 중 호우특보 발령 기준이상의 강우 사상에 대하여 총 강우량 및 강우의 지속시간, 시간 분포를 비교하여 유사 규모의 호우를 선정하였다. 사업전·후 유사 규모의 호우 사상 발생 시 계측된 홍수위와 홍수량 비교 결과 영산강 중·상류부와 중·하류부 수위표 지점(극락교,승용교,나주대교)에서 사업 시행 후 사업 전보다 첨두 수위가 1.36~2.81m 감소한 것으로 검토되었다. 이는 여러 가지 사업들의 복합적인 결과로 영산강유역의 홍수관리여건이 개선된 것으로 판단된다. 한편 2020년 8월7일~8일 발생한 호우에 의해 영산강 본류의 중·상류부와 중·하류부의 주요 수위표 지점에서는 200년빈도 계획홍수위를 초과한 홍수가 발생하였다. 상시개방과 철거로 처리방안이 결정된 승촌보와 죽산보의 여건을 반영하여 2개보 유무에 따른 홍수위 검토를 실시하였다. 홍수위 비교 결과보가 없을 경우 영산강 중·상류부(극락교,승용교)와 중·하류부(나주대교,영산교) 수위표 지점에서 홍수위가 0.01~0.07m 감소되는 것으로 검토되어 홍수시 보의 영향은 비교적 작은 것으로 나타났다. 홍수시 상류댐과 저수지, 홍수조절지, 하굿둑, 하천의 연계운영에 대해서는 추가연구가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to analyzes the transition process and architectural characteristics of Naju's old railway station building from 1913 to 2002. It considers measures for the conservation and reuse. It analyzes investigation record of the condition of Naju's station from 1948 to 1993 and standard building design at Japanese colonial period. It analyzes as well, transition of building through the comparison of the results of an investigation in 1993 and those of the present conditions. In addition, it analyzes interviews with the city officials and residents in city.

"영업력은 성실, 정보력, 대인관계, 적시적소의 운영 등 개인의 능력에 좌우된다"며 선두지점의 자부심을 드러내는 김 지점장은 "농가들은 작물보호제품의 인지도를 쉽게 바꾸려 하지 않아 우선 고객의 마음에 신뢰와 믿음을 심어주어야 한다. 끊임없는 제품연구와 정확한 정보 전달, 수요와 판매예측의 시장분석을 통해 적시적소에 적합한 제품을 공급해야 한다"면서 타사와의 차별화 전략에 대해 역설하며 그의 일상이 빼곡히 적혀있는 다이어리를 넘기며 또 다른 미래를 준비하고 있다.

School foodservice in the business opportunities could be magnified as the university and the general enterprise as well as elementary, middle, and high school. Therefore school foodservice creates commercially profitable and would go on its investment in social welfare service field as well as create new jobs. By using local food materials, school foodservice has economic effect on the society. This paper examines current state and related cases of school foodservices to discuss ways to vitalize school foodservice system. The study also examines the economic effect on consumers, producers and whole society. Especially, to test a ripple effect on the entire economy, input-output analysis has been used in the study.

Sustainable development is the main stream of urban development in 21st century. Also, in contemporary cultural space, it is the pivotal paradigm that the development of culture complex and mixture of cultural space, educational facilities, information technology and public space. So, the purpose of this paper lies in presentation for building culture complex belt for innovation city. For this purpose, this paper has reviewed the developmental trend of cultural facilities, has analyzed cultural environment of Naju city, has set the vision and the strategy for Naju innovation city up, and finally has suggested and planned the method of culture complex belt for sustainable new town development.
