In shipping logistics, despite the fact that it has promoted the information processing process, the use of the document exchange mechanism has caused a problem of increasing the cost and lead time. In recent years, various types of projects are in progress in preparation for full-scale introduction of a blockchain technology capable of solving the document exchange mechanism in the shipping industry, In near future, by expanding the practical application scope, it is aiming to increase competitiveness through transparency, reliability, stability, and efficiency, which are the effects of application of the block chain technology.

This study recognizes the limitation of previous literature regarding ethical leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, and workplace spirituality and develops the research model and hypothetical relationships. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of ethical leadership on organizational citizenship and workplace spirituality and test the mediation effect of workplace spirituality on the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. The suggested hypothetical relationships were tested with primary data from a sample 367 employees of social enterprises. The main findings of this study are as follows: First, it is found that transparency, contribution, integrity and which are composed factors of ethical leadership have positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Second, transparency, contribution, integrity and which are composed factors of ethical leadership have positive influence on workplace spirituality. Third, workplace spirituality have positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, workplace spirituality mediated the relationship of ethical leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Thus, the hypothesis on the mediating role of workplace spirituality was supported. This study contributes to the understanding of organizational citizenship behavior research by developing an theoretical model, incorporating the role of ethical leadership and workplace spirituality. In conclusion, this study suggests that in the organization developing organizational citizenship behavior, ethical leadership of leader and improving workplace spirituality of employees need to be considered to adopt.

인터넷을 기반으로 하는 전자상거래의 약진은 비단 국내뿐 아니라 전 세계적인 추세라 할 수 있다. 따라서 기업들은 전자상거래의 핵심 요소를 반영 한 새로운 물류 시스템 체계를 구축하고, 기업간 상거래를 원활하게 수행하는데 필요한 프로세스 연계 방안을 함께 모색해야 한다. 오늘날 워크플로우 시스템은 이러한 전자상거래의 요구 사항을 수용하여 기업간 비즈니스 프로세스를 연계하고 그 수행을 자동화하는 새로운 솔루션으로써 각광을 받고 있다 이에 본 논문은 기업 간의 비즈니스 프로세스 자동화를 목적으로 하는 전자물류 워크플로우 모델링 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 이와 함께 기업간 상호 운영성의 투명성과 효율성을 보장하기 위한 가상 조직의 개념과 레지스트리 시스템을 제안 및 적용한다.

최근의 정보통신 기술의 급격한 발달과 인터넷 사용의 폭발적인 증가, 기업의 인트라넷/익스트라넷의 도입으로 인터넷 환경에서의 비즈니스 응용 프로그램의 개발이 다양해지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업에서 조달 업무의 투명성과 신속성 및 인터넷을 통한 수요 기관 및 공급 업체간의 글로벌화를 이룰 수 있는 비즈니스 응용 프로그램으로 웹 환경에서의 전자 입찰 시스템의 설계 및 구현을 다룬다. 본 논문에서 설계 및 구현된 전자 입찰 시스템은 구매, 입찰 및 조달 프로세스로 구성되어 있으며 전자 입찰 시스템에서 입찰 가격이나 계약의 보안 및 인증을 위해 PKI 기반의 전자 서명 방식을 사용한다.

The bankruptcy possibility of construction firms have been higher by the environment of current construction industry. Thus, converting management environment for growth into that for value or profit is required. Nowadays, funds of construction firms is almost provided by financial institutions. As the firms' size grow, they have a form of fund provision through the securities market; however, fair distribution for returns is not practiced by opening company. Especially, construction firms lost trust of Investor by lack of awareness to firm clearness, and then a vicious cycle of no effectiveness in fund provision through securities market is continued again. On this study correlation between stock quotations and primary financial factors of firms in order to grasp actual management condition in construction firms was analyzed. By this, the correlation between stock quotations and the result of firm management was provided. Also, necessity of firm's capital provision was explained, thus ways to ensure firm clearness was searched.

In recent days network computing technologies have bee developed rapidly and the extended use of Internet applications for enterprises such as internet/extarnet in and between enterprises has been increased enormously. Therefore the business in the future will be executed by virtual enterprise. Virtual enterprises which is based on information sharing between enterprises are composed of work processes related to information exchange between virtual enterprises, the team members who are representatives of the organizations that are participated in the actual business of virtual enterprises, and members who are representatives of the organizations that are participated in the actual business of virtual enterprises, and environment that are provided by supporting CALS(continuous Acquisition and Life cycle Support or commerce At light Speed). Supporting system of IDE(Integrated Data Environment)for CALS implementation that is provided as an environment of virtual enterprises has to ensure the autonomies of local data and to provide the accessibility of heterogeneous database of enterprises on network transparently for giving user a single global view of data. This paper introduce the design and implementation of the database broker system that can be accessed data transparently by the suers of participated enterprises in the integrated data environment supporting virtual enterprises. The system uses java/CORBA technology in Web environment and Object Query language (OQL) to process the queries of relational database system, object-oriented database system, and file information.

인터넷의 급속한 확산은 기존 시장의 개념을 확대, 변화시키고 이러한 변화된 시장에서 기업은 새로운 비즈니스 패러다임의 변화에 적응하지 못하면 경쟁력을 확보할 수 없는 상황에 처하게 되었다. 기업의 비즈니스 패러다임 변화의 중심은 인터넷 기반의 e-Business라 할 수 있다. e-Business의 핵심은 인터넷과 정보기술을 이용하여 기업의 내부 프로세스와 기업간 그리고 고객간 외부 프로세스의 투명성을 제고하여 비용을 최소화하는 데 일차적인 목적이 있다. 그러나 e-Business 전개에 있어 기업 내/외부의 프로세스 효율화를 위한 수요측면의 적용 주체 이외에도 이러한 전개를 도와주고 각종 하부구조, 서비스 및 장비를 제공하는 공급 주체도 존재한다. 수요측면에서의 전자상거래를 포함하여 많은 e-Business 관련 연구가 있었으나 공급측면에서의 e-Business 연구는 다소 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 고는 다소 실험적 성격을 가지고 공급측면에서 특히 통신서비스 사업자 측면에서의 e-Business 개념, 모델, 유형 등을 기존 연구의 연장선상에서 확대, 고찰한다.

은행과 고객기업의 장기적인 결속관계(結束關係)는 부작용이 없는 것은 아니지만 효율적인 정보관리(情報管理) 및 감시(監視), 도산위기시의 구제노력(救濟努力)등을 통해 기업의 자본조달비용(資本調達費用)을 낮추고 투자(投資)를 촉진하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 우리나라에서는 여신관리(與信管理), 정책금융(政策金融)등 지나친 금융규제(金融規制)로 인하여 은행-기업간 자생적(自生的) 협조적(協調的)인 결속관계를 발전시켜 오지 못하였는바, 이를 시정함과 동시에 회수가능한 은행부실채권(銀行不實債權)의 주식전환(株式轉換), 주주협의회(株主協議會)의 운영 등도 검토해 볼 수 있을 것이다. 은행-기업간 주식상호보유(株式相互保有)를 통한 결속관계의 유도는 현재로서는 문제가 많지만, 중장기적으로 금융자율화(金融自律化), 산업부문에서의 대내외경쟁(對內外競爭)의 심화, 기업소유분산(企業所有分散) 등이 진전되는 상황에서는 부작용(副作用)이 크게 완화될 수 있을 것이다. 향후에 예상되는 기업환경(企業環境)의 변화를 감안할 때 은행-기업관계는 기업의 규모(規模)나 신용도(信用度)에 따라 상이한 모습을 보일 전망이다. 은행차입의존(銀行借入依存)이 크게 낮아질 초우량기업(超優良企業)은 국제금융 증권관련업무 등을 위주로 몇 개의 은행과 동시에 경쟁적(競爭的)인 관계를 유지해 가는 반면, 신용이 양호(良好)한 대기업(大企業)과 유망중견기업(有望中堅企業)은 은행과의 전통적(傳統的)인 결속관계(結束關係)를 가장 긴밀히 발전시켜 갈 것이다. 은행은 중소기업(中小企業)과도 고객관계를 심화시켜 갈 것이나, 이를 기업의 회계(會計) 등 경영투명성(經營透明性)의 결여(缺如)는 장기적인 결속관계를 형성해 가는 데 제약(制約)으로 남을 것이다.
