개방형BIM기반의 건축법규검토를 위한 법규유형화 및 적용방안 (Building Code Typology and Application for Open BIM based Code Checking)

  • Recently, Productivity of the construction industry has been decreasing than other industries. Because of this, BIM is being spread in the construction industry. However, quality criteria for BIM data is insufficient. Regulation information is an important factor for initial architectural design evaluations. However, building code and related regulation are numerous. National building code structure in Korea is much more complex than other countries. The purpose of this study is to suggest the typology method of building code and apply to real regulations. To achieve this purpose, the authors have extracted required information to from original regulation for code checking and suggested mapping methods between extracted information and information of IFC scheme. In addition, the authors have represented EXPRESS-G diagram for extracting information from IFC scheme and suggested code checking method through stair case. Output of this study can be used as a base line data for automated code checking system based on open BIM. Automated code checking system will be utilized in architectural design evaluations and supported to increase design quality. It can be used to mount in SEUMTER that is the construction administration system of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT).

부영역 기반 코드워드 인덱스 캐시를 사용한 고속 벡터 양자화 (A Fast Vector Quantization using Subregion-based Caches of Codeword Indexes)

  • 본 논문은 부영역 분할과 코드워드 인텍스의 캐시 개념을 이용하여 벡터 양자화를 위한 고속코드북 생성 및 부호화 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 인접한 입력 벡터는 대개 코드북내 특정 코드워드에 의해 나타내어지는 국부성에 바탕을 두고 있다. 초기에 모든 학습 벡터가 거리에 기반한 근접성을 이용하여 정해진 수의 부영역으로 분할된다. 각 부영역에 하나의 코드워드 인덱스 캐시가 할당되는데 이 캐시는 학습 초기에는 전체 코드북 크기에 대응하는 코드워드 인덱스를 갖는다. 학습이 진행되면서 입력 벡터가 갖는 국부성 때문에 각 부영역내 캐시중 사용되지 않는 코드워드 인덱스가 점차 발생하게 되므로 이들은 LRU(Least Recently Used) 삭제 알고리즘에 의해 제거된다. 학습이 진행됨에 따라 부영역 캐시에는 주어진 입력 벡터에 의해 참조되는 코드워드 인덱스만이 남게 되므로 한 학습 주기 동한 필요한 학습 시간이 점차 짧아지게 되어 전체적으로 코드북 생성 시간을 크게 줄일 수 있게 된다. 제안한 방법은 매 학습주기마다, 코드워드 인덱스 삭제 후보 중 주어진 부영역 중심으로부터 거리에 의해 멀리 떨어진 것부터 반만을 제거함에 따라. 복원된 영상의 화질 열화가 거의 없다. 시뮬레이션 결과 제안한 방법은 기존의 LBG 방법에 비해 화질 열화는 거의 없지만 코드북 생성 (또는 부호화) 속도를 2.6-5.4배 (또는3.7-18.8배) 향상시킨다.

Pb Splashing 합금으로부터 Zn정련에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Purification of Zn from Pb Splashing Alloy)

  • Electric are furnace dust (EAF dust) generated in steel production based on scrap melting is contained Zn and Fe about 25 and 30 percent by weight, respectively. From a metallurgical point of view, the dust could be regarded as a raw material for Zn and Fe source. To recover the Zn in the metal from EAF dust, many system are proposed such as Arc Plasma Furmace and Pb splasher method. In this study, to recover high purity Zn from Pb splasing alloy, Zn distillation is carried out at the temperature of 1123, 1173, 1223, 1273 K, the gas flow rate of 2.5, 5.0, 8.0 Ni/min and the distilling time of 10, 30, 60, 90 minutes. The main results obtained from this study are as follows:(1) The amount of evaporated Zn and its evaporating rate increased with increasing temperature, but purity of Zn decreased with increasing temperature. Optimum temperature range was found out to be between 1173∼1223K. (2) The amount of evaporated Zn and evaporation rate increased with increasing gas flow rate at a given temperature and distillation time. Gas flow rate has more influence over the amount of evaporated Zn and evaporation rate with increasing temperature.

경량 수직이착륙 무인기의 복합재료 스키드 착륙장치 최적설계 (Composite Skid Landing Gear Optimal Design for Light VTOL UAV)

  • In this study, we peformed optimal design of a composite skid landing gear, one of the solid spring shock absorbers, for light vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. Although a solid spring type has poor energy dissipation capability, it is commonly used for light aircraft where sink speeds are low and shock absorption is non-critical in terms of simplicity, low cost and weight reduction. In this paper, design parameters of solid spring such as sink speed, gear leg length, deflection and landing load factor were reviewed. In order to meet structural requirements such as deflection and strength, finally, we conducted optimal design of the composite skid landing gear for VTOL UAV using genetic algorithm and pattern search algorithm.

KSR-III 과학탑재 시스템 개발

  • 본 논문에서는 3단형 과학관측로켓(KSR-III)에 탑재될 과학탑재부 시스템에 대하여 기술하였다. 과학탑재부에는 크게 오존측정기, 이온층 전자측정기, 대기광도계, 자력계 등이 있으며 선별적으로 탑재되어 한반도 상공의 고층 대기 상태에 대한 연구를 수행할 예정이다. 오존측정기는 한반도 상공의 오존 기둥 밀도를 측정하며 전자측정기는 이온층의 전자밀도와 전자온도를 측정한다. 대기광도계는 중간권의 대기광을 측정하며 자력계는 로켓 자세정보와 로켓이 비행하는 고도에서의 자기장 섭동량을 측정한다. 탑재체들은 현재 개발이 완료된 상태이며 지상 보정 실험도 수행하였으며 각종 환경시험을 통과하였다.

  • This paper is developed to demand management scenario of energy consumption efficiency improvement, electricity generation efficiency improvement, network efficiency improvement, change of distribution ratio, movement of energy source, change of heating system, put of CHP to quantitatively assess to impact on energy use of demand management at the national level. This scenario can be applied Energy System Management model was developed based on Energy Balance Flow. In addition, effect analysis through built demand management scenario was quantitatively evaluated integrated demand management effectiveness of energy cost saving, CO2 emission reduction and energy savings of national level by calculating to primary energy source usage change in terms of integration demand management effect more often than not a single energy source separated electricity, heat and gas.

  • 전력산업구조 개편 시 변화된 전력계통 환경하에서 효율적인 계통운용 및 계획을 위해서는 계통의 수송능력(Power Transfer Capability)을 산정하는 작업이 필수적이다. 또한 송전망의 자유로운 접근(Open Access)과 같은 전력정책의 변화로 인하여 전력계통은 더욱더 고부하상태에서 운전될 가능성이 높아지게 되었다. 전력계통의 부하가 증가하면 전압안정도 여유가 감소하므로 전력계통은 전압붕괴와 같은 전압안정도 문제를 야기시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 전력계통의 수송능력 산정문제에 대해 전압안정도여유 제약을 고려 할 수 있는 수송능력산정 알고리즘 개발에 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 전압안정도 여유제약식을 정식화한 다음 이를 수송능력 산정문제에 반영할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 그리고 이를 시험계통에 적용하여 본 연구의 타당성을 검증하고 유응한 정보를 도출하였다.

에너지 제약을 갖는 발전기를 고려한 경우의 Mixture of Cumulants Approximation법에 의한 발전시뮬레이션에 관한 연구 (The Probabilistic Production Simulation with Energy Limited Units Using the Mixture of Cumulants Approximation)

  • This paper describes a newly developed method of production simulation by using the Mixture of Cumulant Approximation (MOCA). In this method, the load is modelled as random variable (r.v.) which can be interpreted in terms of partitioning the load into various categories. We can consider the load shape of multi-modal characteristics. The number of load category and demarcation points of each load category are calculated automatically by using interpolation and least square method. Each generating unit of a supply system is modelled as r.v. of unit outage capacity according to the number of unit outage subset. Since the computation burden of each subset's moments increases exponentially as units are convolved to the system, we further derive the specific recursive formulae. In simulating the energy limited units, hydro unit simulation is performed using Energy Invariance Property and the simulation of pumped storage unit is modelled as compulsory and economic operations. The proposed MOCA method is applide to the test systems and the results are compared with those of cumulant and Booth Baleriaux method. It is verified that the MOCA method is considerably reliable and stable both pathological and well behaved system.

전압벡터의 유효분 감도지표 dP/de 수정법에 의한 견고한 전압안정도 평가에 관한 연구 (Robust algorithm for estimating voltage stability by the modified method of sensitivity index dP/de of real value on voltage vector)

  • Recently, much attention has been paid to problems which is concerned with voltage instability phenomena and much works on these phenomena have been made. In this paper, by substituting d $P_{k}$ d $e_{k}$ ( $v^{\rarw}$= e +j f) for $P_{k}$ in conventional load flow, direct method for finging the limit of voltage stability is proposed. Here, by using the fact that taylor se- ries expansion in .DELTA. $P_{k}$ and .DELTA. $Q_{k}$ is terminated at the second-order terms, constraint equation (d $P_{k}$ d $e_{k}$ =0) and power flow equations are formulated with new variables .DSLTA. e and .DELTA.f, so partial differentiations for constraint equation are precisely calculated. The fact that iteratively calculated equations are reformulated with new variables .DELTA.e and .DELTA.f means that limit of voltage stability can be traced precisely through recalculation of jacobian matrix at e+.DELTA.e and f+.DELTA.f state. Then, during iterative process divergence may be avoid. Also, as elements of Hessian mat rix are constant, its computations are required only once during iterative process.   • This study proposes a new algorithm which performs a production simulation under various constraints and maintains computational efficiency. In order to consider the environmental and operational constraints, the proposed algorithm is based on optimization techniques formulated in LP form In the algorithm, "system characteristic constraints" reflect the system characteristics such as LDC shape, unit loading order and forced outage rate. By using the concept of Energy Invariance Property and two operational rules i.e. Compliance Rule for Emission Constraint, Compliance Rule for Limited Energy of Individual Unit, the number of system characteristic constraints is appreciably reduced. As a solution method of the optimization problem, the author uses Karmarkar's method which performs effectively in solving large scale LP problem. The efficiency of production simulation is meaningful when it is effectively used in power system planning. With the proposed production simulation algorithm, an optimal expansion planning model which can cope with operational constraints, environmental restriction, and various uncertainties is developed. This expansion planning model is applied to the long range planning schemes by WASP, and determines an optimal expansion scheme which considers the effect of supply interruption, load forecasting errors, multistates of unit operation, plural limited energy plants etc.
