섬유산업의 환경이 과거의 공급자 중심의 생산, 유통체제(Product out)에서 소비자 중심의 체제(Market In)로 바꾸면서 소비자의 의식과 입장에 서서 상품을 생산하고 유통하는 것을 요구하고 있다. 이러한 요구는 눈부시게 발전하는 정보통신기술을 이용하여 혁신적인 생산 유통의 Innivation인 Quick Response체제를 등장케하는 배경이 되었다. QR은 생산, 유통관계의 거래당사자가 협력하여 소비자에 대하여 Right Product, Right Pla ce, Right Price, Right Time, Right Quantity를 실현하는 것을 목표로 표준상품코드와 ED I, CALS표준등의 요소를 갖춰 기업간, 기업과 소비자가 전자거래(EC)를 실현하여 생산, 유통의 합리화를 이룸으로 그 성과를 생산자, 유통관계자, 소비자가 서로 분배하는 것이다. 또 광역의 정보네트워크를 이용하여 원부자재 업계부터 소매업계까지 유기적으로 통합, 정보의 공유화, 신속화를 꾀함으로서 부가가치를 창출해 내는 것이다. 이같은 산업체간의 정보 공동이용시스템 구축은 대기업과 중소기업의 협력사업이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 섬유의류산업의 고질적인 병폐로 지적되어온 제품의 리드타임을 해결하는 획기적인 전환점이 될 수 있다. 따라서 섬유산업의 원부자재부터 원사, 직물, 어패럴, 유통에 이르는 전과정을 통일된 표준을 도입하여 전업계가 공동 사용케하고, 그것을 정보시스템과 접목, 전자거래를 실현하기 위한 방안을 제시함.

As our society leads into information age, it becomes necessary to build a new national science & technology information system responded to new social technological change. Therefore, It is needed a picture of the new economic structure to introduce a new system, but our part of science & technology information service have not taken into account of it. This paper gives the national R&D electronic information service system of science & technology in this new change a guide to the coming structure, thus allowing it to better define and position its offerings in the context of one another. The premise of this paper is that new role of it will be based on the structure of new national science & technology information system In this research results, information society of the future is going to the direction of maximizing the economies of extent and connection. The intent of Science & Technology Integrated Information System is hold the information in common, to possess accumulation benefit of the information. In this system, science & technology information fulfill its function of a R&D part in national management system, therefore cooperation among enterprise, school and research institution is easily made through the process into more enhancing the total competition of national science & technology.

KISTI는 학술정보 데이터베이스 구축 및 서비스의 대표기관으로서 학회, 협회와의 지속적인 협력관계를 통하여 체계적인 정보화 인프라, 종합적인 학술정보 유통체제를 구축하고 있다. OCEAN은 학술정보의 효율적 관리, 편리한 검색 서비스 제공을 위하여 개발된 KISTI의 KSCD 통합관리시스템이다. 2007년 개발 이후, 정보기술 환경의 변화와 업무프로세스 개선 등을 고려하여 기존 시스템을 토대로 최신 프레임워크 도입, 데이터베이스 스키마 재설계 등 재개발의 필요성이 대두되었으며, 이에 현재 진행하고 있는 OCEAN 재개발의 주안점을 중심으로 KSCD 통합관리시스템 설계 및 구현 방향에 관하여 소개하고자 한다.

정보통신기술의 발전과 더불어 디지털 컨텐츠 유통시장의 환경 또한 정보, 네트워크, 기기가 하나의 큰 프레임워크를 형성하는 통합적인 형태로 변해가고 있으며, 예전의 물리적 형태의 전자상거래 환경에서 디지털화본 컨텐츠의 유통환경으로 발전해 가고 있다 그러나 디지털 컨텐츠는 신속하고 빠르게 복제가 되는 문제점 때문에 전자적 형태의 유통에 걸림돌로 자용하고 있다. 따라서 디지털 컨텐츠 유통을 위한 효율적, 지속적인 관리체계와 디지털 컨텐츠의 불법 복사/배포를 방지하는 방법이 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 컨텐츠 관리 및 저작권 보호, 컨텐츠의 출판, 유통 관리 보호 솔루션을 위한 DOI 기반의 Agent DRM 모델을 제안한다.

CJ GLS Co. builds successfully Warehouse Management Systme (WMS), Customer Service & Support System(CSS), and Delivery Management System using RFID. This study tris to find out the effectiveness in CJ case. RFID, the core technology of Ubiquitous network, is now implied in our policy by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry & Energy. To support the study, examples from Korea and other countries using RFID system were introduced. Examples include the definition and features of RFID and the current applications of RFID. CJ GLS Co. used RFID to build the Integrated Logistics Management System effectively. The study analyzed the background of why to use this system, the goals and objectives of system building and the effectiveness of system building. In conclusion, the future of RFID and SCM was presented.

This article examines cultural content distribution system, particularly of game industry based on the development of digital technology. In this period of convergence and fusion, some phenomenon leads the cultural content distribution system change like value transfer from platform to content. In relation to it, especially in the game industry, three types of distribution is categorized by the industrial structure (offline, online, mobile game) through the case studies and it is expected to be evolve into a base for development of distribution integration model in the future. In conclusion, the article suggest the policy subject for the promotion of cultural content that hold so much competitiveness for long-lasting development by the improvement of distribution structure, blowing off the conflict between companies and publishers, and global business, etc.

The Department of Energy's (DOE) Scientific and Technical Information Program (STIP) has successfully reinvented the way in which DOE collects, organizes, archives, disseminates, and uses scientific and technical information in the performance of research and development (R&D). Through a suite of innovative Web-based products conceived and developed by the Department's Office of Scientific and Technical Information(OSTI), information and resources resulting from the Department's R&D activities, as well as worldwide information needed by the research community, are readily available to all users in a fully integrated E-Government environment. 정보화사회로의 진행과정에서 공중통신망을 통합 가입자 상호간의 정보유통은 사회경제 활동의 고도화에 따라 더욱 다양하고 다량화될 전망이다. 이들 가입자 상호간에 유통정보를 안전하고 신뢰성있게 전달하기 위하여 안전 서비스 요구는 필연적이 될 것이다. 이러한 안전 서비스의 제공을 위해서 사업자 측면에서는 관련 장비의 상호운용성 확보와 년구개발 또는 도입 제품 평가의 용이성을 위하여 표준화가 요구되며 제품생산자 측면에서는 생산 원가의 저렴화를 위하여 반드시 표준화가 필요하다. 본고에서는 안전 기술의 표준화 연구를 수행하는 주요 국제기구인 IOS/IEC, CCITT등의 활동 중 특히 ISO/IEC JTC1의 SC27(정보기술-안전기술)에서의 브뤼셀 회의 결과('91. 10)와 CCITT SG VLL(데이터 통신)의 4차 회의결과('91.9) 를 ㄹ중심으로 안전기술 분야의 최근 표준화활동을 소개함으로써 통신사업자가 정보통신사업에 필요한 안전 기술 및 이의 표준화 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

본 고에서는 국내 대학에서 생산되고 있는 학위논문의 원문 구축에 대한 중복투자를 방지하고 학위논문의 생산, 관리, 유통을 전자적으로 관리하기 위한 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 Verginia Tech에서 주도하는 NDLTD(Networked Digital Library of Thesis and Dissertations) 사례를 참고하여 전자적 논문제출을 위한 ETD의 표준화를 제안하였으며, 학위논문에 디지털 콘텐츠 서비스 식별체계인 DOI를 부여하고 DOI와 메타데이터를 통합관리하기 위한 방안을 기술하였다.
