The purpose of this study is to develop the basic scales of festival quality. We conducted a content analysis in the discourse of KINDS(Korea Integrated News Database System) and derived five constituent factors, basic quality measures of local festivals through the extensive literature review. We named these qualities "Festival BASICQUAL" that is consist of Infrastructure, Connectedness, Passion, Theme, Culture. We conducted the empirical analysis for the participants in "Geumsan Insam Festival" to verify the "Festival BASICQUAL" As the result, Infrastructure, Connectedness, Culture affected positively on Festival Attachment among all BASICQUALs. However, Passion and Theme did not positively affected on the dependent variable. And then, Festival Attachment positively affected on Festival Satisfaction, while Festival Satisfaction also affected positively on Behavior Intention. This study developed the basic quality concerned with local festivals which is crucial fundamentals to quantify Festival BASICQUAL through empirical study. The proper applications and usage of these newly introduced local festival qualities enable to acquire the sustainable competitive advantage in local festival.

The purpose of this study is to measure the expectation level and perception level of service quality in 25 records centers in local governments based in Seoul. For this, an evaluation index consisting of 5 factors and 31 items is developed through literature research and an investigation of the present condition. The results of this study confirmed that users are not satisfied with the service quality of the records centers in the local governments as the expectation level is higher than the perception level, with a statistically significant difference. This study can be substantial in attempts to analyze the present status of the service quality of the records centers in local governments and in proposing an improvement plan based on the process quality.

전력시장의 본격적인 개방을 앞두고 전력품질의 평가와 적정한 가격의 반영 매커니즘은 고도한 산업구조를 뒷받침하면서 전력시스템에 대한 투자 활성화를 위해 꼭 필요한 것이다. 본 연구에서는 부하의 전압이 변동할 때 부하가 허용할 수 있는 전압의 특성을 나타낸 전력 허용성 곡선(CBEMA)을 이용하여 모선 부하들에 대한 전력품질을 지표화 하는 한편, 이를 가격으로 환산하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 연구의 장점은 각 모선에 설치된 부하의 종류 및 구성비를 기초로 부하모형을 산출하고 모선에 대표가 되는 전력품질곡선을 작성하므로, 각 모선별 전력품질 지표 및 비용의 산출이 가능하며, 이를 기초로 전력계통 문제해석시 품질비용의 취급이 가능하다는 점이다. 본 논문은 부하-전압특성을 전력허용 곡선에 의해 도출하고 각 모선별 대표 전력허용곡선을 산출한 다음 이를 모형계통에 적용함으로써 전력품질가격산정기법의 적용을 가능케하였다.

본 연구는 교육시장 환경의 변화로 경쟁적 상황에 처한 대학의 운영방향을 제시하기 위해서 주로 일반 서비스산업에서 서비스 품질 측정에 적용되어 오던 SERVPERF를 기초로 교육 서비스 품질을 확장하여 측정하였다. 또한 대학교육서비스 마케팅모형 구축의 결정요인을 교육서비스 품질, 학생만족, 재입학의도 및 구전효과 등으로 보고 이들 간의 구조적 인과관계를 통합적으로 분석 검토함으로써 대학에게 급변하는 교육환경에 능동적으로 대응하고 경쟁력 있는 양질의 교육 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 대학교육서비스 마케팅 모형을 검증하려는데 그 목적을 두었다. 분석결과 SERVPERF에 기초한 기본모형에 결과 질이 추가된 26개 항목의 교육 서비스 품질 항목확장모형이 우수성이 입증되어 본 연구에서 제시된 SERVPERF의 확장 척도가 일반 서비스 산업 뿐만 아니라 교육 서비스 품질의 측정에도 사용이 가능하다는 것을 입증하였으며 더불어 결과의 질의 중요성을 확인하였다. 또한 전반적 교육 서비스 품질이 학생만족 및 재입학의도와 구전효과 간의 인과관계를 통합적으로 분석한 결과, 전반적 교육서비스 품질은 현대 마케팅의 지향점인 학생만족의 선행변수로서 학생만족, 재입학의도, 구전효과에 직접적인 영향력을 미치고 학생만족은 재입학의도 및 긍정적인 구전효과에 직접적인 영향을 미치며, 재입학의도 또한 구전효과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 인과관계를 확인 할 수 있었다.

소프트웨어의 고품질화를 추구하는 것은 필수적인 일이다. 좋은 품질의 소프트웨어를 획득 또는 개발하기 위해서는 S/W 품질평가에 대한 효율적인 방법이 요구되고 있다. S/W 품질평가는 객관적이고 정량적으로 평가되어야 하므로 본 논문에서는 S/W 품질평가에 대한 표준 및 기준, 방침과 전문가의 지식을 반영한 규칙기반 시스템을 이용하여 평가함으로써 정확하고 신뢰성을 보장하도록 설계하였다. 특히 쉽게 지식을 변경 또는 추가할 수 있도록 규칙기반 시스템으로 설계하였으며, 이러한 규칙기반 시스템을 이용하여 질의 응답을 통해 쉽고 효율적으로 S/W 품질을 평가할 수 있는 기반/기초기술을 제공하였다.

본 고에서는 최근 비약적으로 발전하고 있는 멀티미디어 서비스의 품질설계와 품질관리에 기초자료로서 활용할 주관 품질평가법의 필요성과 목적을 알아보고, ITU-T Study Group 12 Question 22/12(Audiovisual Quality in Multimedia Services) 에서 추진하고 있는 멀티미디어 서비스의 주관 품질평가법 권고화 동향중, AV 통신에 대한 양방향 주관 품질평가법에 관한 권고(Draft Rec. P.920)를 분석하였다.
