인터넷 전자상거래가 가속화 되면서 기업간 인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래가 증가하고 있다. Business-To-Business 유형의 전자상거래는 인터넷 EDI 또는 글로벌 비즈니스 개념이 도입되어 관련 기술의 연구개발이 활발히 진행중이며 상용화된 서비스가 일부 제공되고 있다. 기업간 전자상거래 시 기업내부 인력이 외부 즉, 거래 대상 기업 또는 경쟁 관계의 기업에 자사의 영업 및 기업 비밀을 제공하는 것은 명백한 범법 행위이다. 또한 인트라넷 내부 즉, 기업 내부망에 연동된 시스템을 사용하는 직원들이 정해진 근무시간에 다른 용도로 시스템 및 전산망 자원을 사용한다면 이 또한 회사 내부적으로 규제 대상이 되어야 한다. 특히, 일과외 시간에 공적 또는 사적인 용도 외에 사용자와는 전혀 관련 없는 전자우편 주소로 암호화된 문서를 송수신하였다면 기업 책임자는 기업의 시스템 및 전산망 자원을 업무 및 개인 용도 외적으로 사용한 의심스러운 행위에 대하여 확인할 권한이 있다고 본다. 본 논문은 기업간 전자상거래 수행 과정에서 기업 내부망 즉, 인트라넷에서 적용될 수 있는 보안 정책 중 키 복구 메커니즘이 적용될 수 있는 부분을 중심으로 새로운 키 복구 정책, 시나리오, 시스템 구성 및 키 복구 프로토콜을 제안한다.

현재 전자 상거래에서 사용되고 있는 전자 카탈로그 시스템은 각 기업과 산업별로 다른 시스템 체계를 구축하고 있다. 이로 인해 각 시스템 별로 전자 카탈로그 정보를 교환 및 거래에서 사용할 수 없을 뿐만 아니라. 단순한 상품에 대한 전시에 불과하다. 또한 기업 간 거래에 있어서 전자 카탈로그의 교환을 통해서 상거래를 할 수 있는 통합형 전자 카탈로그 시스템의 필요성이 증대 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)으로 저작된 전자 카탈로그 문서를 등록하고 기업의 거래에 있어서 상품에 대한정보를 이용할 수 있는 통합형 전자 카탈로그 등록 시스템을 설계 및 구현을 하게 되었다.

In terms of B2B, business partners require works that define 1h13ir ability to operate business collaboration. The document outlining collaboration is the basis of improving the system of business partner and its interoperability. In addition, the definition of business interaction that is based on the documents demonstrating inter-cooperation of business companies is needed to function interoperability properly, and business trading is performed depending on the documents that define reciprocal action of collaboration. In ebXML, CPP(Collaboration-Protocol Profile) defines one business partner's technical capabilities to engage in electronic business collaborations with other partners by exchanging electronic messages. A CPA(Collaboration-Protocol Agreement) documents the technical agreement between two partners to engage in electronic business collaboration. In this paper, I draw up a plan for a composer system that deals with business collaboration document to ameliorate the interoperability of B2B companies.

인터넷의 발달로 인해 조직 안의 마케팅, 광고, 조달, 판매, 서비스 제품 기획 등의 각 부분들간의 전자상거래와 조직간의 전자상거래, 그리고 빠르게 변화하는 기회를 잡기 위해 모인 기업의 컨소시엄의 형태인 가상기업에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 이러한 조직내/조직간의 전자상거래와 가상기업에서 수행되어야 하는 비즈니스 프로세스를 통합, 향상시키기 위한 활동이 웍플로우 시스템이다. 웍플로우 관리 시스템은 기업의 비즈니스 프로세스를 정의하고 수행하며, 이를 추적하고 리엔지리어링한다. 하지만, 비즈니스 프로세스는 오랜 수행 기간과 복잡한 비즈니스 규칙등으로 인해 정확하고 신뢰적으로 수행하는 데에 많은 어려움을 가지며, 따라서 웍플로우 관리시스템은 비즈니스 프로세스의 자동화 및 개선을 위해서 작업 수행의 정확성과 신뢰성을 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문은 Event-Condition-Action(ECA) 규칙을 사용하여 비즈니스 프로세스를 올바르고 신뢰도 있게 정의ㆍ수행ㆍ분석ㆍ개선할 수 있는 트랜잭션의 지원을 위한 통합적이고 체계적인 프레임워크를 제시하고자 한다. 또한 웍플로우 모델과 그에 수반되는 오류 모델을 함께 제시하고 Petri Net으로 비즈니스 프로세스를 분석하는 방법론을 제시하고자 한다.

기업간 전자상거래를 위한 국제표준인 ebXML 은 ebBPSS(ebXML Business Process Specification Schema)와 CPA(Collaboration Protocol Profile)에 기반하여 거래 당사자들이 협업 형태의 업무 처리 절차에 따라 문서 및 데이터를 주고 받을 수 있도록 해 준다. 거래 당사자들의 내부 업무처리 시스템에 연동되어 B2B 업무를 처리할 수 있도록 해주는 시스템을 BSI(Business Service Interface)라 하며, 이는 트랜잭션 관리, 업무 프로세스의 코레오그래피(Choreography), 문서 관리, 보안 관리 등 협업과 관련된 대부분의 역할을 수행하게 된다. 기업간 협업에 있어 가장 중요한 사항 중 하나는 어떤 상황에서도 양쪽의 협업상태 정보는 일관성을 유지해야 한다는 것이다. 이는 거래의 신뢰도를 확보하기 위한 필수사항이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 ebXML 프로토콜에 따라 거래행위시 협업상태 정보가 양측 거래파트너에서 각기 다르게 나타날 수 있는 상황을 살펴 보고 이에 따른 BSI 시스템의 대처방안에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

e-비즈니스의 활성화에 따른 기업 환경의 변화로 인해 전자상거래와 물류 및 공급망의 현실적/효율적 운영관리를 위한 새로운 개념의 워크플로우 관리 시스템의 필요성이 절대적으로 요구되고 있다. e-비즈니스는 기업 내부 프로세스와 기업간 거래 프로세스와의 연동을 수반하기 때문에 워크플로우 관리 시스템 또한 다중 기업들간의 워크플로우 모델의 상호 연동이 필요하다. 따라서 전자상거래를 위한 기업들은 서로 다른 워크플로우 관리 시스템 및 워크플로우 모델들간의 상호 운영적인 문제를 해결하는 방법에 대한 관심이 증대되었다. 본 논문은, 워크플로우 모델러와 ebXML 기반 비즈니스 프로세스 모델러의 연계를 통해 ebXML을 기반으로 e-비즈니스를 위한 워크플로우 모델링 기법을 제시함으로써, 거래 기업간의 표준화된 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링을 효율적으로 지원하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

As the structure of an enterprise becomes complicated and distributed, the interoperability between workflow systems for the process automation among partners or departments is rising as an important issue. For the interoperability between workflow systems, we propose a data exchange scenario based on mobile agents. The scenario includes sequence diagrams and methods defined by UML. The mobile agents are designed based on the mobile agent standard, MASIF, developed by OMG. In order to prove the applicability of the mobile agent technology to workflow interoperability, we have developed a prototype function which creates and transfers mobile agents.

전자상거래란 '기업과 기업간 거래관계의 모든 측면에서 걸쳐 전자적으로 비지니스를 행하는 것'이라고 정의할 수 있으며, 이는 정형화된 전자문서를 주고 받는 전자문서(EDI), 전자우편(E-Mail), Fax, Bar-Code, 전자자금이체(EFT:Electronic Funds Transfer), 화일전송, 전자정보서비스(디렉토리, 카탈로그, 시장통계, 기술적인 문서 등 데이터베이스 서비스), 음성사서함, 이미지 시스템, 비디오 메세징 등 그 종류와 형태가 다양하다.

E-commerce requires many different types of communications and an unprecedented amount of data changes hands. The many different Platforms and systems interacting require a platform neutral standard for data exchange. One of the technologies that can fill this niche is XML, the extensible markup language established as a standard by the W3C. By being standardized and platform neutral, XML to be factor in e-commerce application and using many systems In this paper, we designed XML document that is used in transaction between corporations, and implement the B2B integration system based on XML database system. Also we use XSLT that make efficient transformation XML documents for exchanging heterogeneous XML data between corporations. So, he or she can more easily and efficiently exchange XML documents between corporations using this system.
