This study reviewed theories for database integration, which combines heterogeneous data structures, and suggested a practical method to integrate databases of Korean Research Memory(KRM) and Infrastructural Basic Research(IBR) as a case study. In order to broadly distribute the outcomes of IBR, it is essential to be connected to and integrated with the database of KRM. As a solution, it was suggested that the current database of IBR should follow standard guidelines as a XML database, and its future database should be integrated with the database of KRM or be established as a stand-alone system

본 연구는 방사성폐기물 처분시설(radioactive waste repository)의 입지를 가정하여, 처분시설이 경상북도 경주시에 발생시키는 경제적, 사회적 효과를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 정부는 처분장 유치의 유인책(incentives)으로서 경주 지역주민들을 위하여 다양한 정책적 수단을 마련하였다. 처분시설 입지에 따른 특별지원금 3,000 억원 지원, 수거물 반입 수수료 지원(년당 50-100억원), 한국수력원자력(주) 본사이전, 양성자가속기 사업 추진 등이 그것이다. 이들 지원사업들이 가져오는 변화를 시스템 다이내믹스(System Dynamics) 기법을 적용하여 지역사회의 인구, 산업, 토지, SOC, 지방재정 등이 어떻게 변화하는지 추적해 봄으로써 도시체제의 동태성(urban system dynamics)을 이해하고 처분장 시설이 지역에 입지했을때, 미래에 발생 가능한 문제점이 없는지 밝혀내고자한다. 이를 위하여 시뮬레이션 모델링에 입지 지역의 특성과 현황을 반영하여 처분장입지에 따른 지역의 동태적인 변화과정과 경향을 추정해 보고, 현재 예정되어 있는 지원사업이 충분한지, 이외에 다른 정책적 지원이 필요한지를 알아본다. 본 연구의 의미는 이처럼 경주지역 주민들이 처분장의 지역입지를 만족스럽게 행각하고 소외감 없이 생활을 영위할 수 있도록 정책적 지원 프로그램을 작성하는데 기초가 되는 연구라는 점에 있다고 하겠다.

Environmental R&D management system has been analyzed with LCA method. Based on the analysis, we found the following four elements were essential for improving effciency of environmental R&D management system: establishment of an information clearinghouse that collects and distributes information on the status of the domestically owned environmental technology, Periodic survey of the environmental technology demand to give guidance in selecting the environmental R&D project that are to be subsidized, dissemination of information on the technology transfer and commercialization assistance program, and increased funding as well as the expansion of project categories eligible for R&D subsidy.

농림축산식품부가 2019년 약 70억원의 예산으로 전국 약 500여개 양계(산란계, 육계, 종계, 토종 닭)농가 및 오리(육용오리, 종오리)농가에 대해 <가금농가 질병관리지원사업>을 실시한 바 있다. 이와 관련해 본회(양계협회)는 강원대학교 성환우 교수팀에 의뢰해 연구용역(2019년도 가금농가 질병관리지원사업)을 실시하였으며, 성환우 교수팀은 농장현지조사서 및 컨설팅 효과분석, 질병검사 분석, 가금질병관리 방안 도출, 가금농장 질병관리지원사업평가, 자문단 평가(성실, 능력 등), 가금질병대책 마련 등에 대한 종합적 분석을 실시하여 결과를 발표하였다. 본고는 농가에 대한 지표를 제공함은 물론 주요 가금 질병에 대한 방역대책 수립에 기초자료로 활용키 위해 이번에 발표한 내용 중 주요 내용을 발췌·게재하였다.

온실가스 저감과 안정적인 에너지 확보를 위해, 정부는 신재생에너지 지원사업 정책을 보급보조사업(그린홈 100만호 사업, 일반보급보조사업, 지방보급사업)과 기반보조사업(발전차액지원제도, RPS(Renewable Portfolio Standard)시범사업)으로 나누어 수행하고 있다. 특히 최근 개정된 "신에너지 및 재생에너지 개발 이용 보급 촉진법"에서는 RPS도입을 염두에 두고, 1차에너지 공급 중 신재생에너지 공급의무 비율은 2015년까지 13%, 특히 태양에너지는 2015년 1,209GWh라는 목표를 제시하고 있다. 신재생에너지보급이 지역적 특성을 갖고, 신재생에너지원별 비용측면의 경쟁력에 차이가 남에 따라, 향후 RPS 도입시 예상되는 지역별 경쟁력 평가는 중요한 의미를 가질 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 이러한 목적에 따라 우선 그린홈 100만호 사업, 일반 및 지방보급사업의 경우, 설비용량 당 투자비의 분포를 살펴보았다. 그린홈 100만호 사업의 설비용량 당 투자비는 평균($\bar{X}$) 6,449,032원/KW, 표본오차(s) 358,743으로 나타났다. 낮은 설비용량 당 투자비를 가지는 사업설비는 경남(4,256,667원/KW), 광주(4,331,333원/KW) 등에 분포하였다. 그린홈 100만호 사업 이외의 survey 데이터는 다소 불비한 측면이 있으나 일반 및 지방보급사업의 경우, 지역별 설비용량 당 투자비 분포에 대한 평균($\bar{X}$)은 9,145,692원/KW, 9,336,695원/KW, 표본오차(S) 2,154,263, 470,945로 나타났다. 발전차액지원제도의 경우, 지역별 설비보급에 대한 분포는 전남 389개 사업설비의 소용량 사업이 집중적인 지원을 받고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 에너지관리공단의 2009년 전수조사 내부자료인 국내 태양광사업의 현황을 분석함으로써, 태양광 사업에 가중치를 적용하는 RPS 도입 시, 보급경쟁력을 비교 분석하여 지역별, 설비별 사업투자를 위한 기초적인 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 연구과정에서 확인된 데이터 오류 및 자료 부재의 문제점 등은 향후 합당한 지역별, 설비별 비교분석을 위해 보완되어야 할 부분으로 지적한다.

This study develops a GIS-based system which examines the adequacy of the Groundwater development project before the actual designing of the project. Using the system developed here, we can transfer simulation results obtained by WHPA regarding Groundwater levels in new development projects into GIS. We can also judge whether a Groundwater development project should be permitted through examining overlaps of the effects of the development and comparing with other pollutants. Since a two-tiered system which shares DB using inter- and intranets is developed, all the departments in the ministry of agriculture and forest and the agriculture base corporation can share accurate, reliable and latest information related to Groundwater.

보건교육은 국민의 공중보건사업의 기초사업이며 지원사업이다. 보건교육은 인간의 질적인 삶의 중요한 요소인 건강을 증진하는데 자신을 돌볼 수 있는 기반을 제공하여 주는 것이므로 심신이 건강한 미래의 성인들을 길러내는 교육의 장인 학교의 건강관리 프로그램은 보건봉사의 실시, 건강한 생활환경의 유지, 그리고 보건 교육을 포함해야 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to figures out the impact on the business performance based on the case studies about the establishment of automated smart factories supported by the government. In this study, the effectiveness of supporting business is verified by comparing supported company with non-supported ones using methods such as T-test and ANOVA. The PSM method was used to solve the selection bias issue between the experimental group and the controlled group. The research results have shown that the effect of the supporting business to the automated system was tenuous, and the amount of sales and research and development costs was increased after a certain schedule passed in case of the supporting project to the smart factory. There is some time lag to appear the effect of the government supporting businesses and the supporting business to the automated system leads to long term sales increase by increasing parameters like research and development costs rather than direct influence. Therefore, this research will be useful information for the process of establishing useful basic data and policies which helps to secure new budget Government Supporting Businesses and find ways improve the business.

일반적인 연구개발투자 사업은 기술개발 단계에 머물러 현실 적용을 통한 부가가치 창출에 어려움을 겪어왔다. 기술개발이 단순히 연구에서 그칠 것이 아니라 보다 현실적인 결과 도출을 유도하기 위해서 상용화 및 해당 수요 산업에 대한 체계적인 접근이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 현재 진행중인 국가 지원 R&D 사업을 대상으로 해당 대상의 구체적인 수요산업을 파악하고 기술제품산업연관분석이라는 개념에서의 접근을 통해 기술개발지원의 체계적 사용화 전략에 대한 기초 정보를 제공한다.(중략)
