섬유보강 다공성 옥상녹화 황토콘크리트의 물리·역학적 및 온도변화 특성 평가 (Physical·Mechanical and Temperature Properties of Fiber Reinforced Porous Green Roof Hwang-toh Concrete)

  • The physical, mechanical, water purification and temperature properties of fiber reinforced porous hwang-toh green roof concrete have been evaluated in this study. The effect of the depending on replacement ratio of blast furnace slag to cement was investigated such that the replacement ratio is varied to 0 % and 30 %. Also, the replacement ratios of hwang-toh were 0, 20 and 30 %. The polyvinyl alcohol fiber was used for the reinforcing fiber. A series of pH test, unit weight, void ratio, compressive strength, after purification and variation of temperature test have been performed to evaluate the performance, water purification effect and temperature properties of the fiber reinforced porous hwang-toh green roof concrete. The test results indicate that the physical and mechanical properties of fiber reinforced porous hwang-toh green roof concrete is affected by the replacement ratio of the blast furnace slag and hwang-toh contents. Results of purifying water showed that the water purification effect of porous hwang-toh green roof concrete is about 40 %. Also, the temperature properties test results indicate the green roof blocks using fiber reinforced porous hwang-toh green roof concrete have insulation and temperature reduction effect.

도심지역의 지반침하(싱크홀)의 원인과 관리적 대책에 대한 제언 (Causes and suggestions on administrative measures of Subsidence (sink holes) in Urban areas)

  • In recent years, urban areas occurred several times a sinkhole. In Korea, this limestone area where the sink hole sink holes occur based on not much was seen as a very rare phenomenon. However, the occurrence of accidents in recent Subsidence and urban areas is occurring in the limestone sinkhole may yet see another one called artificial Subsidence phenomenon. Subsidence in urban areas can have various causes, such as depression groundwater level changes due to the influence of soil, underground, etc. underground utilities by anthropogenic actions. But a lot of research on natural sinkhole by geological experts continued steadily since the past Subsidence that occurred in recent years the city has become an urgent problem to formulate a countermeasure to be very concerned about the human and material damage. In this study, the city by analyzing existing research on the causes and countermeasures of Subsidence recently released look at the announced sinkhole, published statistics and cases of Subsidence data, and overseas corresponding practices in each relevant agencies and to suggest measures for local Subsidence.

  • 정보 보안을 위한 3GPP 표준을 따르는 USIM 기술은 3GPP 모바일 네트워크에서 보안 기능을 제공한다. USIM의 보안 기능은 사용자 계정 기밀성, 상호 인증, 사용자와 네트워크간에 키 교환 및 사용자 정보 보안 및 데이터 무결성 들이다. 본 논문에서는 일반적인 네트워크에 접근 방법, 3GPP 및 WLAN(Wireless LAN) 통신에서 인증 프로토콜, 및 RADIUS 기반에 AAA 서버 시스템에 보안 기능을 제공하는 USIM 보안 모듈을 설계 및 구현한다.

  • 클로로알카리 산업은 염화나트륨 수용액의 전기분해로 연간 약 7천만 톤의 가성소다 및 염소를 생산하는 전 세계적으로 가장 큰 전기화학 공정 중 하나이다. 클로로알카리 공정에서는 DSA(Dimensionally Stable Anodes) 전극인 $RuO_2$$IrO_2$를 주로 사용하여 염소를 생산하며 상업적으로 사용되고 있는 전극에 비하여 염소 발생 효율이 높은 전극을 개발하려는 연구가 계속되고 있다. 그러나 보다 염소 발생 효율이 좋은 전극을 개발하기 위해서는 DSA 전극에서의 염소 발생 메커니즘에 대한 이해가 뒷받침되어야 한다. 따라서 본 글에서는 기존 연구를 중심으로 DSA 전극에서 염소 발생 메커니즘 연구가 현재까지 어떻게 발전되어 왔는지 검토하고 염소 발생 메커니즘의 핵심적인 요인들을 분석 및 정리하여 DSA 전극에서 염소 발생을 체계적으로 이해하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.

서부 경남 지역의 초등학교에 식재된 목본 식물 분석 (An Analysis of Tree Species Planted in Elementary School Gardens in Western Gyeongnam Area)

  • This study is to find out how well elementary school gardens work as places of observation learning. We compared the tree species planted in elementary school gardens with those which appeared in the science textbooks of the 7th Korean National Curriculum. The number of tree species are 60 throughout all the grades, specifically; 43 in the third grade, 22 in the fifth grade, 16 in the first grade, 15 in the second grade, 8 in the sixth grade, and 5 in the fourth grade, respectively. Their frequency of appearance (hereafter referred to as 'appearance frequency') throughout all the grades is 175, and the maximum frequency is 62 in the third grade. Of particular note is the fact that the appearance frequency in one grade was very high, meaning that a repeat study will not be conducted. The total number of tree species counted in the study was 13,028 and consisted of 167 species in 52 families. Only 23% of the total planted tree species, that is, 38 tree species appeared in the textbooks, so the ratio of the practical usage of school gardens was revealed to be low. In the school gardens, there are only an average of about 16 tree species per school. The fewest number of species in one school was 9 and the most was 22. The native species were 74 and the non-native species were 93. This means that almost all the planted species do not relate to observation learning in the textbooks. The 22 tree species among 60 species in the textbooks were not planted in the gardens. In conclusion, the degree of utilization of almost all the elementary school gardens examined during this investigation was very low.

밤 전분의 이화학적 특성 (Physicochemical Properties of Chestnut Starch)

  • 밤(품종, 은기) 전부의 성상, 이화학적 특성 및 전분 겔의 노화속도를 조사하였다. 전분의 입자는 장축 및 단축의 비가 1.4 : 1인 불규칙한 타원형으로서 크기는 $2.9{\sim}21.4{\mu}$(평균 $10\;{\mu}$)이었다. X-ray 회절도는 $2{\theta}$$5.6^{\circ},\;15.3^{\circ},\;17.2^{\circ},\;22.0^{\circ},\;23.8^{\circ}$에서 peak를 보였으며, B형에 속하였다. 전분의 아밀로스 함량은 22.7%, 물 결합 능력은 81.5%, 호화온도는 $55^{\circ}C$이었다. 전분의 swelling은 $55^{\circ}C$까지는 큰 변화가 없었고, 이후 급격히 증가하였으나 $65^{\circ}C$ 이후에는 그 변화가 완만하였다. 아밀로그라프에 의한 전분의 호화는 농도(5 및 6%)에 관계없이 비슷한 양상을 보였으며, 최고 점도는 나타나지 않았다. 밤 전분은 입자간의 결합강도가 강하며, 열 및 shear force에 의한 swollen granule의 저항성이 큰 특징을 보였다. 전분 겔(건물중으로 45%)의 노화 시간상수(속도 상수의 역수)는 $21^{\circ}C$에서 1.68일이었다.

알칼리활성화제 치환율에 따른 무시멘트 다공성 콘크리트의 물리·역학적 특성 (Physical and Mechanical Properties of Non-Cement Porous Concrete with Alkali-Activator Contents)

  • The present study is to evaluate physical and mechanical properties of porous concrete having non cement that mainly causes carbon emission. This study aims to explore eco-friendly concrete technology capable of reducing the amount of carbon emission due to the use of normal cement by substituting it with non cement porous concrete to which alkali-activator and blast-furnace slag powder are impregnated. As experimental variables, 5 %, 6 %, 7 %, 8 %, 9 % and 10 % of alkali-activator were substituted as binders and applied. Testing evaluated in this study were pH value, void ratio, compressive strength and residual compressive strength shown after being immersed in $H_2SO_4$ solution and $Na_2SO_4$ solution. The test results were compared with those tested with the use of porous concrete to which 400 $kg/m^3$ of unit cement amount was applied as binder. In consequence, it was concluded that; as for pH value, it was decreased than was the case in which cement was used, but increased with the more the use of alkali activator; as for void ratio and compressive strength, the mix proportion in which 9 % and 10 % of alkali activator were applied in terms of substitution ratio showed the result similar to the mixture in which 400 $kg/m^3$ of unit cement ratio was applied; and, as for residual compressive strength in the case of being immersed in $H_2SO_4$ solution and $Na_2SO_4$ solution, the compressive strength was increased, thus leading to improved chemical resistance.

전기장을 이용한 미생물 부착과 생물막 제어 (Control of Bacterial Adhesion and Biofilm Using Electric Field)

  • 전기장을 이용한 생물막 제어 기술은 기존의 소독제 및 항균제를 이용한 방법을 대체하기 위한 제어기술로써 연구되어 왔다. 본 기술은 화학적 소독제나 항균제를 사용하지 않고 전자전달을 토대로 생물막을 제어한다는 점에서 환경적으로 이로운 면이 있다. 현재까지 연구된 정기장을 이용한 생물막 제어방법은 기작에 따라 (1) 음전류에서의 정전기적 반발작용을 통한 미생물 부착 제어, (2) 양전류 상에서의 미생물 거동을 이용한 미생물 부착 제어, (3) 직접산화반응에 의한 미생물 불활성화, (4) 바이오일렉트릭 효과에 의한 생물막 불활성화 효과로 분류할 수 있다. 본 총설에서는 주요 선행연구를 통해 전기장을 이용한 생물막 제어 기술에 대하여 살펴보고, 적용사례들을 소개하고자 한다.

미량영양소들의 추가급여가 뉴캣슬 또는 전염성 기관지염 백신 접종시 산란계의 면역성에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Excess Dietary Supplementation of Several Micronutrients on Immune Response in Layers Inoculated with Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis Vaccines)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the immune response of layers fed diets supplemented with excess micronutrients, i.e., vitamin A, methionine, Zn, Cu, and Fe to the inoculation of Newcastle disease vaccine(NDV) or infectious bronchitis vaccine(IBV). The antibody titer against the NDV increased immediately after the inoculation and stayed high during the next 6 wk. On the other hand, The antibody titer against the IBV increased after 4 wk of inoculation The IgM level increased rapidly after 1 wk of NDV inoculation, however, it decreased after 5 wk of inoculation. The IgA displayed similar pattern to that of IgM in response to NDV inoculation. The pattern of IgM change after IBV inoculation was similar to that when layers were treated with NDV. However, IgA level changed earlier than did IgM. The IgG response to the NDV and IBV was very weak compared to the other immune responses. The excess supplementation of micronutrients to the diets of layers inoculated with NDV elicited favorable antibody titer and immune response compared to the layers fed the control diet. The excess Zn, however, allowed the layers to have higher antibody titer for the 4-wk period after NDV injection: after that they showed no effect of extra-Zn. The immune responses of layers fed excess vitamin A, Cu, methionine, and Fe were markedly higher in IgA and IgG than the control layers. The excess Zn, however, did not bring about any favorable result. No difference was detected in IgG level between control and micronutrients-treated groups.

다중밀집시설의 사회적 거리 유지를 위한 Social Force Model 구축방안 (A Study on Establishment of Social Force Model for Maintaining Social Distance on Multi Use Facility)

  • 본 연구에서는 COVID-19 대유행에 따른 다중밀집시설 중 하나인 서울역 역사를 대상으로 사회적 거리(Social Distance) 유지 및 보행동선체계 구축에 따른 효과분석을 진행하였다. 분석을 위해 서울역 CAD 및 철도역사 이용객 수 조사를 통하여 서울역 보행 Network를 구축하였으며, Social Force Model을 활용하여 사회적 거리(Social Distance)를 유지하는 보행자를 구현하였다. 이를 바탕으로 시나리오 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 보행동선체계 도입 시 현황과 비교하여 평균보행속도가 감소하였으나 평균보행밀도의 경우 보행 서비스수준(LOS) 'C'를 유지하는 것으로 분석되어 보행동선체계의 효과가 입증되었으며, 향후 보행계획 시 보행 시뮬레이션 모델로서 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
