산업안보위협은 개인 또는 전·현직자의 이익을 위해 다양한 경로를 통해 지속적으로 산업기술들을 유출하였지만, 최근에 는 국가에서 지원하는 사이버 공격자 그룹을 활용하여 신기술을 탈취하려는 목적의 사이버공격을 감행하고 있어 현재 산업체뿐만 아니라, 국가경제의 손실이 매우 크다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보탈취를 목적으로 하는 국가 배후 해킹조직의 침투 경로 및 공격 단계와 국가핵심기술 유출 사례와 연계하여 MITRE사(社) ATT&CK 프레임워크를 활용하여 산업기술위협에 대응할 수 있는 기술을 소개 한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the value and type of online and offline linked advertisement, which is a new advertisement type that emerged with the advent of the 4th industrial revolution. In this study, based on literature research, we understood the marketing method that evolves from "4P (product, price, place, promotion)" to "4C (co-creation, community, conversation, currency)" and extracted derive 4C elements. Based on this, we analyzed what elements of 4C showed online and offline connectivity through the investigation of on and offline linked advertisements. Through the analysis results, online and offline linked advertisements were classified into 4 types and 14 detailed types according to how they were connected to the number of 4C elements. In this paper, as a final result, we verified that 4C elements of marketing that appeared in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution are represented in advertisements and suggested the typology of advertisements accordingly. This study is expected to contribute to providing new insights to advertisers and researchers who produce and study online and offline advertisements.

스포츠에 과학기술 적용이 확산되고 경기력 향상과 경쟁력 확보를 위한 기술개발사업이 추진되고 있으나, 우리나라의 스포츠산업 기술혁신체계는 단계별 연계성 부족, 전담기관 부재 등 취약한 실정이다. 본 연구는 사전 기술기획으로 스포츠산업 기술정책비전, 메가트렌드 및 기술수준격차 분석 등을 수행하는 기술기회탐색과정을 추가하고 기술기획, 선정평가, 수행관리, 결과평가, 활용관리에 이르는 전주기 개념의 기술혁신체계 구축 방안을 제시하고 있다.

군소요를 근간으로 발전해온 국내 항공산업은 계열화 미흡, 업체간의 과당경쟁 및 중복투자, 경험미비에서 오는 개발지연, 각 프로젝트간의 기술 연계성 미흡, 전문인력 부족 등의 많은 현안 문제점들이 내재되어 있어 이미 개발진행중인 사업들의 재정비를 통한 내실화가 가장 시급한 실정이다.

The capitalist economic process of glocalization and development of transportation and communication technology have led us to the significance of network city as well as concepts of global city, megacity region, etc. Network city theory pursues development of both individual cities and of the region of those cities through strengthening of mutual connectivity among them with specialized industries. On the basis of network city theory, this paper is to analyze specialized industries of cities and connectivity among them in the Youngnam region in S. Korea. It uses the methods of locational quotient, locational Gini coefficient, and shift-share method to analyze specialized industries of cities, and correspondence analysis, global and local Moran's I to examine connectivity among cities. As results, it can be identified that each city in the Youngnam region has its own specialized industries different from each others, but it seems not easy to grasp the overall extent of connectivity among them, partly because of the limitations of applied analysis methods and partly because of a lack of connectivity among cities themselves.

Science-based Industry which is future growth industry leading national competitiveness in knowledge-based society is highly science-dependent field when developing technologies. And highly science-based field is absolutely dependent on core scholarly papers. Due to researchers' need of academic papers related to developing technologies and advances of linking technologies, it is possible to link service between patents and scholarly papers. This paper's purpose is to describe on implementation linking service between EPO patent and papers that cited on search reports. First, it describe case study of other linking services. Second, it describes a kinds of data used in linking services. Lastly, it describe implementation of linking different kinds of contents (patents and papers) in KISTI.
