변전소 자동화 시스템에 관한 IEC 61850 표준은 급속한 통신 기술의 변화를 수용하기 위해 실제적인 통신 서비스와 응용 영역을 분리하여 정의하였다. 이는 미래 지향적인 표준을 지향하는 것으로, 표준은 정보 모델과 추상적인 서비스 모델을 정의하고 이를 실제 통신 프로토콜에 사상(mapping)하는 방법을 제시하였다. 이러한 사상의 방법을 SCSM(Specific Communication Service Mapping)이라 명시하고 있다. 본 논문은 표준에서 제시하는 SCSM 과 사상되는 통신 프로토콜인 MMS(Manufacturing Message Specification), TCP/IP, Ethernet을 설명한다.

데이터 모델링의 객체 지향적인 접근은 변전소 자동화 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 객체의 재활용과 객체 정보의 숨김과 같은 효율성을 제공한다. 변전소 자동화 시스템을 위한 IEC 61850 표준은 이러한 객체 지향 개념에 기반한 데이터 모델링을 IEC 61850 표준문서의 파트 7에서 제시하였다. 표준은 데이터를 교환하는 가장 작은 기능으로써 Logical Node(LN)를 모델링 하였고 본 논문에서는 LN을 비롯한 여러 객체 지향 데이터 모델들을 설명하고 분석하였다.

본 논문은 현재 대형 병원에서 널리 사용되고 있는 PACS의 데이터 백업, 데이터의 관리 등의 문제점을 해결하고자 지리적으로 분산된 PACS를 그리드 기술로 통합 연동하여 PACS의 효용성을 높이고 원격 이미지 파일 전송 및 협업, 원격진단과 같은 향상된 의료 정보기능을 제공하기 위하여 PACS-Grid DICOM Server, PACS-Grid 브라우저, PACS-Grid Provider를 정의하여 PACS-Grid 서비스 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

There are various elements that have influence on safety and reliability of high speed railway. Among them, mechanical characteristics of traction motors are very important. Therefore, we verified that temperature characteristics have influence on damage and durability of these parts. We designed a measurement system for temperature test, and could measure the temperature of each device by the system. As the result of temperature test, we could confirm that the traction motors on Korean High-Speed Train satisfy the criteria. From this test, we get information of the traction motor about the temperature characteristic during running speed and running time.

The internal quantum efficiency of organic light emitting devices(OLEDs) using fluorescent organic materials is limited within 25% because of the triplet excitons which can hardly emit light. So there has been considerable interest in finding ways to obtain light emission from triplet excitons. One approach has been to add phosphorescent compounds to one of the layers in OLEDs. Then triplet excitons can transfer to these phosphorescent molecules and emit light. In this study, multilayer OLEDs with phosphorescent emitter, Iridium complexes were prepared. The devices with a structure of ITO/TPD/Ir complex doped in the host material/Alq3/Li:Al/Al were fabricated, and its electrical and optical characteristics were studied. Using various Ir complexes and the host materials, we fabricated several devices and investigated the device characteristics.

네온변압기는 전기 제품의 일종이며, 사용 시간의 경과와 더불어 환경 조건 등 여러 가지 요인으로 서서히 그 성능이 열화하고 마침내 수명에 이르는 성질을 가지고 있다. 최근에는 에너지 절약용, 자원 절약용 등 환경 보호 입장에서 고효율화가 도모되고 있고, 내구성 증가, 소음 저감, 환경에의 적합 등 여러 가지 요구가 높아지고 있으나 확립된 수명 평가 이론은 정립되고 있지 않는 실정이다. 따라서 여기에서는 변압기의 수명 등을 평가할 수 있는 가속시험 방법에 대해서 논하기로 한다.

Recently, studies of 3D printing methods have been working in various applications. For example, the powder base method laminates the prints by using a binding or laser sintering method. However, the draw back of this method is that the post process is time consuming and does not allow for parts to be rapidly manufactured. The binding method requires the post process while the time required for the post process is longer than the manufacturing time. This paper proposes a UV curing binding method with an integrated piezo printing head system. The optimization of an arbitrary waveform generation for the control of a UV curable resin droplet was researched, in addition to developed optimized UV curing processes in multi nozzle ink jet heads.

Community Noise has been great concerned in public. A road traffic noise has affected too much damage on quiet living environment. In this paper, About measured from the measure point noise and the noise signal processing techniques applied to the occurrence of the noise source with a path to reach this measure point to the measured data to determine signal processor for Complex Cepstrum Analysis of how to apply for research.

KHST(Korean High-Speed Train, 350km/h), composed of 7 cars that are 2 power cars, 2 motorized car and 3 trailer cars, has been developed and is under on-line test. To verify hte design requirements about the functions and traction performances of this train, KRRI(Korea Railroad Research Institute) decided to evaluate traction performances of the train during on-line test. For this purpose, such as torque, velocity, voltage and current, must be measured. BRRI has developed the measurement system that can be measured vast and various signals effectively. In this paper, we introduce traction performances of KHST. The traction measurement items are focused on the verification of motor block performances.
