An Analytical Study on Control Algorithm for the Precise Position Control of the Actuator System (구동장치의 정밀한 위치제어를 위한 구동제어기법에 대한 해석적 연구)

  • Using a actuator to which the motor and the gear is applied to the I-PD control method and a dual-loop system to carry out precise position control. I-PD control algorithm performs an operation to reduce the overshoot in the transient response. Accordingly, the actuator obtains a precise position tracking result. Also it utilizes two sensors and dual loops. It reduces the adverse effect on the precise position control that may occur by the end play of the gear train. In this paper, we uses the actuator model applying the BLDC motor and gear in order to determine the position tracking result by the dynamic characteristic change. It was verified by the simulation results.

  • 구동 및 동력 전달용으로 많이 쓰이는 기어장치는 최근 고속도비에서 사용이 증가함에 따라 다단기어장치의 설계에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 하지만 다단 기어장치의 설계는 장치의 파손확률을 고려하지 않고 정적인 하중과 균일한 강도를 유지하는 차원에서 접촉해석과 강도설계 등이 주류를 이루었으며 대부분 설계자의 경험과 감각에 의해 시행착오적이고 반복적인 방식으로 이루어지고 있다. 또한 임의의 시간에서 다단 기어장치가 설계자의 의도대로 작동할 확률인 신뢰성에 대한 연구가 미흡하였다.(중략)

  • Since the four-wheel drive transmits the driving force to all four wheels, the traction with the road surface increases, thereby increasing the driving force. However, it has the disadvantage of lowering fuel efficiency. Therefore, four-wheel drive is commonly used as a method of converting to optional four-wheel drive when necessary while driving in two-wheel drive. This selective four-wheel drive converts the driving force by mechanically changing the electric signal sent by the driver in the transfer case. In this study, in order to mechanically change the electrical signal, a reducer is applied to the motor to increase the torque to perform the function. Therefore, in this study, a reduction mechanism applicable to the motor inside the transfer case applied to convert the drive is derived, and the reduction ratio applying the planetary gear type is optimized accordingly. And based on the derived reduction ratio, two sets of planetary gears using a ring gear in common were applied to develop a planetary gear tooth type in which the input shaft and output shaft are decelerated in the same phase. Optimization design was carried out.

  • 본 연구는 기존의 자전거에 전기 구동장치를 장착시켜서 자전거의 페달링에 의하여 검출된 답력을 이용한 보조 동력 구동장치에 대한 개발이다. 답력의 검출은 불시의치차를 이용한 동력 전달장치를 이용하였다. 이 장치의 입력기어에서 출력기어로 동력을 전달하는 아이들 피니언 기어와 결합된 캐리어를 동력 전달시 발생하는 반력에 의한 각도를 이용하여 토크량을 측정하였다. 동력전달을 할 경우 발생하는 반력에 의한 회전각을 자기센서를 이용하여 답력을 측정하였다. 이 답력을 구동회로에 인가하여 보조동력을 자전거에 인가함에 따라 주행을 쾌적하게 하도록 개발하였으며 실험을 통하여 실용성을 고찰하였다.

  • 기어는 기계시스템에서 동력전달 및 운동전환을 담당하는 기본 요소로 공작기계, 건설기계, 농업기계 등의 산업기계와 항공기, 자동차, 선박등의 운송분야, 사무용 및 계측기기 등 산업전반에 걸쳐 사용되고 있으며, 최근에는 로보트를 위시한 자동화 장치의 구동 및 동력전달 장치로 사용되고 있다. 최근의 기어시스템은 기계류의 일반적인 경향인 고속, 고부하, 결량화 추세에 따라 고정밀, 소형화되어 가고 있으며 부하한계에 가깝도록 큰 하중에 견딜것이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 기어의 설계 및 제작시, 여유있는 설계가 허용되지 않으며 정밀성을 높이기 위한 설계로, 설계인자의 세분화가 요구되어지고 있다. 국제적으로 통용되고 있는 강도설계 규격에서 면압강도시 표면상태계수(Surface condition factor)를 정의하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 동력순환식 기어 시험장치를 이용하여 표면처리 상태가 다른 3종류(열처리를 하지 않은 기어, 침탄 및 고주파 표면 열처리한 기어)의 스퍼어 기어를 이요하여 회전수별 표면거칠기의 변화 상태를 고찰하고, 변수를 응용하여 물리적 의미를 파아갛고, 윤활해석을 통한 윤활조건과 치면상태와의 상호 관계에 대하여 고찰해 보고자 한다.

  • This paper presents a design method using CAE(Computer Aided Engineering ) with the consideration of reliability for optimal gear driving system. This method considered a configuration of the intermediate shaft. There are four mounting types, such as double straddle, double overhung, output gear overhung, and input ger overhung in the intermediate shaft. The reliability and life analysis are based on the two-parameter Weigbull distribution lives of the gears and bearing . The validity and feasibility of the proposed method are verified by the application to transmission of a industry machine.

  • We develop a method to analyze dynamic behavior off multi-stage gear train system. The example system consists of three shafts supported by ball bearings at the ends of them and two pairs of spur gear set. For exact analysis, the meshing tooth pair of gear set is modeled as spring and damper having time-dependent meshing stiffness and damping. The bearing is modeled as spring. The result of this analysis is compared to that of other model having mean mesh stiffness. The effect of the excitation force by the unbalance off rotor off motor is also analyzed. Finally, the change ova natural frequency of the whole system due to the change of an angle between three shafts is compared in each case, and from this analysis, the avoiding angle for design is advised.

  • Auxiliary Power Unit of FA-50 which provides energy other than propulsion is an important element to maintain airworthiness on aircraft. Also Inlet Guide Vane of Auxiliary Power Unit is a device that supplies appropriate airflow into the Auxiliary Power Unit after adjusting influent airflow into the load compressor. This report, based on the problems occurred the driving gears of Inlet Guide Vane, deals with cause of occurrence, troubleshooting, design improvement and result of test flight verification for FA-50 aircraft Auxiliary Power Unit lifespan.

  • 본 논문에서는 RF 플라즈마 발생 장치인 RF-Match의 기구적 최적 설계를 제안하였다. RF-Match의 정합소자 구동 기어단의 효율 개선을 위해 베벨기어를 웜기어로 대체 설계하여 백래쉬를 제거하였으며, 정합소자의 고전력 인가로 인한 아크 발생 문제의 해결을 위해 접지를 개선하여 RF-Match의 기구적 성능을 향상 시켰다.

Design of Planetary Gear Reducer Driving part to Possible Disadhesion from Electric Wheelchair (전동 휠체어에 탈·부착이 가능한 유성기어 감속기 구동부 설계)

  • Electric wheelchairs, the output from the motor is mainly applied to a speed reducer using a power transmission device such as a belt or a chain. However, although a speed reducer using a belt or chain is a simple device, it occupies a lot of space and has a space limitation, so it is not suitable for an electric wheelchair driving part. However, since the speed reducer of the planetary gear type is decelerated on the same axis, the volume can be reduced, so the space constraint is less than that of the belt or chain type reducer. Therefore, in this study, a driving part that can obtain great propulsion with a speed reducer using a planetary gear type was developed through a study on the driving part of a wheelchair that can be switched between manual and electric. Accordingly, the tooth shape of the planetary gear applied to the reducer was designed using the Kisssoft program. In addition, the drive part was designed to be applicable to the existing wheelchair wheels, and the mechanism was optimized for the manual/electric switching principle and operation principle of the drive part. Based on the research contents, the final design and manufacture of the wheelchair reducer drive unit in the form of a planetary gear having one sun gear, two planetary gears and one ring gear was carried out.
