새로운 대학 행정조직의 모형

  • 대학의 성격이 변화하고 시대적.역사적 요청이 도전으로 다가오는 이 시점에서 대학개혁을 성공적으로 정착시킬 수 있고, 대학의 목적과 사명을 충실하게 성취할 수 있기 위해서는 종래의 대학 행정조직의 틀로부터 새로운 시대에 적합한 틀로서의 전환적 대학행정조직의 틀이 마련되어야만 한다. 전환적 행정조직의 모형은 일(과업) 중심 조직으로의 전환, 수혜자 우선지원의 서비스 행정 강화, 조직관리의 철학과 실질적 기능 수행의 강조, 능력사회의 전형으로서 제시되는 애드호크러시 지향, 의사결정별 문제중심의 편제기준에 따른 구조화, 자율적 평자체제에 초점을 둔 전문적 기획기능의 강화를 추구한다.

정보시스템의 효과성 평가를 위한 개념적 틀

  • 정보기술에 대한 투자가 증대되고 그 전략적 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 정보시스템의 효과성 평가문제는 실무적으로나 학문적으로나 중요한 이슈중의 하나가 되었다. 정보시스템의 효과성은 보는 관점에 따라 여러 가지의 개념을 내포하고 있어 단일의 기준으로는 평가될 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 정보시스템의 효과성을 종합적으로 평가할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 평가의 목적에 따라 적절한 기준을 선택할 수 있도록 하는 개념적 틀을 구축하였다. 조직이론에서 제시하고 있는 효과성 평가의 세가지 접근방법인 자원획득 접근법, 내부과정 접근법, 목표달성 접근법을 정보시스템의 기능인 정보기술의 가치부가 활동에 적용하여 정보기술의 획득, 정보기술의 전환, 정보기술의 활용이라는 세가지 평가영역을 도출하였다. 또한 평가기준의 완전성 정도에 따라 각 영역별 세부 평가기준과 대표적인 측정치를 제시하였다.

Development and Validation of the Classification of Home-based Long-term Care Activities (노인장기요양보험 재가서비스 분류 틀 개발 및 타당도 검증)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the classification of home-based long-term care activities and to test its validity. In this study, the taxonomy of long-term care activities was structured according to the service domain and process. Two expert groups participated in making a draft of the taxonomy that was composed of 7 service domains, 22 care needs, 22 service objectives, and 114 activities. Reliability and validity of the taxonomy was tested in a sample of 152 elderly subjects who used the home-based long-term care services. Based on the factor analysis of 114 activities, 21 factors were extracted from 114 activities. Internal consistency of the factors was high. Content validity was confirmed by the CVI. Long-term care insurance grade was used to assess the criterion validity. Among 21 care needs, 12 cares needs were significantly different from their grade. The classification of home-based long-term care activities demonstrated reliability and validity. In conclusion, the use of this classification is recommended while communicating with the elderly subjects, service providers, and the 3rd party payers.

  • 도시가스는 도시생활을 유지하는데 필수 불가결한 라이프라인으로 가스사업자는 평상시 안정공급을 확보하는 것은 물론 지진과 같은 대규모의 자연재해가 발생한 경우에도 대처할 수 있도록 평상시부터 준비를 철저히 하지 않으면 안 된다. 우리나라에서는 1988년 건축물의 내진설계기준이 도입된 이래 일부시설에 대한 내진 설계기준이 설정되어 있다. 가스시설에 대해서도 1997년 한국지진공학회으로부터 우리나라의 지진환경을 고려한 가스시설의 내진성능기준(안) 및 내진설계 표준서(안)이 제시되어 가스시설물의 내진설계를 위한 기본적인 틀을 갖추었다.   • In the 2009 revised science curriculum, comprehensive verbs such as 'know (38%)' and 'understand (46%)' are used in more than 80% of the achievement standard. Many readers, such as teachers, textbook makers, etc. have difficulties in interpreting the meaning of achievement standard sentences with these comprehensive verbs. On the other hand, 'Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS)' uses more various and specific verbs to express the cognitive domain. In this study, we analyzed the 2009 revised science curriculum achievement standard focusing on the TIMSS cognitive domain assessment framework. We divided achievement standard to 228 sentences and three teachers analyzed the meaning of verbs in achievement standard. There were two main results of this study. First, the verb 'Know' was analyzed into different kinds of meanings, such as 'Describe (27%)', 'Recall/Recognize (25%)' and 'Relate (17%)', etc; and the verb 'Understand' was analyzed into 'Explain (37%)', 'Relate (27%)' and 'Describe (21%)', etc. Second, there appeared to have a disagreement among the three analysts during the process of interpreting the achievement standards when the level and scope of the contents of each grade is not clear. This study concludes that there's a need for continuous discussion on the use of verbs in achievement standard to promote clearer expressions for better understanding.

Comparison Study on Structural Dynamic Modelings Employing Single Reference Frame (단일 기준 틀을 사용한 구조 동역학 모델링 비교 연구)

  • In this paper, modeling methods for the structural dynamic analysis employing single reference frame are presented and their modal and transient analysis results are compared. The geometric stiffening effects often occur when structures undergo large overall motion. These effects were considered in several structural previous modeling methods but the role of reference frame has never been scrutinized. In this study, modeling methods employing single reference frame are presented, and their numerical results are compared. The results show that discrepancy between the two modeling methods increases as the eccentricity of the structural system and the magnitude of the large overall motion increase.
