Purpose: The circular stapled Billroth I gastrectomy has been gradually popularized because of several advantages. Thus, this study aims to identify what to be supplemented for the safety of this technique by examining the potential complication after the circular stapled Billroth I gastrectomy. Materials and Methods: This study selected 594 patients who underwent the circular stapled Billroth I gastrectomy because of the gastric cancer in our department of surgery from Jan. 1998 to Dec. 2004 as the subjects. As of Jan. 2001 when the bleeding on the anastomosis site was visually checked through the small incision at the opposite curvature to the lesion of the stomach to be resected and so the operation was completed, the patients were divided into the Group I (n=219) and Group II (n=375), which were the patients before and after Jan. 2001, respectively. Then, the clinical characteristics and postoperative anastomotic complications of both groups were compared. Results: For the comparison of complications between two groups, the anastomotic leakage was found in four cases in Group I and three cases in Group II (p=0.196). The stenosis on the anastomosis region was not observed in both groups. The bleeding on the anastomosis region illustrates the statistically significant difference between Group I and Group II, with 43 cases and 2 cases, respectively (P=0.0019). Conclusion: The circular stapled Billroth I gastrectomy is recommended because of several advantages of this technique. However, the bleeding on the anastomosis site may be indicated as the critical issue. Accordingly, the visual check on the bleeding on the anastomosis site during the operation will improve the safety of circular stapler.

전기혜택을 받지 못하는 개발도상국의 도서지역이나 산간지역 등에 전기를 공급하기 위한 방법으로 마이크로그리드를 구축하고 있다. 그러나 24시간 전기 공급을 위해서는 많은 투자 재원이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 첨두 부하를 삭감하여 공급지장을 감수하더라도 투자 재원을 줄여 전기 공급의 확대를 목표로 한다. 또한 HOMER 프로그램을 이용하여 첨두 부하 삭감을 고려하는 가상발전기 개념을 도입하고 발전기의 고장정지율을 고려한 감도 분석을 통하여 마이크로그리드의 각 설비별 기대 적정 규모를 구하는 방법론을 제안한다.

The outage cost has very important position for determination of the optimal level or optimal range of reliability in power system expansion planning. Establishing the worth of service reliability is a very difficult and subjective task. This paper addresses the role, need and assessment algorithm and methodology of the outage cost on power system expansion planning. Furthermore outage cost has been assessed using macro approach for our country 15years(1986-2001) in the case study.

본 논문에서는 MPEG-21 프레임워크를 Peer-to-Peer Network 상에서 구동시킬 때의 문제점을 해결하면서, P2P의 장점을 최대한 이용할 수 있도록 하는 P2P 방식의 디지털 권한 관리 시스템(P2PDRMEngine)을 설계한다. MPEG-21 프레임워크의 여러 구성 요소들 중 IPMP(Intellectual Property Management and Protection components), DI(Digital Item), Multimedia Contents 등의 구조에 몇 가지 요소를 추가하여 P2PDRMEngine과 MPEG-21 프레임워크가 서로 유기적인 동작을 할 수 있도록 설계하고 또한, DI를 생산, 배포, 사용할 때 사용자에게 편리성을 제공 해주는 기능도 고려한다. P2PDRMEngine은 기존의 MPEG-21 프레임워크의 수행에 지장을 주지 않으면서 보안적인 측면과 요소 간의 기능을 강화하는 데 초점을 맞추어 설계한 시스템이다.

Korean government has initiated integrated-energy business (IEB) in Mokdong for energy conservation in 1983. Since then, IEB has been steadily expanding. This paper attempts to apply input-output(I-O) analysis to examine the economic effects of IEB. A static I-O framework is employed, focusing on three topics in its application: the impact of the investment of IEB on the production of other sectors and the inter-industry linkage effect; supply shortage effects of the IEB ; and the impact of the rise in IEB rate on prices of other products. The paper pays closer attention to IEB sector by taking the sector as exogenous and then investigating its economic impacts. The results can be widely utilized in decision-making about IEB policy.

To increase self-sufficiency ratio and agricultural income, six cropping systems by introducing several crops in perilla were tested from 2001 and 2002. Weed occurrence was high in barley+perilla and safflower+perilla cropping system. Pre-and post-crops in barley+perilla and safflower+perilla showed good growth. Safflower+perilla cropping system was labor-saying and cost down because polyethylene film of pre-crop was reused in post-crop. But when perilla was introduced as post-crop of sesame, delayed seed date resulted in decreased growth and grain yield. The income in barley+perilla and safflower+perilla was greater 4.1fold and 5.2fold, respectively than in perilla mono-crop system. Soil physical properties were improved in order of safflower+perilla, barley+perilla cropping system.

사물인터넷 서비스는 다양한 기능과 성능을 갖는 디바이스와 게이트웨이, 플랫폼, 서비스가 서로 상호 연동/통신함으로써 실현된다. 해당 서비스의 안전성 및 신뢰성을 보장하기 위해선 서비스 각 구성 요소에 적절한 보안 기술이 필요하다. 서비스 및 API 수준에서는 OpenID-connect, OAuth2, SAML, XACML과 같은 인증/인가, 접근 제어 기법이 필요하며, 플랫폼 및 프로토콜 수준에서는 MQTT, CoAP, HTTPS, RSPF 프로토콜 및 보안 절차가 필요하다. 한편, 이들 보안 기술은 공통적으로 TLS/DTLS 보안 프로토콜을 사용한다는 특성을 가진다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 사물인터넷의 디바이스, 게이트웨이, 플랫폼에서 손쉽게 사용될 수 있도록 TLS/DTLS 보안 칩 개발 사례를 소개하고 이를 TLS 오픈 소프트웨어 스택인 mbedTLS와의 연동 사례를 소개함으로써 사물인터넷 구성 요소에 공통적으로 활용 가능한 보안 기술 구현 사례를 살펴본다.

추론 기반의 온톨로지 구축은 시맨틱 웹 응용의 구현을 위한 최소 요건이다. 그러나 현재 시맨틱 웹응용에 적용된 대부분의 온톨로지들은 추론을 통한 지식의 재사용을 제공하지 못하며, 이는 시맨틱 웹응용의 발전에 많은 지장을 주는 요인이다. 따라서 본 연구는 서술 논리와 규칙 언어로 표현된 추론 기반의 웹 온톨로지를 구축하고, 이를 지능형 이미지 검색에 적용하였다. 추론 엔진을 이용한 지능형 이미지 검색 결과 실험으로, 추론 기반의 웹 온톨로지와 주석 기반의 웹 온톨로지를 이미지 검색 시스템에 적용하였으며, 추론 기반의 웹 온톨로지를 적용한 검색 결과가 재현율과 정확율에 있어 더욱 우수한 성능을 보여주었다.
