This Study was to conducted in order to suggest future direction for reorganization of Suwon ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ Women's High School as a vocational high school. The purpose of this Study was to provide suggestions for the Suwon ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ women's high school through workforce demand of electric-electronic-communication industry in Gyeonggi Province and SWOT Analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the high school need to work out a educational strategy geared to workforce demand of region based electric-eElectronic-communication industry in Gyeonggi Province for students' employment. Second, the following two approaches are recommended for curriculum development to meet region based electric-eElectronic-communication industry in Gyeonggi Province for students' employment. (1) School curriculum development that is geared to a enterprise for students' employment. Demand of the enterprise is reflected when curriculum is developed under cooperation between school and enterprise. Specific knowledge, attitude and skills is emphasized to students according to demand of the enterprise. (2) school curriculum development that is geared to industry for students' employment. Demand of the electric-electronic-communication industry in Gyeonggi Province is reflected when curriculum is developed under cooperation between school and the electric-electronic-communication industry. Broader knowledge, attitude and skills is emphasized to students for the industry.

Financing, manpower support and tax are the most popular tools for policy for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This paper, however, will introduce information analysis support for SMEs and will prove that can be a good tool. The information analysis support means the support of technology and market information for the technology development or commercialization of SMEs. Therefore, the support is a customized one. In the theory domain, we adopt and prove two theoretical grounds as an SMEs policy such as market and system failure. In the policy tool domain, we suggest four requirements to be an SMEs policy and prove the tool to satisfy these requirements. All the data and proofs are from a government research institute called K.

최근 기업들은 빅데이터 활용을 통해 얻은 분석결과를 고객 마케팅 및 영업 전략 수립에 적극 활용함으로써 수익성 증대 및 비용 절감이라는 기대 효익를 달성하고 있다. 이러한 흐름에 따라 기업 내 시스템 사용자를 고객으로 두고 있는 HRM시스템 역시 인사데이터 분석을 기반으로 사용자의 기호와 요구사항을 반영한 가치 있는 정보를 제공해줌으로써 기존 기업 고객 이외에 잠재적인 고객층을 확보할 수 있는 맞춤형 HRM 시스템으로 진화해야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 빅데이터 기반의 인사데이터 분석의 필요성과 국외 인사데이터 분석 활용사례를 살펴보고 이를 기반으로 빅데이터 분석기술을 활용하여 사용자에게 가치 있는 정보를 제공해주는 개인화된 맞춤형 HRM시스템을 제안 및 설계하고자 한다.

In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, various universities' corporate field application education models are being presented. In particular, along with new teaching methods, various educational models for customized education of many companies are being studied, increasing their usability. Research on project-oriented teaching methods for competencies required in the field of business is the most developed field in recent years. In this study, we intend to propose a case-oriented curriculum model that applies the project-oriented teaching method to the requirements of these companies. In particular, we design an industry-oriented curriculum model through a companycustomized education model for blockchain and web developers, and suggest the direction of development focusing on examples of the operation process. The model through this case was designed and operated as a curriculum model suitable for the field through in-depth interviews with industries, etc.

This study was done through survey of the school and the small and medium enterprise which participated in "Human resources development program of small and medium enterprise technical high school's customized link", and we researched the problem with the actual condition of the program operation and analyzed the results of them. The analysis results are as follows. Firstly, the teachers recognized the purpose of this program operation as the activation of the occupation education between school and job world, On the other hand, people in charge of the company recognized the purpose of this program operation as the professional human resources supply to the small and medium enterprises. Secondly, the teachers perceived that the students' performative competence had improved through the operation of this program, while the inducement of some excellent students was not always available. Finally people in charge of the company responded that this program was helpful for the manpower guarantee, the profits of the company, the enhancement of the performative competence and adaptability of the high school graduates, and the cooperation of the technical high school and the company. However, they admitted that this program lacked the maintenance and repairing competence of the utilities, ability of grasping problems and the problem-solving skills, and the competence of the functional expertise of the high school graduates. Generally, the teachers of technical high school and people in charge of the company which participate in "Human resources program of small and medium enterprise technical high school's customized link" expressed positive appreciation for efficient management and potential development of this program.

A novel diagnosis scheme PCADP(personalized computer aided diagnosis probability) is proposed to overcome the problems mentioned above. PCADP scheme is a personalized diagnosis method based on ontology and it makes the bio-data analysis just a 'process' in the Smart healthcare service system. In addition, we offer a semantics modeling of the smart healthcare ontology framework in order to describe smart healthcare data and service specifications as meaningful representations based on this PCADP. The PCADP scheme is a kind of statistical diagnosis method which has real-time processing, characteristics of flexible structure, easy monitoring of decision process, and continuous improvement.

본고에서는 개인 또는 기업이 아이디어를 제품화하는 과정에서 겪게 되는 생산진입의 어려움을 해소하기 위해서 개인맞춤생산을 지원하는 개방형 제조서비스 플랫폼 (FaaS: Factory as a Service)을 제안한다. FaaS 플랫폼은 다양한 고객들의 맞춤형 제품에 대한 요구를 수용하여 가능한 대량 생산에 가까운 효율로 생산하도록 설계하였으며, 개인맞춤생산을 위한 스마트 제조기술과 제조서비스 플랫폼 기능을 제공한다. FaaS 플랫폼은 고객이 자신이 원하는 제품생산의 요구를 정확하게 지속적으로 전달하기 위해 개방성을 제공하는 FaaS 클라우드 계층과 다양한 이종 제품들을 최적의 생산 효율을 가지고 혼류생산 할 수 있도록 하는 FaaS 제조운영 계층, 그리고 3D프린터, 로봇과 같은 혁신형의 제조설비들을 IoT(Internet of Things)를 기반으로 유기적으로 연결함으로써 팩토리 전체 성능을 향상시키도록 하는 FaaS 실행제어 계층으로 구성된다. 본 고에서 제안한 FaaS 플랫폼은 향후 기술개발 결과물을 실 수요 제품을 생산하는 ICT융합형 제조서비스 스마트팩토리 실증테스트베드에 적용하여 시범운영을 통해 기술을 검증하고 확장할 계획으로 있으며, 이를 통해 창업 기업이나 중소 제조기업들이 신제품의 시장진입시간을 단축시키고, 실질적인 펀딩 효과를 가질 수 있기를 기대한다.

The ratio of youth unemployment is very high compared to that of total unemployment in Korea. The youth unemployment is especially severe problem because of hindering the accumulation of human capital which is an economic growth driving factor, and switching the youth to economically inactive population rapidly. So Korea government has tried to perform various polices to solve the youth unemployment. In this paper, the states and the characteristics of the company oriented education program among the countermeasure of youth unemployment in Korea, including Job Experience Program of the Youth, Youth Job System, Youth Internship System and Contract Based Department Program are investigated. And the problems of the company oriented education program are analyzed and an improved education program(M-to-M Model) is proposed.
