Recent efforts of government to improve economic performance and increase employment through industrial convergence are being promoted actively. However, unfortunately, we have little of quantitative study on the following questions; (1) what is the rate of industrial convergence progressed?, and (2) what is the rate of total effects of industrial convergence spreaded?, and (3) which is the No. 1 industry in the magnitude of inductive effect of industrial convergence? In this study, we have measured and analyzed quantitatively the following questions using patent citation; (1) how is industrial convergence progressed?, and (2) how much has industrial convergence a effect on all industry?, and (3) what is the rate of the inductive effect of industrial convergence? In doing so, decision about industrial convergence has been made using patent citation and the effect of industrial convergence is drawn from convergence I/O table which made by patent citation.

As interest in advanced countries regarding the convergence technology development increases, a methodology for identifying the core convergence technology that has a large spill-over effect on the technology and industry is required for the nation's competitiveness enhancement in the convergence technology field. Based on patent citation network analysis using 1,124 USPTO patents in the ICT convergence technology field of the smart factory, this study examined the proposed heterogeneous technology convergence index as a tool for measuring the convergence characteristics of the spillovers compared to other indexes (i.e. other sector ratio index and homogeneous technology convergence index). The proposed heterogeneous technology convergence index was used to investigate core technology sectors among ICT technology sectors of smart factory identified by government ministries. Results found 6 core ICT convergence technology sectors including the manufacturing execution analysis application sector. Also, this study conducted blockmodeling analysis using the IPC codes of patents in the manufacturing execution analysis application sector, and identified that the blocks representing the electronic communication and electric digital data processing technology sectors (Block 3 & 4) are related technology sectors which can be converged with core technology. Based on the findings, the implications for the convergence technology development planning of the smart factory field are discussed.

지식기반경제시대는 과학기술 혁신과 창조적 능력이 국가성장을 좌우함. 세계적으로 이종기술간의 융합을 통한 신시장 창출이라는 뉴 패러다임이 등장하고 있으며, 우리나라도 현재 처한 넛크랙트 위기를 돌파할 수 있는 창조형 연구 전략의 수립이 절실함. 원천융합기술은 기술의 성격상 와해적이며 블루오션 신시장 창출가능이 높으며, 따라서, 향후 미래 신산업 및 신시장 창출을 위해서는 기초원천 및 미래태동 기술에 부합하는 사업발굴이 필요한 상황임. 이에 본 기획연구에서는 미래유망 파이오니어사업의 개념, 주요특징, 파이오니어사업에서 추구하는 원천융합기술의 제반 환경, 사업성 분석 및 과학기술적 기대성과와 경제사회적 파급효과 등을 조사/분석하고자함

We investigate the effect of technology convergence and spillover on firm performance. In doing so we specifically examine how automobile firms adapting aircraft technologies perform in stock market and product market. In order to use technology convergence and spillover, we investigate the patent citation relationship between aircraft and automobile related patents and construct the measures on automobile firms' adaptation of aircraft technologies. We also measure automobile firms' performance based on market value of firms in the stock market and revenues in product market. We find that the market value increases as automobile firms use the knowledge of aircraft technologies more. However, there is no relationship between the use of the aircraft technology and the revenue of automobile firms. This suggests that the use of advance aircraft technology plays a positive signaling role in financial market while it is not associated with generating revenues in product market.

최근 할리우드를 중심으로 디지털 3D 시네마가 일반화되고 있으며, 삼성, LG를 비롯한 국내외 기업들이 적극적으로 3D 시장에 뛰어들기 시작했다. 3D는 단순히 영상분야 뿐만이 아닌 전 분야에 걸쳐 파급효과가 있는 융합형 IT 산업임에 틀림없다. 본 고에서는 이러한 3D 영상 촬영을 위한 장비 기술과 업체 현황에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

최근 들어 웨어러블 정보기기 및 기술은 세계적인 IT회사와 스포츠 및 아웃도어회사의 지속적인 투자와 관심으로 급격한 시장파급효과를 나타내며, 사회적 이슈들을 창출하고 있다. 특히, 애플 및 삼성전자의 웨어러블 왓치를 비롯하여, 코오롱과 아디다스, 나이키 등의 전형적인 의류스포츠 회사의 IT융합에 대한 투자와 관심은 새로운 웨어러블 정보화에 대한 사회적 기대감을 한층 더 끌어올리고 있는 실정이다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 아직 웨어러블 컴퓨팅과 정보화의 현실은 배터리, 휴대성, 중복성, 인터페이스 등의 다양한 웨어러블 기술의 한계생과 더불어, 미숙한 시장 환경과 부정확한 고객의 니즈가 웨어러블 정보시스템의 미래를 불투명하게 하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 웨어러블 정보시스템과 사용자 요구사항의 불확실성과 기술의 지속적 변화에 대처하기 위해서, 다양한 솔루션을 담을 수 있는 웨어러블 융합플랫폼과 의류와 IT가 연동 가능한 융합인터페이스 구성을 제안하고자 한다. 본 웨어러블 융합플랫폼은 디지털의류와 IT기술의 인터페이싱(Interfacing), 기술이력축적, 편의성향상 및 개발자확대, 표준 사용자요구사항분석, 기기효율성강화, 경제적인 웨어러블정보시스템 구축 등의 효과를 극대화시키고자 한다.

As the hacking technology for cyber-terror and financial fraud evolves, the research and development for advanced and standardized information security technology is growing to be more and more important. In this paper, the domestic level of technology and standardization for information security as compared to advanced country is diagnosed, and future policy is presented by analyzing the influence effect for market and technology. The information security is classified into information security-based & user protection, network & system security, and application security & evaluation validation with details of OTP-based validation, smart-phone app security, and mobile electronic finance, etc. The analytic results indicate that domestic level is some poor for advanced country, the technological development and standardization capability for smart-phone app security and mobile electronic finance is needed, and finally the government's supporting policy for the future Internet is urgently needed.

최근 로봇산업은 첨단기술 분야의 복합체로 기술혁신성과 성장잠재력이 유망한 신산업으로 각광받고 있으며, IT, BT 및 NT 관련 요소들이 융합되어 구현되는 기술로써 파급효과가 크다고 할 수 있다. 또한, 사회구조와 생활패턴의 변화로 인해 생명 연장과 병 치료 및 건강에 대한 사회적 관심이 커지고 고령화에 따른 노인인구의 증가로 인해 의료분야에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 상황에서 보다 더 나은 의료서비스를 제공함으로써 삶의 질을 향상시키고 국민 복지 향상의 핵심적 역할을 수행할 수 있는 분야는 의료용 로봇산업이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 최근 정부에서 10대 신성장동력으로 관심을 가지고 있는 로봇산업과 의료기술을 접목한 의료용 로봇에 대한 시장현황과 전망을 통해 의료용 로봇시장의 활성화는 물론 의료시장의 확대방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 또한, 로봇산업에서 전문 서비스용 로봇으로써 의료용 로봇이 차지하는 위상과 기술 현황 및 적용사례를 통해 향후 차세대 신성장 동력으로써의 비전을 살펴보고 의료용 로봇 기술개발을 위한 유용한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다.

차량 통신 네트워크 기술은 차량과 무선통신망이 결합된 대표적인 자동-IT 융합기술로 차량 안전 및 진단, 텔레매틱스, ITS 등 서비스 시장을 형성하며 산업적인 파급효과가 클 것으로 전망된다. 이러한 차량 통신 네트워크 기술은 차량내 네트워크(IVN), 차량간 통신 네트워크(V2V communication network), 그리고 차량과 인프라간 통신 네트워크(V2I communication network)로 구성이 된다. 본 고에서는 차량 통신 네트워크 기술의 개념과 서비스, 시장 전망, 그리고 최근 기술개발과 표준화 동향을 알아본다.

This paper is the product development of environment and safety. In growing society, the bicycle is need to have a common goals for consumers convenience and theft prevention. The bicycle is movable means. But as times passed, that bicycle is strongly recommended to replace other vehicles because that is not produced to air pollution and energy(gas, diesel etc) insufficiency. As workers using a bicycle are increased, road for only bicycle is made by additionary. The bicycles happens to several moving accidents such as car accidents because of signal mismatch between bicycle users. However, using the development products of this paper, many accident problems for bicycle can be solved. As increasing of bicycles numbers, the high cost bicycles are too increased. So, the more theft of bicycle is also happened. The developed products(turn signal system and theft prevention system) through this study kept your bicycles from more convenience and more safe.
