With progress of the sound and moving picture recording technology, sound and moving picture have been a tool for evidence and memory on human activities. Accordingly, in archival science the importance of oral history as a record is disseminating and the production of oral record is carried out actively. But for producing oral record in archival institutions, the identity of oral record need to be established more firmly. Archival science is the task which delivers the current appearance of life to future through records. Therefore producing oral record in archival science must have unique characters. And archival science is the task which is building current memory. Therefore the identity of oral more firmly. This article intends to explore the meaning and role of oral record from a perspective of archival science. All these days, the theories and methodologies had been developed focusing on written records mainly in the deep-rooted influence of positivism. But as it is enabled the creation and preservation of records through 'speech', it need to be noted that oral record is the very core of tool for delivering the current society shape and collective memory. Therefore this article will intend to explore the meaning and role of oral record as a part of effort to establish the identity of oral record.

This study suggested a digital curation framework for supporting the digital policy of institutes that collect memory. As such, it conducted a literature review and an analysis of digital curation models, as well as a focus-group interview of historians and graduate students majoring in historical studies. In this study, digital curation framework refers to an abstract model for supporting policy development and the planning for a high-level view of the archival information service. This implications of this framework are as follows: (1) to emphasize the data life cycle and connection between stages and actions; (2) to make an infra-schema for understanding institutes that create, arrange, or store specific data as the same history contents have to be provided by different institutes and as there are differences in the data's value; (3) to check the present conditions of information services and their systems; (4) to consider the practical applications of contents that have been collected and stored; and (5) to converge all data in one system through the framework and activate diverse works in the context of the framework.

In this paper, We analyze and inspect the problem of our country PSTN subscriber telephone number and suggest the ISDN/PSTN subsciber numbering plan in the future. Expecially, when you eastablish plan to change present telephone number system to ISDN telephone number system, public goverment and public office which has many calls have to be given a same number that many people want and being easy rememberance thoughout the country. Therefore we think that it is saving hours and reduce lost calls. As concrete action of convert plan it must be made consistent numbering plan when the numbering reorganization is carried out in Korea before T-time. If a partial is not carried out, it should be given when the telephone number is newly-organized or the big buliding and goverment and public office eastablich RSS individually. At that time chaos will be minimized.

Records may furnish proof of a particular action, contain information that protects the rights of individuals or government, and document decisions made during the course of government business. As business in and between government agencies will increasingly be conducted through electronic messaging service, the need to manage e-mail messages and systems is the same as for other record management systems concerning the creation of, retention of, and access to public records. Therefore government agencies that use electronic mail(e-mail) have an obligation to make employee aware that e-mail messages, like paper records, must be managed according to established record management procedures. The purpose of this paper is to suggest guidelines and/or strategies on managing e-mail messages as records for agencies which must take steps in order to make, capture, maintain, dispose, store, protect, and provide access to e-mail messages. This paper discusses on the definition of e-mail messages, principles on managing e-mail message, and how to manage e-mail messages as records.

신뢰할 수 없는 네트워크를 통한 패스워드 기반의 원거리 사용자 인증은 패스워드의 선택범위와 길이가 사용자의 기억력에 제한되는 낮은 안전성 때문에 오프라인 사전공격에 취약하다. 본 논문은 이산 대수 문제 해결의 어려움에 기반한 Diffie-Hellman 키 교환과 블록암호화 알고리듬 및 MAC을 이용하여 패스워드 기반 인증 및 키 협상 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안된 프로토콜은 오프라인 사전공격을 예방할 수 있으며, 세션키와 패스워드 검증정보가 독립적이므로 공격자에게 패스워드가 노출되더라도 이전 세션의 복호화에 영향을 미치지 않는 전향적 보안성을 제공한다. 또한 세션키의 노출이 패스워드에 대한 정보를 노출시키지 않으며, 암호화 횟수와 메시지 크기를 최소화 하여 효율성을 극대화 하였다. 따라서 웹을 통한 홈뱅킹이나, 모바일 환경이 요구되는 셀룰러 폰에서의 사용자 인증처럼 제3의 신뢰 기관을 이용하지 않는 단순 직접 인증에 적합하다.

수익성 높은 브로일러 사육을 위해서 체계적으로 문제해결을 모색하는 것은 매우 중요합니다. 그 과정에서 입수된 자료나 정보는 그 회사 또는 농장의 품질관리, 문제예방 및 사양관리 프로그램에 활용되어야 합니다. 계열화된 회사나 생산자 협회 또는 기타기관이나 기술지도 요원들에 의한 각종 세미나는 생산자들에게 브로일러산업에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점과 문제예방책에 대하여 교육하는데 큰 도움이 됩니다. 일반적으로 문제가 한번 발견되면 어떤 조치를 취하기에는 너무 늦습니다. 브로일러의 사양과 관리에 있어서 급이기와 사료 빈을 청결하게 유지해야 한다는 것을 항상 기억하십시오. 그밖에도 곰팡이 핀 사료를 먹이지 말고 급이기에는 적당한 수준사료를 유지하십시오 (이따금씩 닭들이 급이기 내의 사료를 다 먹어 치울 수 있도록 하십시오). 급이기의 적당한 공간을 제공해야 되며 여름철에는 사료를 조금씩 자주 입고하도록 하십시요. 사료원료의 품질을 철저히 점검하는 것은 품질관리 프로그램의 중요한 측면이며 문제발생을 상당히 줄일 수 있습니다. 이렇게 함으로써 보다 수익성 높은 브로일러 사육으로 향하는 문은 열려질 것입니다.

도서관은 ‘인간의 기록지식을 사회적 기억으로서 체계있게 조직하여 제공하는 사회기관’으로, 도서관과 사회는 서로 영향을 주고받는 유기적인 관계이다. 세라(Jesse H. Shera, 1903-1982)는 문헌정보학계의 교육자이며 철학자이며 이론가로, 도서관이란 무엇인가를 사회적 측면에서 깊이 연구한 학자이다. 이러한 세라의 도서관과 사회의 유기적 관계를 설명한 사상을 중심으로 북한도서관을 살펴보고자 한다. 도서관과 사회가 어떠한 관계를 가지고 서로 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 보고, 이에 대해 북한사회와 북한도서관이 갖는 관계는 어떠하며 북한만이 갖는 특수성은 무엇인지를 살펴봄으로써 북한도서관에 관한 이해를 넓히고자 한다.

전자상거래에 대한 요구가 급증하고 있는 오늘날, 상대방의 신뢰성을 보증해 주는 인증서 사용이 빈번해지고 있다. 기존에는 인증기관이 발급한 인증서를 사용자가 보관하다가, 전자상거래를 할 경우 이를 전자서명과 함께 상대방에게 제시하여 서로의 신뢰성을 확인하였지만, 이 방법은 사용자가 인증서와 비밀키를 자신의 하드웨어 디스크에 보관하거나, 스마트 카드 또는 플로피디스켓에 휴대하고 다녀야 하는 번거로움이 있었다. 사용자의 이동이 많아지고, 사용자가 자신의 위치나 하드웨어 플렛폼에 상관없이 전자상거래를 하고자 하는 요구가 증대됨에 따라서, 인증서와 비밀키를 휴대해야 하는 불편함은 커다란 제약점이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 극복하고, 사용자가 어느 곳에서든지 웹브라우져를 사용하여 쉽게 인증서와 비밀키를 사용할 수 있도록 하는 웹기반 인증성 및 키과리 시스템의 설계와 구현방법을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 사용자가 복잡한 패스워드를 기억하지 못한다는 점과 패스워드가 쉽게 노출될 수 있다는 점을 고려하여 SPEKE에서 제시한 방법을 활용하여 로그인하였고, 시스템에 외부인이 침입할 경우에 대비하여 데이터베이스 안의 중요한 정보들은 암호화하여 저장하도록 하였으며, SSL이 설정되지 않았을 경우에도 안전하게 인증서를 위탁할 수 있도록 사용자와 인증서 관리 시스템은 정보를 암호화하여 통신하도록 한다.

인간은 두뇌의 일부를 이용하여 감각 정보를 수집하고 이에 대한 분석 및 판단을 행한 후에 행동을 취하는 일반적인 과정에 의해, 느끼고 생각하고 말한다. 이런 일련의 과정은 신경생리학적으로 밝혀진 바에 의하면, 대뇌의 시상에 분포한 일차 감각영역에서 감각 정보를 수집한다. 수집된 감각 정보는 과거 기억과의 비교를 통해 인식되고 인식된 정보는 일차 운동영역으로 전달되어 행동으로 나타난다. 수집된 감각 정보를 판단하는 기관은 감각 연합 영역으로 알려져 있으며, 과거 정보를 통해 비교하여 판단하는 방식이다. 본 논문에서는 신경회로망의 적응적 학습 기법을 통해 입력된 감각 정보에 대한 추론 과정에 감정의 변화를 고려하는 학습 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 감정을 고려하지 않은 경우에 비해, 동일한 감각 입력에 대해 감정에 따라 차별화된 행동을 결정할 수 있는 학습 모델을 설정함으로써 단순한 감각 정보 처리의 차원을 극복하고자 한다.

A microcomputerized biomedical signal processing system has been designed and fabricated. Softwares for this system have also been developed to record and analyze ECG and EEG waveforms. In this systenm, the vectorcardiogram of ECG waveforms is formed automatically and displayed on CRT with of her usefull cardiac information. The frequency components of EEG waveform can also be analyzed in this system and the analyzed spectrum is displayed on CRT.
