아직까지 정보보호 활동은 기업의 입장에서 비용을 단순히 소비' 하는 업무로 인식되는 경우가 많다. 때문에 최근의 경기침체가 보안예산의 축소나 보안활동의 위축으로 이어질 것이라는 우려가 적지 않다. 그러나 정작 기업 정보보호 담당자들의 시각은 다른 것으로 나타났다. 오히려 경기침체가 정보보호 강화의 계기가 될 것이라고 전망하는 담당자도 적지 않았다. 정보보호 부서와 역할 범위가 강화되는 것으로 해석해 볼 수 있는 대목이다. 기업 보안 부서와 담당자들의 역할 변화를 감지할 수 있는 기업 정보보호 실태조사 결과의 일부를 소개해 보고자 한다. 이번 설문조사는 지난 3월 24일 (사)한국침해사고대응팀협의회가 개최했던 CONCERT FORECAST 2009 참석자 중 110명을 대상으로 실시한 것이다.

우주개발진흥법 제24조에 따라 2005년 처음으로 우주산업 실태조사를 시행하여 2004년도의 우주산업 규모를 조사한 바 있으며, 올해는 두 번째로 우주분야에 종사하는 기업, 연구소, 대학을 대상으로 2006년도의 우주분야 자료를 수집한 바 이 논문에서는 그 통계자료를 제시하고 우리나라의 우주산업 실태를 파악하였다. 2007년 우주산업실태조사에서는 2005년 조사보다 조사 대상기관을 확대하여 36곳의 우주활용 서비스 기관과 7곳의 우주기기제작 기관의 자료가 추가되었다. 우리나라의 우주 분야 참여기관은 기업, 연구소, 대학 모두 1980년 대 후반부터 꾸준히 증가하고 있으며, 특히 2001년 이후 우주분야에 참여한 기업의 수가 크게 증가하였다. 2006년도 기업의 우주분야 총 매출액은 7,000억원, 연구소의 우주개발예산은 4,043억원, 대학의 우주분야 연구개발비는 117억원이다. 2006년도 기업의 우주분야 매출, 연구소의 우주개발예산, 대학의 우주분야 연구비를 합한 총액은 전년도 대비 26%가 증가하였다. 2006년도 우주분야 인력은 총 2,372명으로 기업에 1,381명(58%), 연구소에 730명(31%), 대학에 261명 (11%)이 종사하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 우주분야 총 종사인력은 전년대비 7%가 증가하였다.

This paper presents two cases of organizational studies and deals with the issue of the level of analysis in the study of organizational phenomena. The first study focuses on the individual level of analysis and examines the effect of a merit pay system on employee attitudes, In this study data were collected using questionnaires from 195 employees across 18 companies. Analyses were are performed using 195 questionnaires at the individual level of analysis. On the other hand, the second study focuses on the group level of analysis examines the relationship between transformational leadership and group performance. In this study data were collected using questionnaires from 320 employees embeded in 40 groups in an insurance company. The 320 questionnaires were aggregated by groups and analyses were performed based on the aggregated scores at the group level of analysis. The importance of the level of analysis in the study of organizational phenomena was discussed.

This paper analyses the results of the survey questionnaires which are made for logistics services users in Shanghai, China. Based an 158 valid users' responses, the study results show that the typical outsourcing logistics users prefer to set up long term relationship with providers and buy services from multiple providers. Most users are satisfied with their providers and believe that outsourcing logistics services has led to positive impact on their customer satisfaction, logistics service levels and revenue improvement. Price levers, core competences, reputation are critical in the selection of an outsourcing logistics provider for users in this study. This study indicates that the market for 3PL services in China has a reasonable potential fur further development, though 3PL practices are still at a nascent stage in China. This paper presents full details and implications of the results of th￡ survey and then provides some helpful suggestion for th￡ development of Chinese logistics industry and Chinese logistics companies.

최근 한국광고단체연합회와 IMReserch가 공동으로 주관한 '99 Fall KNP 인터넷 사용자 조사가 올초에 이어 국내 인터넷 사용자 14,670을 대상으로 이루어졌다. 조사에 참여한 인터넷 기업을 언론사, 검색엔진, ISP, 쇼핑몰, 벤처기업의 5개 카테고리로 분류하여 총 35개 기업 웹사이트에서 띠 광고의 클릭을 통해 이루어졌다. KNP 인터넷 사용자 조사 결과에 대해 살펴봤다.

In this study, we have proposed the new statistical methods to convert the statistics based of workplace units into the statistics based of industrial units using the industrial survey data published by National Statistical Once in 2001. It could help to apprehend the weight of service sectors of korea small business in terms of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

This study investigated the tax compliance applying framing effect, with the influence of detection rates, client advocacy, risk seeking tendency on the amount of income declared. Questionaires were filled in by CFA in Busan. Questionaires involve three cases (newly founded company, loss-expected company, gain-expected company). Respondents declared least in newly founded company, next loss-expected company, to gain-expected company. Respondents declared more as detection rates rose. As client advocacy increases, newly founded company and loss-expected company declare less, while gain-expected company declare more. As risk seeking tendency increases, newly founded company and loss-expected company declare less, but gain-expected company. Finally the interaction effect between client advocacy and risk seeking tendency is supported.

Recently, some reliability problems are notified on the information security industry survey due to the differences of survey purpose, criteria and methodology among the pursuing organizations. This paper firstly identifies the issues of survey methodologies which are currently applied in the information security industry, and then proposes a business outlook survey system which can be adapted in various domain, even in effectively. The proposed system may be applied in surveys of the business outlook, supply and demand, and difficulty factor, with a co-operative database, Especially, it would be utilized as a great tool when the survey is conducted in repeatedly.
