여러가스에 대한 저항변화를 측정하기 위해 초미립 분말을 사용하여 pellet형 SnO$_{2}$ 가스센서를 제조하였다. 초미립 분말은 화학기상반응법으로 만들어졌으며 평균입경은 0.08.mu.m이었다. 냉간 성형된 소자는 사용전 공기중에서 700~850.deg.C에서 10~60분간 소성되었다. 측정된 결과는 분말의 소결성 및 열린 기공도로 설명될 수 있었다.

This paper proposes the method to increase the current direct load control program by inspecting the problems of the DLC program. In order to increase the number of the customers participating DLC program, a raise of the base incentive and the direct load control incentive is suggested based on the interruption cost of electric power considering the characteristics of kinds of load.

This paper presents a method to improve reliability by dispersed generation (DG) installation considering load types and interruption cost. The objective functions such as power losses cost, operation cost of DGS, power buy cost and interruption cost are minimized for reliability improvement and efficient operation. The several indices for reliability evaluation are improved by dispersed generation system installation.

항공기 설계에서 중요한 해석 대상중의 하나인 에어포일 NACA 4412 형상을 2차원 난류 점성유동으로 접근하여 일정 받음각에 따른 유동 현상을 실험 결과와 비교해 보았다. 또한, 역압력구배, 유동 박리, 와류 등의 현상이 어디에서 어떻게 생성되는지 해석을 통하여 분석해 보았다.

건습식방사법에 의한 폴리설폰중공사를 제조함에 있어 여러가지의 방사조건을 변화시켜 이에 따른 중공사의 다양한 구조를 검토하고 이들의 투과특성을 조사하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 인식하고 Polysulfone 중공사막의 제조시 여러가지의 방사조건을 세분하여 방사높이, 방사용액 및 내부응고제의 양의 변화등의 방사변수에 따른 구조 및 투과특성 그리고 내부스킨층만이 존재하는 중공사와 외부스킨층만이 존재하는 중공사를 제조할 수 있는 특정조건을 확립한 후 이들의 상전이공정에 따른 변수를 도입하여 중공사를 제조하여 그 투과성능을 상전이공정과 연결시켜 해석하였다.

기존의 Microtox assay를 대체하고 국내 실정에 맞는 독성검사-조기경보장치를 개발하기 위하여 독성물질에 매우 민감하게 반응하는 새로운 세균을 수계에서 분리하여 발광유전자인 luxAB로 형질전환시켰다. 또한, luxAB유전자를 포함하는 플라스미드로 형질전환된 균주를 이용하여 여러 가지 독성물질에 대한 독성검사를 수행하였다. 민감도를 증진시킨 균주 YH9-RC를 대상으로 여러 가지 화합물에 대한 EC50 값을 측정하였을 때 기존의 Microtox

The surface of GaAs was treated by using the 0.1M solution of N $a_{2}$S.9 $H_{2}$O. The passivation of the surface in this sample was investigated by the photoreflectance(PR) experiment. The surface electric field( $E_{s}$) and built-in voltage( $V_{bi}$ ) discussed from Franz-Keldysh oscillation of PR signals. The density of surface states and Fermi level of GaAs treated with N $a_{2}$S.9 $H_{2}$O for 40min were determined 1.61*10$^{12}$ c $m^{-2}$ and 0.73eV. These values were about 15 and 10% smaller than those in untreated sample.e.
