  • Recently, our country is to be diversification a leisure activity and tourism form by income level rise and traffic circumstance improvement. But Basic facilities expropriated these leisure activities have built an insufficient condition. Also, Building a facility, Introduced tools and materials import the whole quantity. Therefore, In this paper, it builds a tension mooring unit to use EPDM and Kevlar R29 and it develops a domestic marine circumstance through reliability based on robust design. It contributes to marine leisure culture activation and industry development.

Difference of 3-back task performance ability due to levels of arousal (각성 수준에 따른 3-back 과제 수행 능력의 차이)

  • This study tried to investigate how three levels of arousal affect performance of a 3-back task. Ten university male (age $25.7{\pm}1.5$) and ten female (age $24.5{\pm}1.8$) students participated in this experiment. Using pictures selected from a group test, three levels of arousal, i.e. tensed, neutral, and relaxed emotions, were induced. Each subject was run through the procedure three times, once for each arousal level. The procedure consisted of six phases for each arousal condition Rest 1(2 min), Picture 1(presenting emotion arousing photos for 2 min), 3-back task 1(2 min), Picture 2(presenting emotion arousing photos for 2 min), 3-back task 2(2 min), and Rest 2(2 min). Skin conductance level(SCL) of electrothermal activity was also measured during all phases of the experiment. The accuracy rate of 3-back task performance was the highest at a neutral emotional state, followed by relaxed and then tensed emotional state. There was no difference in reaction time(RT) among the three levels of arousal. SCL was the highest at a tensed emotional state, followed by neutral emotional state and then relaxed emotional state. Based on the results, it could be inferred that tension, induced by stimuli unrelated to cognitive tasks, decreases the ability to perform cognitive tasks.

  • For permanent anchors used for slope reinforcement, bearing capacity and durability should be secured during the period of use. However, according to recent domestic and foreign studies, phenomena such as tension fractures, damage to anchorages, deformation and damage to slope and reduction of residual load over time have been reported along the long-term behavior of the anchors. These problems are expected to increase in the future, which will inevitably lead to problems such as increasing maintenance costs and relevant facility collapse. It is necessary to improve maintenance procedures and methods of ground anchors more practically. In this study, the problems and limitations of domestic maintenance methods were analyzed by conducting a literature study, and the measurement data of load cells installed on the install ground anchors were analyzed to determine the change in the residual load with regard to the elapsed date of the anchors. Based on the results, the effect of the construction conditions of anchors and the soil compositions on the increase and decrease of load were identified.

The Structure of Korean Consonants as Perceived by the Japanese (일본인이 지각하는 한국어 자음의 구조)

  • Twelve Japanese students living in South Korea have been examined for their perceptual identification of an initial consonant in Korean syllables with or without a white noise. A confusion matrix was then subject to analyses of additive clustering, individual difference scaling, and probability of information transmission, the results of which were also compared to those of South Koreans. The Japanese in the present experiment confused /다/and/타/ most frequently, followed by /가/ and /카/, /자, 차, 짜/, /타/ and /따/, and so on. The results of additive clustering analysis of the Japanese significantly differed from those of the South Koreans. Individual difference scaling revealed dimensions of sonorant, aspiration and coronal. While South Koreans showed binary values on aspiration and tenseness dimensions, the Japanese did continuous values on such dimensions. An information transmission probability analysis revealed that the Japanese participants could not perceive very well such larynx features as tenseness and aspiration compared to the South Korean participants. The former group, however, perceived very well place of articulation features such as labial and coronal. The present results suggest that an approach dealing with structures of base representations is important in understanding the phonological categories of languages.

Estimation of Prestressed Tension on Grouted PSC Tendon Using Measured Elastic Wave Velocity (응력파속도를 이용한 부착식 PSC 텐던의 긴장력 추정)

  • This study proposes an experimental formula that can estimate the applied tensile stress of a bonded PSC by measuring a longitudinal stress wave velocity of tendon. To develop practical formula, the various bonded PSC specimens are constructed with different levels of prestresses. For all the bonded PSC specimens, the longitudinal impact-echo tests are repeated with various experimental conditions. Considering a few influence factors such as temperature, length and the number of strands, the application of the law of similarity results in a nondemensional experimental formula that could estimate existing tensile stress on tendon by measuring its longitudinal stress wave velocity. Next, a feasibility study of proposed approach has been conducted for a real reactor building containment. The estimated stress levels of two vertical tendons embedded in the nuclear plant are close to their design values.

  • The PSC bridges have recently been widely used in Korea. The PSC bridge is a structure whose performance is improved through the use of tendons and steel bars in deflection and cracking characteristics of the concrete. Therefore, measurement or estimation of the load acting on tendon is important in order to maintain the PSC bridges efficiently and safely. This paper deals with a numerical study on the deformation of a multi-tendon anchor head in order to verify the relationship between the load acting on tendon and the deformation of anchor head. All kinematics, material properties and contact nonlinearity are included for the precise analysis and numerical studies are performed by Abaqus. From the numerical results, it is verified that the hoop strain is most useful in the estimation of the load acting on tendon and strains are affected by various parameters such as friction coefficient, boundary conditions, and arrangement.

A Study on the Change of Tensile Force of Friction Type Anchor under Shear Deformation of Ground (지반의 전단변형에 따른 마찰형 앵커의 긴장력 변화에 대한 연구)

  • When deformation occurs on slope reinforced with anchor, shear stress and bending stress are applied on the shear surface along the slip surface and increase of the shear deformation causes the tension force variation of the anchor. In this study, shear test was performed by measuring the tension force of the anchor by inducing shear deformation in vertical direction of the anchor using a large-scale direct shear test equipment in order to confirm the tension force variation of the anchor induced by shear deformation. The shear test was performed for 8 conditions which were classified according to the anchor reinforcement, separation distance (1D, 2D, 4D) from the shear surface to bonded part and the lateral-pressure condition (0.1 MPa, 0.2 MPa) of adjacent ground. As a result of the shear test, it was found that the separation distance and the lateral-pressure condition affect the shear force of the ground reinforced by anchor and the tension force of the anchor, and experimentally verified that the shear force variation is related to axial force variation of the anchor head and tip. Therefore, it was confirmed that the behavior of the bonded part induced by the shear deformation can be indirectly predicted by analyzing the tendency of the tension force variation of the anchor head.

침치료에 대한 환자진료 평가 프로그램-독일 보험회사들의 침효과에 대한 검증-

  • 배경: 독일 의사와 보험회사 위원회 (The German Board of Physicians and Insurance Companies:Bundesausschuss der Arzte und Krankenkassen)가 앞으로 일부 적응증에 대한 침치료에 대해 공적 보험회사가 보험료를 지급해야 할 지에 대한 추가 결정을 하기 위해 침의 효과를 평가하기로 했다. 목적: 1) 침치료가 편두통의 예방, 긴장성 두통, 요통, 무릎과 고관절의 골관절염치료에 대조군 침치료보다 효과가 있는지 검증 2) 침치료가 편두통의 예방적 치료에 표준 약물 치료와 비슷하게 효과가 있는지 검증 3) 보건의료 서비스체계 안에서 주어진 조건에 대한 일상적 침치료의 질적인 부분을 서술하고, 안전성을 평가하며, 다른 침술학파간의 임상결과의 차이와 비용의 효용적 활용부분을 평가한다. 4) 위의 적응증에 해당하는 모든 임상실험연구를 찾아내어 기존의 고찰내용을 갱신한다. 방법: 1) 무작위 표본추출 임상 실험, 침치료, 거짓침 치료, 대기자 명단 대조군, 출발시점 4주, 28주 관찰 2) 무작위 표본추출 임상 실험, 침치료, 표준약물치료 대조군, 츨발시점 4주, 28주 관찰 3) 전향적 다중 의료기관 관찰 연구, 두 가지 다른 자료를 활용하여서, 치료 결과를 침 시술자에 의한 모든 환자 평가 자료와, 열 두 명의 환자 가운데 한 명의 환자로부터 직접 받은 평가 자료 (관찰 출발시점, 치료 출발 시점, 치료 시작 후 6 개월) 실험공간: 1) and 2) 높은 수준의 수련을 한 침 시술 의사가 시술하는 병원이나 일차 진료기관의 외래. 3) 보건 의료 서비스내 저급의 침 시술 의사 (140 시간 수강, 학점 이수 필수) 참가자: 1) $4{\times}320$ 편두통의 예방, 긴장성 두통, 요통, 무릎과 고관절의 골관절염 환자 2) 480 편두통 환자(긴장성 두통 환자 추가적) 3) 약 500,000 환자, 2년 반 동안: 대략 한 적응증 당 10,000 환자 치료법: 모든 침치료 자리는 체침만 허용함. 1) 진짜 침은 학파의 지침에 따른 심자, 거짓 침은 비특이적 자리의 표피만 찌르는 자침 (12-15회, 8주): 대기자 대조군은 12주 동안에 아무 치료도 받지 않는다. 2) Group 1(N=240): 최대 15회 치료, 12주 동안: Group II (N=240) 투약 Proponolol (80-240mg), Metoprolol (100-200mg) or Flunarizin (5-10mg) 하루, 16주 이상 3) 치료회수와 침자리의 선정은 참가자가 결정 주된 임상 결과 지표: 1) 군 간의 치료 전 및 치료 진행 도중 4주 마다의 두통을 느낀 날 수의 차이 (평균 혹은 이상의 편두통이나 긴장성 두통) 2) 요통환자 군간의 기능을 측정하는 FFbH-R (Funktionsfragebogen Hannover) 비교 3) 관절염 환자의 군간 WOMAC 지표 비교 4) 군 간의 24주 동안 두통을 느낀 날 수의 차이(평균 혹은 이상의 편두통이나 긴장성 두통) 5) 적응증, 부작용, 성공율에 대한 거시적 평가, 사용한 침수, 환자의 만족도, SES(?). An Experimental Study About a Net-Type External Prestress Strengthening Method for Slab Bridges (네트형 외부 긴장재에 의한 슬래브교 보강 실험)

  • Large portion of the domestic bridges are slab bridges reflecting the geographical characteristic of the country, where exists lots of inclines and small winding brooks. Many of the slab bridges are damaged and superannuated as they become obsolete. Deterioration is accelerated when the traffic density becomes large and heavy vehicles pass frequently. A strengthening method for deteriorated slab bridges was studied in this work. The examined net-type strengthening method uses both longitudinal and transverse prestressing for strengthening. In this way, the deflection at the center of the slab can be better controlled, and consequently, the slab is more efficiently strengthened. Three slab specimens were fabricated for the experimental test and subjected to three different loading conditions, and the load bearing capacities and deflections of slabs were examined. Flexural stiffness of slabs increased by 30.7~107.3%, and deflection of slabs decreased by 27.6~52.2% after net-type strengthening. The net-type prestressing is efficient to the strengthening for the center of a slab, and its efficiency is also valid under eccentric loadings. Since extra prestress forces can be added in the future, if necessary, the net-type strengthening system is advantagous for the maintenance and repair of slab bridges.

  • 운전원 수동조치는 원자력발전소 화재시 발전소 안전정지를 달성하고 유지하기 위하여 절차에 따라 주제어실 이외의 장소에서 취하는 운전원의 행위를 말한다. 화재시 운전원 수동조치는 발전소 정상운전 동안의 조치에 비해 더 긴장된 상태에서 정해진 시간내에 임무를 완수하여야 한다는 점 때문에 조치성공 가능성을 확인하기 위하여는 행위의 타당성과 신뢰성이 입증되어야 한다. 운전원 수동조치의 타당성과 신뢰성은 조치의 가용시간, 환경조건 등 10가지의 인자를 고려한 시간분석, 절차 및 훈련, 이행, 입증의 과정을 거쳐서 검증될 수 있다.
