본 연구의 목적은 농촌관광의 관계마케팅 활동요인들과 고객만족 간의 관계를 검증하는 것이다. 관계마케팅은 장기적 시각에서 고객요구 및 필요를 충족시킬 수 있는 제품 및 서비스를 제공하고 고객과의 관계를 강화시키는 것에 초점을 맞추고 있는 개념이다. 국가의 지원에 의존하던 과거 프레임을 벗어나 농촌관광이 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해 관계마케팅의 강화가 무엇보다 필요하다고 하겠다. 본 연구는 농촌관광 방문고객을 대상으로 설문한 자료를 기초로 관계마케팅 활동요인들과 고객만족 간의 인과관계를 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 확인한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농촌관광의 실행요인들 중 고객화, 전문성, 커뮤니케이션, 유대는 고객만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 표준화계수의 크기를 기초로 판단할 때 유대, 커뮤니케이션, 고객화, 전문성 순으로 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

In this paper, I evaluated the throughput of various multimedia traffic by using computer simulation over wireless LAN environment based on 802.11e MAC protocol. The number of mobile terminals which generate various traffic and have different Internet QoS varies to improve the reliability of performance evaluation by simulation. Therefore, we investigate throughput of traffic that each mobile terminal generates. I expect that the result of study will be utilized as a fundamental data to control priorities of various types of traffic in case of formulating a scheduling policy supporting a variety of Internet QoS over wired and wireless networks.

This paper attempted to explore the basic concept of a website for start-up supports angled towards North Korean defector entrepreneurs. The position of this study was made clear by reviewing the existing literature, and the case study was carried out to make sure the results are essential to create the services vital for the North Korean defector's entrepreneurial ecosystem. Focusing on the fact that there is not yet a website for supporting North Korean defectors' start-up in Korea, an early version named "Prometheus" was designed. A revised version called "Pathfinder" followed with improvements. This study conducted academic and practical experiments by directly designing and implementing a medium that can boost the development of the start-up ecosystem of North Korean defectors based on the insights provided by North Korean (future)business owners and South Koreans interested in the start-up ecosystem of North Korean defectors. Taking this study as an opportunity both the research to further clarify the "start-up of North Korean defectors," a very special phenomenon that exist in Korea, and the research for practical contribution should be encouraged in various ways. These efforts will not only help North Korean defectors start-up businesses, and also play a role in boosting a sense of coexistence and cooperation within North Korean defectors community.

Currently, the complication and large scale of the construction project have caused a lot of problems of cooperation and information sharing. Therefore, for solving this problems, the research based on techniques of the virtual construction system are actively advanced all over the world. This paper is one of the researches about the virtual construction system and infrastructure of the simulation system that is one of the virtual construction system. This paper should analyze the needs about the simulation system through analysing proceeding researches and a lot of solutions, such as AutoCAD and ArchiCAD. Also this paper should drive functions of simulation system, and suggest the concept of this system

In this paper, we consider a cooperation between firms and universities based on KOITA's and KIET's research results which is a research organ about the obstacle factors of the cooperation between firms and universities. Also, we consider the motivation of a cooperation with a technology innovation based on STEPI's research results. From the basis on the results, we will suggest a new cooperation strategy between firms and universities. We will propose a new development cooperation model(strategy) which is included the infra(hardware), that is implemented for the company's support, and the networking between cooperation components and expert management man-power.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the structure and characteristics of the utilization support systems(USS), which has been institutionalized to aid the use of social welfare services in Japan's social welfare systems recently. In order to conduct such purposes, this paper made the process as follows. Firstly, this paper examined the developmental processes of social welfare systems, and the back ground of institutionalization of USS in Japan. Secondly, this paper formulated at ideal dimension the analytic model which was to explain the structure and characteristics of the USS. To build this model, this paper used two factors which were the connective dependency to the welfare support systems and the feasible-satisfying alternative setting for user. Thirdly, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the user-driven support facilities which has already activated in social welfare systems in Japan. According to the result of analyzing such model, this paper explained that USS in Japan has possessed the structure and characteristics, such as to aid self actualization and human right of user, to compose the inner coalition organization with supply systems, to emphasize the employee to train care management's skill, and to keep up bounded openness to USS's participation. Therefore, oligopoly market is formulated owing to bounded openness in the field of USS and the role of social worker such as a care manager is emphasized on making care plan.

기상이변에 따른 호우 태풍의 발생 빈도 및 규모의 증가에 따라 사회시설물 및 인명 피해가 증가되고 있으며, 이러한 피해에 대한 예방 대응 복구 등의 대책 활동에 대한 의사결정 지원을 위하여 피해 예측 및 저감 기술에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히, 피해규모 예측은 가장 기본적으로 수행되어야 할 대책 활동으로 국민 생활에 밀접하게 이용되고 있는 사회기반시설 중 재해 발생 시 복구물자의 이동과 인명 대피에 활용되는 교통시설물의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국가재난관리시스템(National Disaster Management System, NDMS)과 침수흔적도를 이용하여 교통시설물에 대한 손실함수를 개발하고자 하였다. 개발된 교통시설물에 대한 손실함수는 재해저감 대책을 위한 기초자료로서 의사결정 지원에 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

유무선 통신 기술 및 컴퓨팅 기술의 발전은 다양한 기술과 산업의 융합으로 이어지고 있으며, 융합서비스를 위한 다양한 플랫폼 기술들의 연구도 함께 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 통신설비의 공유나 대여 관리 및 플랫폼을 통한 융합 서비스 제공 및 관리가 이루어져야 하는데 효과적인 인프라 관리와 서비스 제공 및 과금 관리를 수행하기 위해서는 융합 서비스 플랫폼 환경에 적합한 OSS/BSS 의 구축이 필요하다. 본 연구는 고비용의 새로운 OSS/BSS 구축보다 기존 통신망 사업자들의 OSS/BSS 의 연동 및 재사용을 통해 효과적인 OSS/BSS 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 OSS/BSS 통합 및 연동을 위한 국내외 연구와 사례들을 분석한다. 본 논문은 융합 서비스 플랫폼을 위한 OSS/BSS 연동 방안을 위한 기초적이고 중요한 기반 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

In order to develop color image, color simulation based on data processing techniques has been developed and applied to data interpretation tools or product design supporting systems. It has been a commonmethod to use image key words to search for data and provide color coordination samples that determine computer combination in computerized support systems until recently. However, this method does not reflect system designers and users taste or preference on making final choices of color coordination samples because the database was designed based on an assumption of standardized group that was established database from large scaled image evaluation research. In this study, we suggest a color coordination simulator that supports designer's final decision-making procedure on sample groups through the simulation of various color combination. The simulator allows communications with the system to explore a designer's color combination taste and preference, and provides a user for an efficient environment to judge the optimum result. The color coordination simulator was designed based upon Dual mapping model derived from a designer's thought process, and four steps of operations longrightarrowdefining color concept longrightarrowmaking color sample groupslongrightarrow simulation-determining ranking among final combination samples - will be assisting color design process.
