체육전공에서 해부학을 통해 스포츠 상해, 운동역학적 적용, 인체의 병리나 생리적인 지식을 습득할 수 있는 바탕이 된다. 그러므로 해부학적 기초가 없이 운동생리학, 생체역학, 측정평가, 운동처방 등 여러 응용학문에 대한 이해가 불가능하다. 대부분 체육전공에서 해부학을 전공필수로 지정하여 그 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 체육전공학과는 학과특성 및 교육시설 등 여러 가지 문제로 인해 해부학 실습교육이 어렵고, 특히 체육 특기생 경우 잦은 시합으로 수업의 결손이 많다. 또한 체육학과 전공교수는 학과특성상 대부분이 체육전공자로서 최근 의과대학에서 해부학을 포함한 기초의학전공 교수들의 감소되는 현상으로 건강-의료-보건관련 학과의 기초의학강의의 수요를 충족시키는데 어려움이 존재하여 학과 내 해부학강의도 체육전공교수들이 직접하고 있는 실정이다. 기초의학전공자가 아닌 교원의 해부학강의는 깊이 있는 해부학지식을 전달하는데 제한적이며 교수의 강의에 대한 부담도 존재한다. 따라서 본 연구는 2007년부터 2009년 동안 강원대학교 스포츠과학부 학생들을 대상으로 자체 제작한 가상강의 컨텐츠와 해부실습, 그리고 면대면 강의를 병행한 혼합강의를 실시한 후 설문조사를 통해 체육전공학생들의 효과적인 해부학지식전달의 방식으로 그 도입을 제시하고자 한다.

The goal of this study is to provide the basic information for improvement of domestic standards on the powered scooter and the electric wheelchair considering using environments in the nation. The international standards and domestic standards have been analyzed and compared, in order to propose improved domestic standards. Based on the research, the items and standards for general and functional recommendations, electric features, and other suggestions have been reexamined so that the improvements on test item and standards have been identified, corrected, and summarized including max. speed, brake system, lights and so on. We have been preparing the reference data for the improvement of standards on the powered scooter and the electric wheelchair through the comparison & analysis on the international and domestic standards.

In this paper, basic study of diagnostic device development for early detection of cancer, we present the optical property measurements of 12 histologically classified biological tissue and blood specimens in order to determine whether significant optical contrast exists for detection of disease(cancer). In vitro, optical properties of each 630nm, 660nm, 780n, 880nm and 940nm shows consistent changes in effective absorbtion coefficients, ${\mu}$$\_$${\alpha}$/ with tissue classification of pig an chicken and human blood according to the 27.3%, 35.4%, 45.6% and 59.1% of HCT. We found differences in optical properties at each of specific wavelengths and histologically classified biological tissue.

There were several documents that might reflect the great concern on the education of psychosomatic medicine in medical school from the 1960s. But the hour of class and proportion of psychosomatic medicine have been quite small among the total lecture time of psychiatry. Notwithstanding the importance of biopsychosocial perspective in practice and research there have been no agreement on the goal and content of teaching psychosomatic medicine in the medical school curriculum. Consultation-liaison psychiatric activity in the hospital were currently under-developed and educational content and process were not systematic. We should have established the goal of psychosomatic education in the medical school that includes making doctor who could not only cure disease but also care the ill patients. And we should develop the curriculum that covers essential area of psychosomatic medicine and checking system to monitor the process of education. With the continuance of psychosomatic perspectives from medical school education to clinical subspecialty we can make progress in this field.

Medical libraries in Korea consume most of their budget and efforts of staffs for acquisition and administration of foreign medical journals. Annualy the rise in prices of the journals oppress the library budget. Because of these reasons, this paper studied and analyzed the possibility of cooperative acquisition of foreign medical journals between the medical libraries in Korea and several basic informations for cooperative acquisition by citation analysis method. The 5 source medical school journals were selected from our country's medical school journals: Seoul, Yonsei, Catholic, Chonnam, Kyungbook.

전자의무기록은 환자의 완전하고 정확한 자료와 다양한 의학지식에 기초한 기억보조와 의사결정보조 도구를 위한 것이다. 본 연구에서는 전자의무기록을 최초로 3차원 그래픽스를 이용하여 환자가 통증부위를 정확하게 표현할 수 있게 한다. 3차원의 입력정보를 70370개의 셀로 표현함으로써 효율적으로 저장하고 분석할 수 있게 한다. 또한, 본 연구에서 개발한 통증진단시스템은 재활의학과에(의학에)서 정의하고 있는 169가지의 근육통 패턴들을 지식기반으로 저장하여 환자의 통증부위를 효율적으로 비교하고 유사도를 계산하여 진단한다.

The purpose of this study is to establish management and support system for traditional medical manuscripts using bibliographical, linguistic and traditional medical methods in order to protect disappearing and take advantage of traditional medicine. We'll translate selective traditional medical manuscripts into Korean and build a database and computerized database, which improve value of future diverse application and restore and give shape to traditional medical documents by providing methods for ontology of traditional medicine. We also arrange and analyze the old traditional medical books with diverse study system and evaluate medical usefullness. We intend to provide practical use of the prescription in based medicine as well as clinical medicine by reinterpretation from modem viewpoint.
