군 내 복무부적응 용사들로 인한 병영사고는 대군 신뢰도 저하, 비전투력 손실로 인한 전투력 약화 등의 문제와 더불어 병영기피와 군에 대한 거부감까지 초래하고 있다. 군은 복무부적응 용사들을 사전에 식별하고 사고를 예방하기 위한 심리검사체계로 신인성검사를 자체 개발하여 적용하고 있지만, 이는 피검자의 의도적인 결과 왜곡이나 검사 결과에 대한 맹신 등의 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 복무부적응 용사들의 행동 양식 및 증상들을 온톨로지로 설계하여 사고 우려자 식별을 위한 보조 도구로 활용할 수 있도록 온톨로지 구현 프로세스를 제안한다. 복무부적응 용사 식별을 위한 온톨로지 구현을 통해 사고 우려자를 식별하는데 객관적인 기준 제공 및 정보 공유로 사고 예방에 효과적인 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

현대에 이르러서 기술의 발전과 COVID-19 확산, 인구 고령화, 3D 업종 기피 등의 영향으로 부족한 노동력을 대체하고 비대면 업종 증가에 따라 이동성을 갖춘 서비스 로봇이 대거 개발 및 보급되고 있다. 서비스 로봇의 시장 진입을 촉진하기 위한 움직임을 활발히 있으나 이에 관한 체계적인 사고조사 및 안전연구가 이루어지지 않는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 전문 서비스 로봇의 안전한 사용을 위하여 서비스 로봇의 설치 및 사용 단계에서의 위험성평가 모델 개발과 건설업 무인 시공 로봇의 위험성 평가과정을 기술한다.

This paper is experimental study to inspect effects of problem solving ability and programming interest using Pico Cricket of the educational robot. The programming learning which is regarded as the very core of information subject improves problem solving ability. But the programming teaming does not display the effects properly, because the programming learning studies a grammar manual. The educational robot has the advantage to approach the programming learning easily for containing entertainment. The Pico Cricket of the educational robot has the advantage not to induce competition but to compose a cooperative learning environment. Also, the Pico Cricket is able to be had interest of programming learning to girl students, because the Pico Cricket is able to suggest life-centered and cooperative contents which girl students like. Accordingly, This paper is study which the programming learning using Pico Cricket affects the problem solving ability and programming interest and men and women's comparison study.

The phenomenon that young people avoid employment in industrial complexes, which is one of the biggest issues at social and economic dimension, is getting more important. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of youth attraction types by industrial complexes by making Youth Attraction Index. First, as the correlation between youth distribution of each industrial complex and youth attraction index of each industrial complex is analyzed, it shows a high level of correlation coefficient. There is also positive correlation between youth distribution of industrial complexes and other specific sectors except for accessibility. In addition, industrial complexes with superior working environment, innovation environment and amenities of surrounded areas are included in type I(type with superior youth attraction) and different characteristics are shown by each type. In consideration of these, policy priorities of each type are suggested. Based on these results, customized package programs need to be established for each type of youth attraction.

현 방제작업의 노동집약적, 비효율적, 작업기피성 등을 고려할 때, 농산물의 경제적 생산을 위한 소형무인 항공방제기술을 개발하여 효율적이며 안정된 생산과 농업종사자의 작업환경을 개선하고 생력화함으로써 품질 및 가격에서 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있다. 연구에서 고찰한 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. \circled1 노동강도가 큰 수도작의 발제작업 및 적기성에 있어서 항공방제기술의 도입이 절실하다. \circled2 소형헬기의 작업능률은 30-50 ㏊/day로 소규모 지역에서 효율적으로 수행할 수 있다. \circled3 ULV (ultra low volume) 항공방제용 등록약제의 실적용이 가능하다. \circled4 일본의 경우 무인헬기를 이용한 방제 연면적은 44만 ㏊에 이르고 점차 증가하고 있다. \circled5 적기방제, 소규모 정밀방제, 환경과 소음 대책이 타 방법에 비하여 양호하다. \circled6 무인헬기를 이용한 방제작업은 작업자의 노동강도를 현저히 줄일 수 있다. \circled7 농업항공협회 등 안전운용체계를 확립하여 소형헬기의 안전한 운용을 추구해야한다. 현재 일부 방제 및 파종에 사용되는 유인헬기가 외국으로부터 도입되어 일부 사용되고 있으나 상기의 이유로 무인으로 작업이 가능한 소형 헬기의 개발이 절실한 실정이며 특히 항법시스템은 국가 간 기술적으로 폐쇄성이 강한 분야로 독자개발이 필요하다. 소형 무인 헬기의 농업이외의 적용 분야는 많으며 상업용 촬영, 군경용 감시 및 레저용 등으로 그 경제/산업적 파급 효과는 크다 하겠다.

전력시장의 도입과 함께 그동안 전력사업자가 자체적으로 운용하였던 계통보조서비스를 이제는 각 발전사에게 할당하여 공급하는 체계가 됨에 따라 이에 대한 적절한 보상이 주요 이슈화 되고 있다. 헌재 주파수제어나 예비력확보 등은 보상되고 있지만 무효전력 조정에 대해서는 아직까지 아무런 보상책이 없어 무효전력의 공급을 기피할 가능성이 있다. 그동안 무효전력의 최적비용에 대해서는 최적조류계산이나 한계송전손실계수 산정 등에 의해 각 모선별로 산정하는 방법은 연구되고 있지만 각 발전기의 변동비 측면의 접관은 실재 적용 가능한 현실적인 방법임에도 이에 대한 연구가 적었다. 여기서는 무효전력의 변동비를 산정하기 위해 손실에 따른 부가적 에너지를 구하고, 무효전력 운용 유지보수 비용 및 수명 저하에 따른 비용요소를 고려한다. 이 연구방법의 특징으로는 발전기측의 자료를 사용하여 각 발전기의 무효전력 공급에 따른 변동비를 산정할 수 있어 무효전력 공급에 대한 각 발전기별 보상을 할 수 있는 방법이다.

The purpose of this paper is to develop a framework for construction knowledge management. Three variables of proposed framework includes knowledge class, strategic business function, and engineering data form. Several different techniques for evaluating the variables are developed in order to develop a strategic action plan for engineering knowledge management systems. The proposed framework for an action plan will contribute to develop knowledge management systems related to strategic engineering functions for construction companies.

노동 집약적이던 농업은 급속한 기계화로 인하여 노동력의 절감은 여러 분야에서 이루어지고 있지만, 농업은 수익성이 높지 않아 여전히 사람들이 노동을 기피하는 산업중의 하나이다. 온실 자동화는 특용 작물 등의 고부가가치 상품을 중심으로 발전하고있다. 대부분의 기계 및 공정은 점차적으로 무인자동화로 발전되고 있으며, 작업의 편리성을 강조하고 있다. 앞으로의 농업기계는 무인자동화 시스템의 도입으로 인하여 누구나 손쉽게 작업설정을 하고 기계 스스로 원활하게 작업을 수행할 수 있도록 개선되어야 한다. (중략)

Students, who are studying the field of accounting, have to learn and practice statistics in order to analyze the current social status and to predict the Suture trend. however, students have a strong tendency to avoid the statistics lessons, which are dealing with complicated numbers, mathematics, various equations, and so on. This paper aims to construct a stimulating environment for learning statistics and develop an actual lesson on the Internet, Which students can study by practicing directly. The lesson is fully interactive and visualized by using multimedia technologies. The effectiveness of the experiment is measured by survey questions to the students who used the lesson.

Though the demand of foreign laborer in the labor market of domestic construction is increasing, systems for managing and supervising them are insufficient.
