Because of the recession of the world economy, small businesses face with many problems in securing their required labor force, capital, technology, among others. As an alternative to address those difficulties, there is a research to introduce the "sharing economy", which shares and changes resources. However SMEs have difficulties in actually introducing the sharing economy and the introduction of inter-company because sharing economy business models do not exist. This research has presented the business model for the sharing economy that is necessary in the introduction and operation of the said economy among SMEs. In order to design the business model for the B2B sharing economy, this research has drawn the components needed to design the business model through a preceding study on existing business models. Based on this and the preceding study, this research has presented the business model, which can be introduced to the sharing economy among SMEs. In addition Business model presented in this study will be a guideline for introducing shared economic conditions for each SMEs.

This paper is an exploitative research on the types of B2B e-business model. The research method adopted is a literature review of academic articles, reports of consulting firms, technical papers and seminar materials. This paper presents an integrated business model of business to business electronic commerce. The B2B business model comprises of four dimensions:1) type of operators 2) Product scope(industry scope) 3) transaction method 4) revenue source.

e-비즈니스의 활성화에 따른 기업 환경의 변화로 인해 전자상거래와 물류 및 공급망의 현실적/효율적 운영관리를 위한 새로운 개념의 워크플로우 관리 시스템의 필요성이 절대적으로 요구되고 있다. e-비즈니스는 기업 내부 프로세스와 기업간 거래 프로세스와의 연동을 수반하기 때문에 워크플로우 관리 시스템 또한 다중 기업들간의 워크플로우 모델의 상호 연동이 필요하다. 따라서 전자상거래를 위한 기업들은 서로 다른 워크플로우 관리 시스템 및 워크플로우 모델들간의 상호 운영적인 문제를 해결하는 방법에 대한 관심이 증대되었다. 본 논문은, 워크플로우 모델러와 ebXML 기반 비즈니스 프로세스 모델러의 연계를 통해 ebXML을 기반으로 e-비즈니스를 위한 워크플로우 모델링 기법을 제시함으로써, 거래 기업간의 표준화된 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링을 효율적으로 지원하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

기업 비즈니스를 위한 업무절차와 문서/데이터에서의 일관성 확보를 통한 비즈니스 프로세스의 표준화는 기업 내부적으로 효율적으로 개선된 프로세스에 기반한 정보화시스템의 구축뿐만 아니라, e-비즈니스 환경에서 기업간 협업체계로의 적용을 통해 새로운 기업가치의 창출을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 중소 규모의 업체에서 자사 비즈니스 프로세스를 분석 및 모델링하고 공개된 표준적 모델을 참조하여 자사 프로세스를 표준화하기 위한 방법론을 제시하고 있다. 즉, 기업이 유사 업종의 선진적인 표준모델을 참조 및 비교함으로써 프로세스 개선기회를 손쉽게 파악하고 자사 업무환경을 고려하여 프로세스 표준화의 구체적인 실행계획을 수립하기 전 단계까지의 과정에 대한 방법론의 개발을 목표로 하고 있다. 본 연구의 결과물은 표준모델의 참조를 통한 비즈니스 프로세스 표준화의 방법론으로 중소업체에서 효과적으로 활용될 수 있으며, 업종 특성을 고려한 표준모델의 공개 및 보급과 함께 프로세스 표준화를 유도함으로써 기업내부 정보화뿐만 아니라 산업 전반에 걸친 정보화 및 e-비즈니스 환경의 구현을 촉진시킬 것으로 기대된다.

In recent years, the business model innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises has become a hot research issue, and it is also regarded as an important hot issue to promote the transformation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises and promote economic transformation and development. In this study, we analyzes the influence of cross-border search and dynamic capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises in China on business model innovation. The model of influencing factors is established. After collecting relevant data through questionnaire survey, the model is verified and analyzed. It is verified that for small and medium-sized enterprises in China, dynamic capability and cross-border search have a positive and significant impact on enterprise business model innovation, and dynamic capability plays an intermediary role between cross-border search and enterprise business model innovation. Through this paper, we can give some enlightenment to the business model innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.

IT industry is moving into the age of business model. Recently, global companies with innovative business models such as Apple, Facebook prevail. These companies sustain the competitiveness through changing the components of their business model. To study the way of keeping Korean IT companies' edges sharp, it is required to examine the components that bring innovations to their current business model. This study identifies the critical components of business model and provides an analytical business model framework. A comparative case study was employed to examine the characteristics of Korean IT companies' business model through the proposed framework. The result of this study can contribute to increase understanding of the business model of Korean IT companies and to suggest challenges in business model they face.

최근 기업간 비즈니스 로직의 구현에 웹 서비스를 이용하고 응용 간 통신 및 상호 응용의 사례가 많아지고 있다. 이를 위한 기업 내의 기반 시스템 구축에도 웹 서비스의 이용이 활발해지고 있다. 이에 따라 효율적인 비즈니스의 운영 모델에 대한 요구가 많아지고 있다. 또한 서비스 산업의 신장과 더불어 기업의 비즈니스에 서비스 과학을 적용하려는 노력이 많아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위하여 웹 서비스에 관련된 내용과 서비스 과학을 분석하여 기업 비즈니스 환경에 적용할 수 있는 비즈니스 아키텍처를 제안하였다.

According to the cooperation between organizations increases, e-Commerce and virtual organizaions spread, because of IT development, the number of business processes increased from bounds of an organization to crossing organizational boundaries. In order to support dynamic setup of business processes among independent organizations, a formal standard schema of describing the business processes is basically required because of business process models over multiple organizations, which are defined in different fromat by business process modeling systems their own business process modeling systems. The vision of ebXML is to create a single global electronic marketplace where enterprises, without any concerns about size and geographical location, can meet and conduct their businesses with each other through the exchanges of XML-based messages. Therefore, this thesis also analyzes and implements an ebXML based choreography modeling system for supporting collaborations between organizations.

인터넷의 발달로 인해 조직 안의 마케팅, 광고, 조달, 판매, 서비스 제품 기획 등의 각 부분들간의 전자상거래와 조직간의 전자상거래, 그리고 빠르게 변화하는 기회를 잡기 위해 모인 기업의 컨소시엄의 형태인 가상기업에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 이러한 조직내/조직간의 전자상거래와 가상기업에서 수행되어야 하는 비즈니스 프로세스를 통합, 향상시키기 위한 활동이 웍플로우 시스템이다. 웍플로우 관리 시스템은 기업의 비즈니스 프로세스를 정의하고 수행하며, 이를 추적하고 리엔지리어링한다. 하지만, 비즈니스 프로세스는 오랜 수행 기간과 복잡한 비즈니스 규칙등으로 인해 정확하고 신뢰적으로 수행하는 데에 많은 어려움을 가지며, 따라서 웍플로우 관리시스템은 비즈니스 프로세스의 자동화 및 개선을 위해서 작업 수행의 정확성과 신뢰성을 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문은 Event-Condition-Action(ECA) 규칙을 사용하여 비즈니스 프로세스를 올바르고 신뢰도 있게 정의ㆍ수행ㆍ분석ㆍ개선할 수 있는 트랜잭션의 지원을 위한 통합적이고 체계적인 프레임워크를 제시하고자 한다. 또한 웍플로우 모델과 그에 수반되는 오류 모델을 함께 제시하고 Petri Net으로 비즈니스 프로세스를 분석하는 방법론을 제시하고자 한다.
