QFT(Quantitative Feedback Theory) is a very practical design technique that emphasizes the use of feedback for achieving the desired system performance tolerances in despite of plant uncertainty and disturbance. The gain-phase loop shaping procedure of QFT is employed to design controller, until the bounds at desired frequencies are satisfied. This paper presents a transfer function synthesis using TLS(Total Least Squares) and offers a loop shaping method with the suggested technique. An example illustrates a feasibility of the presented algorithm.

The crystallization of metastable "orthorhombic" phase from the glass in the system of Na $AlSi_3O_8-CaAl_2Si_2O_8$ is studied. These crystals are crystallized in the range of composition from $Ab_80An_20$ to An100. The symmetry of these crystals show orthorhombic as a possible space group P22121. 전력계통의 주파수변동은 공급력과 수요의 불평형에 의하여 발생되는것으로 이것은 상시 일정속도를 요구하는 제사, 제지, 정밀공업등에 크게 영향을 끼치고 일반 회전부하에서도 효율을 저하시킨다. 한편 사고등으로 인한 주파수의 이상저하는 전력계통의 안정도를 저하시키며 특히 기력발전기의 탈락을 수반할 경우 사고의 파급이 확대되는 경우가 있게 됨으로 이러한 경우가 극력 적을것이 요망된다. 따라서 공급측은 평상시는 시시각각으로 변동하는 수요에 적응해서 공급력을 조정하고 대전원 탈락으로 공급력에 대폭 부족이 발생하는 이상시는 계통주파수를 한도치 이상으로 하여 계통의 안정을 유지하여야 한다. 본 고에서는 전력주파수특성의 개요만을 간단히 설명하고 1968년말 부터 시행한 주파수 특성시험 방법과 그 결과치를 보고코져 한다.
