신입사원 채용시 봉사실적 반영방안 연구

  • 사회의 환경변화에 따라 기업 또한 기업 또한 과거 폐쇄적 수직 체계의 position power에서 개방적 수평체계의 communication power로 역할이 변화하고 있다. 기업의 사회적 책임 이행의 대표적인 활동인 사회공헌활동은 지역사회와의 소통 수단 뿐 아니라 새로운 마케팅전략으로 자리매김 되고 있다. 사회공헌활동의 성공요소 중 가장 중요한 것은 구성원의 봉사적 마인드이다. 봉사적 마인드는 이론 뿐 아니라 실천적 행동철학에 기인 한다. 기업이 바라는 인재상과도 밀접한 관계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업이 신입사원 채용시 봉사활동 실적을 반영하는데 있어서 표준적인 가이드라인을 연구 제시하고자 한다.

대한건축사협회, 이런 회장을 바란다

  • 을유년 새해가 밝았다. 우리 협회도 올해로써 불혹의 나이에 접어들었다. 인생으로 치면 황금기를 맞은 것이다. 그러나 회장의 불신임, 감사의 사퇴 등 얼룩진 여파가 지금도 계속되고 있는가 하면 원칙이나 냉철한 손익분석도 없이 지엽적인 것 때문에 중앙제와 연합제가 소용돌이치고 있는 현실이다. 40년간 20여분의 회장이 재임하였다. 굳이 이들의 개인별 평가를 하지 않더라도 협회의 성장과 쇠락, 단결과 분열 등은 회장의 철학과 리더십에 기인한다는 것은 보편적 사실이다. 이제 한 달 후면 새로운 회장을 선임하게 되고 대행체제의 막을 내린다. 다시는 이러한 일이 없도록 하기 위하여, 좀 더 나은 내일의 협회를 위하여 우리 협회의 이상적인 회장상을 그려보는 특집을 마련하였다. 지면상 많은 분의 글을 싣지는 못하였으나 우리 협회를 관심 있게 지켜보는 외부 인사를 포함하여 서울과 지방 등 다양한 의견을 듣고자 하였다. 입후보 예정자들은 이들의 바람과 스스로를 비견하여 진퇴를 명확히 해야 할 것이고, 회원들은 인터넷을 통한 협회 회원 토론방에 활발한 자기 의견을 개진해 줄 것을 당부한다. 그리하여 대의원들은 지역, 학교, 친불친을 떠나 회원들이 원하는 회장에 가장 가까운 후보자에게 투표해야 할 것이다. 이번 특집이 좀 더 나은 협회의 내일을 여는데 조금이라도 기여하기를 바란다.

The Relation of Mind and Body in Confucian Analects centered on the commentary of Chu-Hsi and Dasan (『논어』에서 몸과 마음 : 주자와 다산의 주석을 중심으로)

  • In both the East and the West, the most classical question in classical philosophy was, "What is truly a human virtue and a good man?" A good man realized a human virtue. A good man was composed of mind and body. The question is harmony of mind and body. This article aims to articulate the terms related on Mind and Body in Confucian analects. We analyzed the terms related to Mind (mind, mind-heart, human nature, feeling, will etc) and we analyzed the terms related to Body (body, self, ki etc). Confucius's Theory of Mind and Body Relation focus on self-cultivation and revelation of universal virtue. Chu-his(1130-1200)'s commentary of the terms related on Mind and Body in Confucian analects is based on Heaven's principle vs. man's desire. He advanced the theory of the human mind and moral mind on the bases of Li-Ki. Dasan(1762-1836) deconstructs the mind-law of 16 characters and the theory of Li-KI. He argues that the human mind and moral mind coexist as a servant and a master. Dasan insists that the human mind is controlled by the moral mind but he wants to reconstruct the new theory of mind-body, mind-heart.

Yu Won-Ji's Philosophical Theory and His Vindication of Toegye's Learning (졸재 유원지의 심성론과 퇴계학설 옹호)

  • This paper is intended to present the philosophical thoughts of Yu Won-Ji who was one of famous scholars in The School of Toegye. He criticized Yi I(Yulgok) and Jang Hyeon-Gwang(Yeohyeon) because they regarded Li and Ch'i as one. Yi was considered an actual founder of their theoretical and political rival party called the School of Yulgok. Jang also refused to accept Toegye's theory and had developed his own theory, which emphasized the unity of Li(principle) and Ch'i(material force). Therefore Yu might well exclude Yi I(Yulgok) and Jang Hyeon-Gwang and criticize their theories severely. First, he was convinced that Toegye's doctrine(Li-Gi-Ho-Bal-Seol) was a orthodox theory accurately succeeding to Jhu Xi's learning. Secondly, he criticised Yi I(Yulgok) for looking upon Li and Ch'i as one thing. Thirdly, he regarded Jang's doctrine as same with Yulgok's. Fourthly, he thought it is necessary to criticize Jang's theory in order to preserve Toegye's learning and establish the theoretical identity of the Toegye School.

  • Perspective of director Bong Joon-ho shown in his movies up to now had been limited to domestic issues but that in the was shifted to the world, mankind, and future of humans. Images exhibited in his movies had the same meanings of many stories in the Bible and myths. The study looks into his philosophical world through the Christian view of the world and the Oriental circulation thinking; the story of the was expressed in before the glacial period, the 17 year glacial period spent in a train, and after the glacial period; structure of the story was composed of allegory as prior to Israelites' Escape from Egypt, desert life for 40 years, and entrance to Canaan. The end in the Bible does not mean complete collapse but it contains aspiration for new heaven and new earth to open a new era, to make a new promise with the God and to live a permanent life. This study intends to interpret the developed in a quite different meaning of imagination of humans' future from the previous one by the director Bong Joon-ho and to make another different explanation underlying in the image projected on the surface layer by the director.

  • With the introduction of digital technology since the late 1970s, we have been shifting from the industrial era into the information age. New communication systems have changed our concept of reality. Korea has a wealthy communication heritage with its own language and alphabet. However, Korean typography today has struggled to keep its originality, and does not hold up well to international standards. Korean contemporary typography is not efficient for communicating. It is not orderly, organised and simple. It has currently become complicated and decorative. Moreover, many young designers are attracted by imitations of western trends. It is now time for Korea to reveal its own identity. How can it develop a new typographic language that is more sympathetic to Korean tradition\ulcorner How will Korean information design produce a contemporary style with international relevance that contributes to world culture\ulcorner This thesis will be developed a new Korean typographic language that relies more on Korean traditions. Simultaneously, in this thesis will be examined Swiss typography as a relevant style for a new Korean typography to incorporate. Swiss typography maintained a similar philosophy to Korean tradition with its emphasis on clarity and simplicity. This study will be explored the potential of creating a contemporary Korean typographic solution which combines the traditions of Korea with the clarity of Swiss typography. The first attitude of the new typographic language should focus on legibility. The second condition of the new typographic philosophy based on the ability of designers is interpretation of context. The third concept of the new language is founded on an objective, rational design attitude. The final mental attitude of the new typographic language should feel a deep obligation to traditions. It is crucial time for Korean alphabet to establish a relevant standard rather than goes uncritically with the international current. Korea has had worthy traditions. Jeongjae(正齋) Nam Dae-nyeon's(南大秊) Study and Thought (정재(正齋) 남대년(南大秊)의 학문과 사상)

  • In this article, I researched Nam Dae-nyeon's(1887~1958) thought of Neo-confucian theories, interpretation of confucian canons, and evaluation of historical figures. First, from the side of Neo-confucian theories, he asserted that Qi(氣) had behaviors and Li(理) had not. About his teacher Jeon Wu's(田愚) theories, he thought that those were in tradition of Confucius(孔子) and Mencius(孟子), but not emphasized presidence of mind. And he criticized the theory of mind was Li(理). Second, from the side of interpretation of Confucian canons, Nam Dae-nyeon's study centered on Four Books(四書). This showed he was in tradition of Neo-confucianism. Through this studies he emphasized the importance of Confucian Ren(仁) and Filial piety(孝), self-consciousness as gentry(士). Third, from the side of evaluation of historical figures, Nam Dae-nyeon evaluated many Chinese and Korean scholars, for example, Qu Yuan(屈原), Lu Zhong-lian(魯仲連), Zhen De-xiu(眞德秀), Lu Long-qi((陸?其), Zhang Lu-xiang (張履祥) of China, and Jeong Mong-ju(鄭夢周), Zho Kwang-jo(趙光祖), Yi Hwang(李滉), Yi Yi(李珥), Jeon Wu(田愚) of Korea. And his criteria for evaluation of historical figures was fidelity and insight.

The Theory of Yin and Yang and the Five Elements of Mohism - Focusing on the Comparison with Hundred Schools of Thought (묵가(墨家)의 음양오행론(陰陽五行論) - 제가(諸家)와의 비교를 중심으로 -)

  • In this paper, the discussion on Yin and Yang and the Five Elements in Mohism is examined through the comparison with Hundred Schools of Thought. The ideas of School of Naturalists including Zou Yan or those of the Five Elements were fundamentally for the purpose of observing the regularity of changing dynasty. However, this perspective had not been emphasized as a subject of Contention of a Hundred Schools of Thought until the end of the Era of Warring States. Even though it is true that Hundred Schools of Thought applied the theory of Yin and Yang and the Five Elements in common based on the understanding of the idea, but it failed to be connected to each ideological system. The fundamental reason for this can be found in the difference between the awareness of a reality and the concept of history in Hundred Schools of Thought. Where were the characteristics and reasonable opinions of the theory of Yin and Yang and the Five Elements in Mohism from? The most important feature of Mohism is to form independent, collective, cooperative groups based on the people of lower classes at that time and to consider God an ideological presumption. Therefore, in reality, it concentrated only on sociopolitical stability and maintenance of their own labor activities, and it was difficult for them to focus on an objective regularity of a national system or change of dynasty. In addition, due to the characteristics of individual groups, it was hard to have a macroscopic viewpoint not only on a national system, but also on others as in Zou Yan's Dae-gu-ju-seol(大九州說). With respect to this, at least, Xunzi, before the unification, gives a valid criticism. In the end, the effort to design a new political system and to secure ideological legitimacy on the assumption of the unification of the nations of the Warring States period became more specific through the edition of $L{\ddot{u}}shi$ Chunqiu (呂氏春秋), so-called Mixed School(雜家) or Synthesized School(綜合家).
