This research analyzed acceptability of local public enterprise management assessment targeting Chungcheongnam-do direct management enterprises. To do this, this research analyzed influence with acceptability of local public enterprise management assessment by composing the area with 5 aspects related to local public enterprise management assessment. More differentiated strategy is required to operate management assessment efficiently, since direct management enterprises have different shape from other public enterprises in respect of organizational structure. In case of water and sewage, it tends to be difficult to return the result of management assessment to the local government organization, so that managers' interest and effort is necessarily required. Also, responsible person's professionalism is required to raise achievement of direct management enterprise through management assessment, politic management plan for this is necessary. Above all, the structure of incentive for management assessment result is difficult in making intended effect as other public enterprises. Therefore, differentiation of compensation system for assessment result is required.

기업에서는 경쟁력을 강화하고 지속적인 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 수단으로 ERP시스템을 도입하여 활용하고 있는 추세이다. ERP시스템은 전체업무프로세스를 정보기술로 구현한 전사적인 통합솔루션이다. 이러한 ERP시스템 구축의 성공요인에 대해 많은 연구들이 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 대부분의 선행연구들은 기술적인 측면 등 외부적인 요인들을 강조하고 있으며, 내부적인 요인인 조직구성원들의 개인적인 성격유형이 ERP시스템의 정보기술을 수용하는데 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 ERP시스템 구축의 성공요인으로 조직구성원들의 개인적인 성격유형을 탐색적으로 연구 하였다. ERP시스템 도입기업의 사용자들을 대상으로 MBTI 성격유형과 ERP시스템에 대한 정보기술 수용 정도를 설문을 통해 분석하였다. MBTI 성격유형은 Myers의 네 가지 성격유형으로 측정하고, ERP시스템의 정보기술수용에 대해서는 Davis의 TAM 모형을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, MBTI 성격유형과 ERP시스템의 정보기술수용과의 관련성 검증에서 MBTI 성격유형 중 외향형과 판단형인 경우에는 ERP시스템의 정보기술수용에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 감각형과 사고형인 경우에는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, ERP시스템 관련 정보기술수용 검증에서는 선행연구들을 통해 검증된 바와 같이 ERP시스템에 대한 지각된 이용 용이성과 유용성, 활용의도 및 활용정도 간에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

인터넷을 기반으로 하는 B2B시장이 엄청난 속도로 증가추세를 드러내고 있는 가운데 국내 전자상거래 시장은 예상만큼의 기대치에 부응하지 못한 채 큰 발전을 보지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 이는 인터넷상에서의 효율적인 결제시스템의 부계와 전자상거래 시장의 특성인 신뢰성의 부재에 그 원인이 있다고 보아진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 비대면의 전자적인 결제시스템에 따르는 신뢰성 문제해결을 위한 방안으로 Escrow계정을 이용하는 B2B 결제시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 Escrow Service시스템은 전자결제시스템의 걸림돌이었던 제품보증과 결제보증에 관한 문제를 데이터베이스로 구축하여 체계적이고 안정적인 방법으로 해결할 수 있는 EDI를 이용한 B2B ESCROW 결제서비스를 만드는 것이다. 구매기업과 판매기업간에 매매행위가 발생되면서 양사의 합의에 따른 Escrow사항들을 표준화된 데이터베이스 형식을 갖고 있는 EDI에 저장하고 거래 데이터베이스를 수행하면서 자동적인 EDI File Update를 통해 가장 실시간의 정보를 참조할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 기존의 B2B 결제시스템에 있어서의 Escrow 기능이 계좌이체를 이용한 결제시스템에만 제한적으로 이용돼 왔었으며 또한 Escrow 시스템 수행이 수동적인 프로세스에 의해 움직여졌기 때문에 신뢰성과 이용도면에서 문제점이 있었다. 하지만 EDI를 이용한 Escrow시스템 구현은 프로세스의 자동화뿐만 아니라 계좌이체 및 기타 대출을 이용한 결제시스템에도 다양하게 적용할 수 있으며 또한 History관리가 가능하므로 전자상거래 결제시스템의 효율을 한층 더 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study aimed to identify the relationship between the control and purchasing methods of food items and the restaurant business performance. To achieve the purpose of this study, it reviewed the theoretical background about the control of food items, purchasing methods of those items and restaurant business performance. The result of this study was shown as follows. 1) Distribution method of food items has an effect on business performance. 2) Satisfaction with controlling food items and distribution method of food items have an effect on business performance. 3) Satisfaction with controlling food items and distribution method of food items have an effect on satisfaction with business performance.

전자문서교환(電子文書交換)(EDI) 시스템이 정보사회의 도래와 더불어 전략경영(戰略經營)의 핵심수단으로 등장함에 따라 우리나라에서도 EDI에 관한 학문적(學問的) 관심이 최근에 고조되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 EDI에 관한 국내(國內)의 선행연구(先行硏究)는 일천할 뿐더러 연구의 양(量)과 질(質)에 있어서도 매우 미미하다. 이제는 EDI가 기업의 전략경영(戰略經營) 성과(成果)에 구체적으로 어떤 영향(影響)을 미치고 있는가를 심층적으로 분석할 필요성(必要性)이 크게 대두되고 있다. 이와 같은 연구(硏究)의 필요성(必要性)에 따라 본고(本考)에서는 정보기술(情報技術)(IT)과 성과(成果)(performance) 분석(分析)에 관련된 최근의 선행연구를 종합적(綜合的) 포괄적(包括的)으로 정리하였으며, 이들 선행 연구들이 성과(成果) 분석(分析)에 사용한 구체적인 측정방법(測定方法)을 제시하고 있다.

이 논문은 Carlsson and Stanklewicz(1991)가 창안한 기술시스템(technological systems)의 개념을 한국과 스웨덴의 산업용로봇에 적용하여, 양자를 비교 분석하고자 하였다. 먼저 기술시스템의 개념을 재구축하고, 동태적인 측면에서 시스템의 진화과정을 보강한 다음, 한국과 스웨덴의 산업용로봇에 대한 기존 연구를 활용하여 양 기술시스템의 중요한 특징들을 비교하고 그 성과를 측정하였다. 한국과 스웨덴에 있어서 산업용로봇 기술시스템의 진화과정은 공히 미국, 일본 등 기술선도국을 모방하는 입장에 있었음에도 불구하고 '학습기간'이 20여 년 이상 소요됨을 보여주었다. 뿐만 아니라 양 시스템의 진화과정. 특히 태동기(embryo stage)에 있어서 정부의 역할이 매우 컸던 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 기술시스템의 구성요소인 산업네트워크, 기술하부구조, 그리고 제도적하부구조 면에서 강약점 및 특징의 차이가 있음을 발견하였다. 기술시스템의 동태적 성과면에서는 한국의 경우가 스웨덴의 경우보다 상대적으로 더 우월한 것으로 평가되었다. 이는 스웨덴 시스템에서는 초기에 우위를 누렸던 기계, 전기, 그리고 메카트로닉스 기술의 우위와 사용자 능력이 점차 약화되어온 반면에 한국의 시스템은 기술하부구조 등이 취약하였지만 해외시스템과의 연계, 재벌 내에서의 기업간 연계, 산학연 협동, 그리고 지역내 연계 등 시스템내의 연계성이 기술적으로 취약한 부분을 보전해 주었기 때문인 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 어느 한 기술시스템이 자생적으로 생명력을 이어가기 위해서는 시스템 구성요소의 개별적 형성 및 발전보다는 구성요소간 그리고 시스템내의 다양한 활동주체들의 상호작용과 연계성이 중요함을 강조하였다.

In order to improve total competitive advantages in domestic shipbuilding industry, shipyards as well as marine-parts companies achieve managerial efficiency through ERP system. But, successful ERP system implementation cases of marine-parts companies are seldom reported by characteristics of small and build-to-order industry. Therefore, this study attempts to analyze a case for ERP system implementation in marin-parts company, K Inc. Especially, this study divides ERP system implementation process into preparation stage, implement stage and settle-down and stabilization stage, and then derives critical success factors in each stage. At present, the implemented ERP system is successfully operating, ERP system improve qualitative and quantitative performance. The result of study suggests some practical implications to the manager of marine-parts companies and the manager of Informatization Programs for Small and Medium Enterprises.

Recently, not only domestic businesses but also overseas businesses are expanding development and investment in automated warehouses as domestic and foreign logistics environments undergo drastic change. In such an environment, automated warehouse systems are being rapidly changed, and automated warehouse systems equipped with diversified functions are being developed accordingly. But the assessment systems of developed automated warehouse system is at a standstill. In the present article, characteristics of the automated warehouse systems in diversified development and trends of technology were analyzed, based on which evaluation items of functional suitability and reliability were derived by referring to ISO/IEC 25000 as the international quality assessment standard to secure reliability of the automated warehouse system, and an evaluation model was developed through the derived evaluation items. Through the present article, evaluation standards of functional suitability and reliability to enhance quality levels of automated warehouse systems are considered to be secured.
