여러가지 요인에 의해 국방비용절감 요구가 거세어질 것이고 방위력 개선 분야도 예외일 수 는 없을 것이다. 차제에 보다 혁신적인 시스템 변화를 가져오는 공격적 사업관리를 해보는 것이 군과 업체에 탁월한 선택의 기회를 제공할 것이라고 본다. 정부와 계약업체간 적대적 관계해소를 위해 하청업체까지 포함하는 기능적으로 유연한 사업관리 시스템을 제안한다.

This paper investigate how transaction cost factors affect organizational performance both directly and indirectly, through cooperative relationship lasting factors and degree of relationship satisfaction. The results can be summarized as follows: First, asset uncertainty directly influenced financial and non-financial performance. Also asset specificity and opportunism did not influence financial and non financial performance directly. Second cooperative relationship lasting factors were connected with transaction cost factors direct variables on cooperative relationship lasting factors are asset specificity and uncertainty, but opportunism did not directly influence. Third, degree of relationship satisfaction were connected with transaction cost factors direct variables on degree of relationship satisfaction are asset specificity and opportunism, but uncertainty had not affected degree of relationship satisfaction. Fourth, cooperative relationship lasting factors and degree of relation satisfaction had affected financial performance and non financial performance. In summary, this study find that transaction cost factors had indirectly influenced organizational performance through mediated variables such as cooperative relationship lasting factors and degree of relationship satisfaction.

This paper suggested an approach to characterize travel choice behaviors using the implicit price instead of the indirect utility. The choice criterion to compare the implicit prices of available trip options was developed from the utility maximization problem of a trip maker which is supposed to choose the best option from the available ones differentiated by only by the quantitative attributes such as travel cost and time but also by qualitative attributes such as comfort and safety. The utility maximization problem is constructed under household production theory, and is incorporated with a special kind of joint homogeneous production functions. The implicit price of a certain trip option is the sum of the monetary price and the multiple of travel time and the value-of-travel-time, and the value-of-travel-time refers to the portion of wage, which can be assignable to the trip-making activity. This choice criterion is statistically identifiable, and behaviorally plausible. Moreover, this criterion has the expression simpler than the indirect utility, and therefore could be an effective target of the statistical estimation for travel choice behaviors.

국민을 위한 복지제도의 운용에는 어느나라나 막론하고 지대한 관심과 이해가 교차되고 있는 듯 하다 나라마다 지향하는 정책방향이나 국가 재원에 의해 다소 차이는 있겠지마는, 국민 각자의 건강과 연계되는 의료복지 제도의 정착을 위한 보건비용조달체계는 제도운영의 묘와 함께 주요한 관심사라 하겠으며 나라마다 그 체재 또한 서로 상이할 것이다. 본 고는 이러한 견지에서 자연의 혜택으로 부를 누리는 "쿠웨이트"의 보건비용조달체제를 고찰하므로써 타국의 보건의료제도와 접해보는 기회를 갖고자 소개하는 바이다.

소매점에서 판매를 최대화하여 이익을 극대화하기 위해서는 투자비용을 최소화하고 재고를 최소로 유지하며, 결품을 최소화해서 매출을 보호해야 한다. 수요의 동향이 다양화 됨으로써 예측이 점점 어려워지고, 재고를 최소화하고, 빠른 납기를 충족시키고, 판매 기회의 손실을 최소화 하기란 점점 어려워지고 있다. 또한 매출의 보호와 재고의 축소는 서로 상반되는 내용을 담고 있다. 전통 Industrial Engineering(IE)에서 경제적 주문량(EOQ)을 결정하여 재고 회전율을 높이고 발주 비용과 재고 비용을 최소화하는 연구는 많이 다루어져 왔다. 본 논문에서는 TOC의 쓰루풋 증대의 관점에서 최적의 재고 보충 관리 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

기후변화협약이 지난 2월16일 교토의정서의 발효로 새로운 국면을 맞이하게 되었다. 선진국들의 감축활동의 본격시작, EU의 배출권거래의 시작, CDM/JI사업을 통한 크레딧 확보를 인한 탄소기금의 형성 등 이제는 기후변화협약의 협상에 대한 논의에서 온실가스 감축을 위한 실질적인 이행이 시작되고 있다. 이산화탄소가 거래수단이 되는 새로운 경제체제가 만들어지고 있는데, 온실가스 감축실적이 양(+) 또는 음(-)의 추가적인 경제가치를 가지게 된다. 신재생에너지는 높은 초기투자비용에 의한 어려움을 가지고 있는데, 기후변화협약과 이에 의한 CDM사업의 활성화로 새로운 기회를 맞이하게 되었다. 신재생에너지 부문은 고유가와 온실가스 크레딧의 수요 증대로 시장의 수요와 기회가 증대되고 있지만, 이에 대하여 국내 입장에서 검토하여보고 이러한 기회가 어떤 의미를 가지게 되는지를 되짚어 보고자 한다.

In recent years, use of machine automation is rising in the industry. Ships also obtain machine condition information from sensor as digital information. However, on ships, crew members regularly surveil the engine room to check the condition of equipment and their information through analog gauges. This is a time-consuming and tedious process and poses safety risks to the crew while on surveillance. To address this, engine room surveillance using an autonomous mobile robot is being actively explored as a solution because it can reduce time, costs, and the safety risks for crew. Analog gauge reading using an autonomous mobile robot requires digitization for the robot to recognize the gauge value. In this study, image processing techniques were applied to achieve this. Analog gauge images were subjected to image preprocessing to remove noise and highlight their features. The center point, indicator point, minimum value and maximum value of the analog gauge were detected through image processing. Through the straight line connecting these points, the angle from the minimum value to the maximum value and the angle from the minimum value to indicator point were obtained. The obtained angle is digitized as the value currently indicated by the analog gauge through a formula. It was confirmed from the experiments that the digitization of the analog gauge using image processing was successful, indicating the equivalent current value shown by the gauge. When applied to surveillance robots, this algorithm can minimize safety risks and time and opportunity costs of crew members for engine room surveillance.

만화가 각종 문화콘텐츠의 중요한 미디어믹스 원천 소스로 떠오르면서 이에 따른 2차적 저작권분쟁 또한 증가하고 있다. 이에 따르는 사회적 기회비용이 크고 향후 문화콘텐츠 산업에 악영향을 줄 수 있다. 따라서 기존의 공정이용 대책과 함께 만화 원작자와 관련단체, 그리고 정부기관의 콘텐츠 이용 형태와 권리 관계에 따른 구체적이고 세분화된 풀랫폼이 개발되어야 하고 더불어 기술적 보호 장치와 보상체제를 갖추는 노력이 선행되어야 한다.

This study deals with the derivative adverse minimum for inferiority system depends on continuose operating under infinite planning horizon. This planning will be accomplished by maintenance limit renewal policy in consideration of opportunity cost which affects system by failure during operation periods and expected cost under nomal operation states. By the results, we will be expected incresing total efficiency for the system by optimal renewal policy.

급속한 정보기술의 발전과 정보사회로의 전환은 한국이 지식정보강국으로 나아가는데 많은 기여를 하고 있다. 그러나 이처럼 정보사회가 본격적으로 도래함에 따라 사회제반 부문간의 정보격차 문제가 중요한 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 지식정보화시대 지역간, 계층간 정보격차를 완화하기 위해 사회적 안전망으로서의 도서관의 공공서비스 기능이 더욱 요구되고 있다. 다양한 컨텐츠를 최소의 비용으로 제공함으로써 이용자들의 정보접근에의 기회균등을 보장하는 것이 중요한 도서관의 역할의 일부가 된 것이다.
