우리나라 해운 항만 물류기업의 국제물류 서비스 향상 및 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안 가운데 하나는 해외 현지 물류네크워크 구축이며 이를 통해 고객이 원하는 물류서비스 제공 및 글로벌 시장 내 경쟁력 확보 차원에서 필수적이다. 그러나 아직까지 필리핀 물류시장에 대한 우리나라의 해운 항만 물류기업 진출 및 투자 지원에 관한 체계적인 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 인도에 진출하는 우리나라 화주기업 및 물류기업의 물류 애로사항 해소 지원, 해운 물류기업의 경쟁력 강화 등 정부차원의 다양한 정책과 지원 사업에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 필리핀 항만물류시장의 현황을 분석한 후 향후 우리나라 해운 항만 물류기업들이 물류 네트워크 구축 방안을 수립하는데 있어 투자대상 시설 및 투자 유망지역 등 다양한 정보를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 필리핀 물류시장을 면밀히 파악하는 것뿐만 아니라 필리핀 경제, 인프라 현황, 기업 분포 등 다양한 지표 분석을 통해 물류서비스 경쟁력 제고에 기여할 수 있는 투자 유망지역을 제시하였다.

기업들 간의 경쟁이 치열해짐에 따라 기업들은 최종 제품뿐만 아니라 최종 제품을 생산하는 프로세스에 대한 효율에 관심을 갖기 시작하였다. 또한 기업들은 자사의 핵심 역량을 중심으로 기업 구조를 재편하고, 핵심 역량 이외의 부분은 아웃소싱을 맡기고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 기업은 다양한 파트너들과 비즈니스 프로세스를 공유하고, 결합 관계에 따라 유연하게 구성할 수 있어야 한다. 기업의 비즈니스 프로세스에 대한 중요성을 일찍 깨닫고 많은 기업들이 프로세스 혁신 작업을 수행하였다. 몇몇 기업은 주목할만한 큰 성공을 거두었음에도 불구하고 기대했던 성과를 거두지 못한 체 많은 비용만 소모한 기업도 존재한다. 이와 같은 일들은 비즈니스 프로세스 디자인을 위한 방법에 대한 개선이 필요함을 시사한다. 하지만 대부분의 방법은 프로세스 디자인을 시각화하고, 평가하는데 중점을 둔 분석 도구의 기능에 편중되어 있으며, 여전히 프로세스의 실제 디자인을 지원하는 형식적인 모델링에 대한 연구는 여전히 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스의 모델링의 응용 분야로 기업 어플리케이션 통합으로 각광받고 있는 웹 서비스를 선택, 웹 서비스로 이루어진 프로세스의 최적화된 디자인을 지원하는 수리 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

이 연구는 디지털 정보환경에서의 기업체 정보서비스 방법을 모색하는 것이다. 기업체 정보서비스의 이론과 실제를 알아보기 위하여 최근 국내에서 수행된 기업체 정보서비스에 관한 문헌을 조사 분석하고, 기업체에서 채택하고 있는 지식관리시스템을 고찰한다. 인터넷을 비롯한 정보테크놀러지의 이용이 많아지고 있는 정보환경에서 산업기술정보원, 산업지원기관들의 기업체에 대한 정보서비스 방식이 어떻게 변하고 있는지를 알아본다. 메일링리스트에 올라온 개별 기업체의 정보요구를 조사하고 기업체를 위한 정보서비스 방향을 제시한다.

국내정보 통신분야 사업자는 대기업, 중소기업, 벤처기업을 포함하여 약 25,000여개가 ICT사업을 하고 있다. 이들 사업자들의 애로사항, 공통기술 지원, 기업성공 사례 등을 제시하여 기업이 필요로 하는 표준화 기술 및 공통서비스 분야를 제시하여, 세계 최고 기술력을 보유한 기업으로 성장할 수 있는 계기를 마련하고자 한다. 자체 개발기술이 없을 경우 대기업에 납품업체로만 존재하여 더 이상 기업을 발전시키지 못하는 경우를 사업자를 지원, 관리하면서 많은 경험을 하였다. 본고에서는 정보 통신 분야의 공통지원 기술에 대한 전략 및 동향을 제시하여 중소기업 등이 세계최고의 기술 기업으로 생존할 수 있는 계기를 제시하고자 한다.

This study aims to observe the impacts of entrepreneurship and market orientation of Seoul's business incubator (BI) CEO's on business performance, as well as investigate the moderating effects of BI supporting services. The main objectives of this study are as follows: first, to observe how the entrepreneurship of CEO's affects business performance; second, to observe how CEO's market orientation as a cultural factor attributes to business performance; third, to verify whether the utilization level of BI supporting services shows moderating effects between entrepreneurship and business performance, and finally to verify whether the utilization level of BI supporting services shows moderating effects between market orientation and business performance. Business incubators in Seoul registered with the Business Incubator Association were surveyed both online and offline to receive 127 responses out of 320 circulations. By filtering out insincere reponses, 117 were used for statistical analysis. Our results assert that the utilization level of physical BI supporting services does indeed strengthen the relation between initiative and financial performance. Also, it is interesting to note that the utilization level of physical BI supporting services supports the relation between risk sensitivity and financial performance. While risk sensitivity on its own shows no positive effect on business performance, a suitable utilization level of BI supporting services is likely to strengthen the connection. In addition, the utilization level of both physical and non-physical supporting services shows a moderating effect between initiative and non-financial performance. Based on the results above, risk-taking business incubator CEOs with initiative are likely to yield better financial performance in terms of increasing sales, if provided with various physical supporting services such as sufficient educational facilities including communal spaces and conference rooms.

The business incubator is a useful system to help start-up companies, providing various supporting systems from the technical supporting system to human resources supporting system. This article investigates the moderating effect of technical support and competence support of business incubators' on the relationship between founder's experiences and performance of the company. A total 201 sample were used to empirically test the hypotheses. The results of the study partially supported the hypotheses, implying the needs of specific supporting systems for start-ups. Managerial implications are also discussed.

성장 가능성이 있는 벤처기업을 지원하겠다는 의도로 도입된 창업보육센터(Business Incubator) 사업. 지난 10여 년간 진행된 이 사업은 단순히 저렴한 사무공간을 제공하는 차원을 넘어서서 교육, 기술지원, 시설확보, 컨설팅지원 등 창업에 필요한 전반적인 서비스를 제공함으로써 다수의 성공기업을 배출하는 업적을 세웠다. 이에 지금까지 달성한 성과와 역할, 글로벌스타벤처의 산실로서 자리매김하게 될 창업보육센터의 비전을 점검하고자 한다.

한국정부의 중소기업 정책을 분석하고 기업의 성과 분석을 통해 지원 정책의 유효성을 연구하였다. 중소기업의 지원 정책 과제를 창의와 혁신주도의 역동적인 중소기업군 육성, 기술경영혁신 활동 및 협력활동 강화, 자금 인력 판로 등 성장기반 구축 등 3가지로 분류한 후 기업의 성과(사업성과, 기술성과, 정책만족)와 비교하여 정책의 영향도를 측정하였다. 연구 결과 정부가 추진하는 중소기업 정책에 대한 기업의 성과의 특징은 자금 지원 분야였다. 전체 24개 측정 변수에서 연구 결과 중 가장 유의미한 변수로 선정된 5개 변수는 1)벤처,이노비즈,경영혁신형기업 육성, 2)지식기반서비스 육성자금 지원, 3)기술 연구개발 지원, 4)경영안정자금 지원, 5)공공부문의 중소기업 판로 지원이었다.

The purpose of this empirical study is to investigate the impact of the performance of ITBI's tenant. The study also aims to find out the relation between tenant's output and variables such as service usage, service quality, customer satisfaction. To achieve this aim, we carried out both a review of the literature and an empirical research. To verify the relation of each variable, structural equation model analysis using AMOS4.0 is performed. The results are as follows. First, service usage of ITBI's have significant positive effects on customer satisfaction of business incubation center. On the other hand, service quality of ITBI's doesn't have direct effects on customer satisfaction of business incubation center. Second, customer satisfaction of business incubation center have significant positive effects on technology development. Third, managerial improvement of tenant have significant positive effects on the total sales. On the other hand, technology development doesn't have direct effects on the total sales. According to those results, the business incubation center should improve the service quality and customer satisfaction. Also, the center make every effort to connect the perforated line in structural equation model. The implications of these findings and possibilities of further research are discussed.
