인터넷의 발전과 웹 관련 기술의 발전으로 B2C 전자상거래를 비롯하여 기업간 전자상거래(B2B)에도 많은 변화를 가져왔다. B2B 전자상거래는 이기종 환경하의 시스템들과의 거래를 위해 비즈니스에 관련된 각종 정보를 처리하고 교환해야 한다. 전통적으로 기업간 거래에EDI가 가장 기본이 되었지만 사용하기 어렵고, 확장성 및 유연성 이 멀어져 표준으로 이용하기 어렵다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 최근 웹 기술을 모두 수용하는 데이터 포맷의 표준으로 떠오르는 XML을 사용하여 기업간 전자상거래 시스템에 확장성과 유연성을 높일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 B2B 전자상거래에서 이기종 환경의 시스템들간에 상호 운용성을 보다 향상시키기 위한 방법으로 기업간거래 문서를 XML문서로 보내는 기법을 제안하였다.

8천개 파트너사가 이용하는 B2B CTX시스템과 기업내부용 UC시스템을 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스로 도입, 구축, 운영하면서 발생된 시스템 안정성확보와 관리비용 과다발생 부분에 대한 문제점을 발견하고 개선한 구축사례를 통해 기업유저들이 도입선정시 놓칠 수 있는 도입 기업의 성격, IT자산의 현황, 기업의 성장률, IT관리 운영 시 최소한의 충족조건을 제시하고 클라우드 비용의 절감을 위해 온프레미스로 이전 구축사례를 소개함으로써 클라우드의 경제성에 대한 이해와 판단, 보다 합리적인 도입과 선정이 되도록 가이드를 제시하였다.

생산자동화기술을 도입하여 도입성과를 향상시키려면 자동화기술을 도입하고 활용함에 있어서 성공요인들을 문헌과 현장의 사례들을 통하여 충실히 검토하고 종합적으로 분석한 후에 이를 생산시스템에 적용할 때에는 자동화기술의 상반관계(trade-off)에 있는 성과변수를 동시에 향상시켜 경쟁력을 갖게 될 것이다. 기업전략과 생산전략을 수립하고 그 틀 안에서, 생산자동화기술 추진전략을 세워 전략사이의 적합성이 높을 때 자동화기술 도입성과는 크게 향상될 것임을 유념해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시한 생산자동화기술 성공요인이 자동화기술 도입성과에 영향을 미치므로 자동화기술 추진전략이 기업의 능력범위 안에서 이들 요인을 잘 반영하고 있는지를 검토하고, 분석한 후에 종합적으로 판단하여야 한다. 이러한 과정을 거쳐 자동화기술이 도입되고 운영될 때 자동화기술 도입효과는 극대화될 수 있다.

프랜차이즈 산업은 전문 창업시스템을 구축한 가맹본부가 사업 초기부터 가맹점의 영업활동을 지원하고 사업 노하우(know-how) 및 경영 기술을 지원 해줌으로서 창업 활동을 용이하게 도와주고 있다. 프랜차이즈 가맹점 창업의 장점은 브랜드 인지도를 활용한 영업활동으로 창업초기부터 일정한 수익을 보장 받을 수 있는 이점이 있어 소상공인의 관심이 매우 높다. 본 연구에서는 프랜차이즈 지원서비스인 가맹본부의 상품공급 수준, 고객관리 지원, 슈퍼바이저지원, 교육훈련 지원, 마케팅지원이 가맹점주의 경영성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 연구함으로 써, 가맹본부와 가맹점간의 서로 상생할 수 있는 지원서비스에 대한 전략적인 방법과 기업가정신과 개인 특성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다.

최근 고객관계 중시와 내부 프로세스 혁신의 대 명제 하에 경영 패러다임이 급속히 변화하고 있는데, 인터넷과 네트워크를 기반으로 하고 있는 최근의 비즈니스와 경쟁전략에 대한 연구는 대부분 새로운 비즈니스 창출이라는 측면에서 지나치게 온라인 기업들에 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 그러한 점에서 본 연구의 주된 목적은 고객만족과 내부 프로세스 최적화라는 품질경영의 핵심원천을 지원하기 위하여 IT와 결합된 전자적 품질경영기법의 구성요소를 제시하고 주요성공요인을 파악하여, eCRM과 관련된 학술적 연구자료를 제공하고 기업의 입장에서 보다 효과적인 의사결정의 기반을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 e-비즈니스 내부활동, 업무성과, 경영성과, 그리고 상황요인으로서의 비즈니스 특성 및 정보관리 인프라간의 관계에 관한 연구모형 및 가설을 설정하여 분석하고자 한다. 연구모형의 분석을 통해 업무성과 향상을 위한 전자적 고객관리 활동에서 정보시스템 기능성과의 상호작용효과를 확인한 점은 본 연구에서 중요한 시사점인 동시에 기여점으로 작용하였다고 할 수 있다.

This research is to analyze the mediating effect of product innovation between work-life balance (work-family balance, work-leisure balance and work-development balance) and corporate performance in venture SMEs. We test four hypothesis. First, we test the hypothesis that work-life balance has a positive effect on product innovation. Second, we test the hypothesis that product innovation has a positive effect on corporate performance. Third, we test the hypothesis that work-life balance has a positive effect on corporate performance. Fourth, we test a positive mediating role of product innovation between work-life balance and corporate performance. For this research, we administered the questionnaire surveys, and got the 162 effective data of korean venture SMEs. We use CFA and SEM analysis of research model by AMOS 18.0. As a result, we can find the four meaningful results. First, work-life balance, especially only work-development balance, has a positive effect on product innovation. Second, product innovation has a positive effect on corporate performance. Third, the relationships between work-life balance (work-family balance, work-leisure balance and work-development balance) and corporate performance are no significant after the mediating variable (product innovation) is added. Fourth, product innovation has a positive mediating effect between work-life balance, especially only work-development balance, and corporate performance. Although this research has some limitations of generalization because of the limited size of samples, we has meaningful information related to the venture companies in the academic and business field. Additionally, the Multiple Indicator Multiple Cause(MIMIC) model is recommended in the future research.

최근 국제무역질서에 있어 국제화, 세계화는 가속화되어가고 있으나 국내 산업계의 생산성과 효율성 등은 이에 미치지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 경영층의 강력한 리더십 및 종업원의 자발적인 참여를 바탕으로 종업원과 고객의 만족을 동시에 추구하여 궁극적으로는 조직의 장기적 발전에 초점을 맞추고 있는 TQM개념〔Richard, 1993〕의 도입이 급박한 상황이며, 실제로 많은 기업이 이의 도입을 추진 또는 완료하였다. 이미 도입이 완료된 기업에 대해서는 지속적인 평가 및 개선이 요구된다 하겠다. 본 논문에서는 대덕연구단지내의 K 엔지니어링사를 대상으로 조직구성원들의 품질시스템에 대한 인식 및 자체적인 평가에 근거하여, K 엔지니어링사 품질경영시스템상의 문제점도출 및 이의 개선책을 제시하고 하였다. 본 논문에 적용된 평가 모델은 TQM을 적용하는 유사기업들에서도 활용할 수 있으리라 사료된다.

최근 기업들은 빅데이터 활용을 통해 얻은 분석결과를 고객 마케팅 및 영업 전략 수립에 적극 활용함으로써 수익성 증대 및 비용 절감이라는 기대 효익를 달성하고 있다. 이러한 흐름에 따라 기업 내 시스템 사용자를 고객으로 두고 있는 HRM시스템 역시 인사데이터 분석을 기반으로 사용자의 기호와 요구사항을 반영한 가치 있는 정보를 제공해줌으로써 기존 기업 고객 이외에 잠재적인 고객층을 확보할 수 있는 맞춤형 HRM 시스템으로 진화해야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 빅데이터 기반의 인사데이터 분석의 필요성과 국외 인사데이터 분석 활용사례를 살펴보고 이를 기반으로 빅데이터 분석기술을 활용하여 사용자에게 가치 있는 정보를 제공해주는 개인화된 맞춤형 HRM시스템을 제안 및 설계하고자 한다.

This study has become a construction company will help you establish a Management Accounting System target model to move forward. Research method was to present the basic concepts and techniques used in managing complex accounting convergence look at the whole construction industry. For the successful deployment of a construction company management accounting system Responsibility Accounting System, Target Profit, Target Cost, and requires a key technique of Performance Evaluation, which the CEO's firm determination and persistence for support, proactive communication in the field and headquarters staff, the goal organizations and institutions to support the model, the standardization is required. This study is based on case studies in the future through the Delphi Method and AHP are needed.

Many business managers claim that treasury management is their leading concern. Managing cash flows is the center of treasury management. However, in reality, companies has experienced the difficulty in monitoring and controling this flow initiated by business transactions. To resolve this problem, Webcash Inc. developed an innovative systems called Branch Solution. Branch Solution stands in between banking systems and a company's ERP system to connect them. This system provides the company with an ability to control the financial flow in accordance with the physical flow of materials. Due to this solution many companies accomplish a high efficiency and visibility in their cash management. This study analyses a treasury management case from the perspective of supply-chain processes integration.
