This study was conducted to analyze firm survival rate and impact factors of survival of Foreign-invested Companies in Korea which is between 2006 and 2017. An empirical analysis of the survival factors of firms used explanatory variables such as characteristics of the and 3 firm dummy and 2 firm factors, financial variables of 3 profitability and 3 stability factors. The Kaplan-Meier method was chosen to perform analyses on the survival rates, Cox Proportional Hazard Model took to conduct on the impact factors. As a result of the impact factors of Foreign-invested Companies survival, Ownership (OS), Labour (NE ) of characteristics of the firm had positive effects. The Gross Sales Profit (GSP), Net Profit (NP ) and Operating Profit (OP ) of the financial characteristics had a positive effect. Additional Asset (LA ) had positive effects and Capital (LC), Debt (LB ) had a negative effect. Other factors did not produce significant results.

Companies must strengthen core competencies by concentrating resources to secure a competitive edge and operate efficient processes from a company-wide perspective. To this end, it is seeking to concentrate its capabilities and reduce costs by pooling non-essential tasks or facilities that require a lot of time and capital at a strategic level. Therefore, logistics companies should actively utilize logistics coorperate system in order to maximize the use of logistics resources according to the limitations of human resources, physical resources, and time. This study is an empirical analysis of the strategy of logistics companies and the impact of logistics coorperate on corporate performance, and a survey and analysis was conducted on domestic logistics companies. The results of the empirical analysis showed that the cost·relationship·information-oriented strategy of logistics has a positive(+) effect on the financial·operation·strategic performance indicators of companies through logistics coorperate. The results derived from this paper will be used as an important determining factor in establishing a logistics strategy and logistics coorperate to improve the performance of logistics companies and logistics service companies.

향후 재벌규제 또는 재벌개혁의 바람직한 방향은 첫째, 그 목표가 글로벌 경쟁에 직면해 있는 우리나라 고유의 기업조직인 재벌의 경쟁력 강화에 초점이 맞추어져야 하고, 둘째, 재벌규제는 기존의 경제력 집중 억제 규제나 지배구조 관련 규제 등과 같은 획일적 직접 규제를 탈피하여 시장경쟁을 통해서 해결하도록 하여야 하며, 셋째, 지배구조 관련 각종 규제는 모든 기업이 채택하도록 일률적으로 규제를 시행하기보다는 기업이 주어진 경영 환경에 따라 자율적으로 선택할 수 있게 하여야 한다. 마지막으로 시장경쟁을 통한 기업조직의 효율성 제고를 위해서 정부는 공시제도의 유효성 제고에 최선을 다해야 한다.

정부에서는 우리나라 중소기업을 육성할 목적으로 1961년 12월 27일 '중소기업협동조합법'과 '중소기업사업조정법'을 각각 제정,공포하였으며, 1962년 2월 9일에는 중소기업협동조합법 시행령이 공포되었다. 이에 따라 1962년 4월 6일 지방인쇄조합 이사장들이 모여 가칭 '대한인쇄공업협동조합연합회' 설립준비위원회를 구성한 후 연합회 창설에 따른 취지서를 기초하고 정관, 규약, 사업계획 및 수지예산안을 작성하여 4월 23일 창립총회를 개최하였다. 동년 5월 29일 상공부장관의 인가를 받아 정식으로 발족한 후 현재에 이르고 있다. 이에따라 올해로 창립 40주년이 되었다.

지난 7월 30일, 양재 L타워에서 '시장친화적 ESCO발전방안 연구용역' 공청회가 개최되었다. 에너지절약전문기업협회 주최로 진행된 이번 공청회에서는 에너지절약전문기업의 시장친화적 발전방안과 관련한 중간 연구결과가 보고됐다. 또한, 에너지시민연대 정희정 사무처장, 서울연구원 김민경 박사, 용인송담대 남시복 교수, SKC라이팅 고진규 전무, 율촌 변웅재 변호사가 패널로 참여해 지정 토론 및 관련 내용에 관한 업계의 의견을 수렴하는 시간을 가졌다. 에너지효율향상과 에너지절약에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있는 가운데 열린 공청회 현장을 소개한다.

국내 기업의 30%가 사내 중요 정보가 외부로 유출된 경험이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 신도리코에서 실시한 '기업 문서 보안 실태 및 인식조사' 결과, 응답자의 30.3%가 정보 유출 경험이 있다고 답했다. 특히 이번 설문조사 결과 100명 이상의 대기업과 제조업, 금융.보험업 등에서 정보유출 경험이 더 많은 것으로 조사됐다. '사내 보안 방법'에 대해서는 각각 69%가 답한 물리적 보안과 네트워크 보안에 집중돼 있는 반면 문서 보안 시스템을 구축했다는 응답자는 20.6%에 그쳤다. 응답자의 87.7%이 문서보안을 위한 추가적인 대비책이 필요한 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 기업들은 문서 보안의 필요성은 공감을 하면서도 정작 문서 보안을 위한 충분한 대비책은 부족한 것으로 나타났다.

벤처기업은 격변기마다 예상하지 못한 곳에서 돌출되는 위기를 잘 넘겨야 한다. 그렇지 않으면 불과 수개월 또는 수년을 넘기지 못한 채 자취도 없이 사라지는 일이 다반사다. 특히 세계화로 인해 전 지구적으로 정보와 인적교류가 빠른 현대에서 반짝이는 기술 하나로 치열한 생존경쟁의 파고를 넘기는 쉽지 않다. 세계적인 벤처기업으로 성장하기 위해서는 업계경쟁이 집중되는 미래의 전쟁터를 예측하고 소비자들의 기호까지 파악하는 예지력과 선견지명을 가져야한다. 또 결정적으로 중요한 고비마다 생사를 건 큰 변화의 결정을 내려야 한다.

기업 내부에 존재하는 비즈니스 룰은 정형화되고 집중화된 하나의 시스템으로 구축되어 있는 것이 아니라 여러 서브시스템이나 실무자들의 경험 속에 산재되어 존재한다. 산재되어 존재하는 비즈니스 룰을 정형화된 형태로 집중관리가 가능하도록 구축한 도구가 BRE(Business Rule Engine)이다. BRE는 비즈니스 룰 관리를 빠르고 용이하게 하여, 기업의 경쟁력 향상에 매우 효과적인 기여를 한다. 본 연구에서는 BRE도입의 적합성 여부를 평가할 수 있는 모델을 제시한다. 본 연구의 결과를 활용하면 기업은 용이하게 BRE도입 여부를 판단할 수 있어 기업의 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

1979년 설립된 (주)한창(대표이사 허남걸)은 에어컨, 전열교환기, 차량용 닥터바이러스, PDP TV classis base, 산업용에어컨, 온수기, 프레스 부품, 열교환기 부품 등을 주생산품으로 하고 있는 기업이다. (주)삼성전자에 OEM방식으로 거래하고 있으며, 현재 수원을 필두로 하여 아산공장, 인도공장 등을 가동하고 있다. 전체 직원은 약 500여 명에 달한다. 이곳은 '참', '앎', '온'이라는 사훈 아래 '내실경영', '인재경영', '사회적 책임'의 경영방침을 펼치고 있다. 내부인력에 대한 자기개발 강화, 그리고 안전에 대한 회사의 역할 강화 등으로 사회적 책임을 다함으로써 작지만 강한 기업으로 성장해 나가고자 한다.

Telecommunication and intormation technology have been conceived as crucial as well as revolutionary elements for recent and future social and economic development, and their development have led to a spatial reorganization and locational change of economic activities. Information technology has resulted in important changes in the organization structure and location of firm. This study draws attention to the understanding of the relationship between the diffusion of information technology and changes in firm activities with the special reference to the service industry of the United States. Information technology has had a significant impact on the growth and changes of the service industry of the United States through changes in the organizational and employment structure, market structure, and locational changes. The impact of information technology on location changes of the service industry shows two opposite patterns, concentration and decentralization. Among these patterns, the location change in the service industry of the United States reveals predominantly the decentralization tendency such as suburbanization and transfer to lower ranking cities rather than concentration. In case of Korea, however, it is anticipated that the rapid development of information technology may lead to the concentration of the service industry in Seoul and Capital region.
