금속 3D 프린팅의 응용분야는 자동차, 우주항공, 의료/헬스, 전자기기, 금형 등으로 분류할 수 있다. 최근 들어 선진국을 중심으로 아크 용접기반 금속 3D 프린팅 기술의 연구개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 3D 프린팅 기술은 CAD 설계 정보를 이용한 적층 제조방식이기 때문에 내부 형상이 아무리 복잡하여도 제작이 가능하고, 디자인이 변경되더라도 별도의 금형 제작 없이 제작이 가능하다는 장점이 있다. 와이어 아크기반 금속 3D 프린팅 기술은 차세대 생산제조 핵심기술로 발전할 전망이다. 금속 3D 프린터의 기술경쟁력 제고를 위해서 적층패턴, 와이어정밀 송급 및 적층품질 실시간 모니터링 등의 시스템 제어 기술과 대형 금속부품의 고생산성을 위한 적층가공 시스템 기술개발이 진행될 것으로 예상된다. 금속 와이어 아크를 이용한 대형 3D 프린팅 시스템의 지식재산권 확보 전략을 수립하기 위해 대형 3D 프린터 기술, 금속 와이어 3D 프린터 기술, 아크 3D 프린터 기술의 세 가지 분야에 대한 특허동향 분석을 수행하였다.

Nowadays, industry clusters have been considered as critical factors for regional competitiveness and economic revitalization. It should be important to evaluate strategic positioning and establish competition strategies for Korean industry clusters. I proposed strategic positioning, identified problems, and established strategic directions by analyzing potential attractiveness based on growth and productivity and retained capabilities of proximity, networks, correlation and revenue increase for 7 regional industry clusters. In addition, I analyzed best practices of global industry clusters to provide implications on establishing competition strategies.

The purpose of this study is to build new management strategy of special libraries in the field of science and technologies. Though information service of digital libraries were developed very much due to IT technologies, management condition of special libraries is getting more worse. Immediate cause of this problem is absence of management strategies which were veiled by IT panacea. In order to overcome this problem, this study looks into the internal and external environment change which are surrounded by special libraries. And also examined procedures and method of environment analysis which is needed to build management strategies. As the result of research, this study analyze internal and external environment by SWOT analysis method, and finally propose new management strategies.

'신기후체제 대응' 이라는 범국가적 미션 뿐 만 아니라 현재 국내에서의 원자력계 입지를 고려할 때 원자력계의 적극적인 대처와 전략이 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구는 기후기술과 기술협력의 중요성에 주목하여 연구기관 및 관련 기업이 현재 보유 혹은 개발 중이거나 향후 개발 가능한 온실가스 감축 및 기후변화 적응에 활용 가능한 기술과 연구분야를 발굴하기 위해 추진되었다. 이를 위해 한국원자력연구원 및 연구원 Family 기업을 대상으로 총 3회의 조사를 시행하였다. 이를 통해 원자력발전을 통한 온실가스 감축 기여 외에도 원자력계 내에 온실가스 감축과 기후변화 적응 기술을 다양하게 보유하고 있음을 증명하였고, 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. 국가 주도의 기후기술 연구 전략이 성공적으로 수립 이행되기 위해서는 연구 및 정책 분야 전문가들의 기후기술에 대한 명확한 이해와 정부의 지원이 필요하다. 마지막으로 기술 활용 혹은 개도국으로의 이관 시 국가 NDC 달성에 얼마만큼 영향을 미치는지에 대한 성과 측정 기준이 확정 된다면 향후 고도화된 연구개발 전략 수립은 물론, 연구자들의 참여도를 이끌어 낼 수 있을 것이라 판단한다.

본 논문에서는 주요선진국에서의 IT R&D 기술기획 프로그램 및 연구개발 정책 동향에 대한 분석을 하였다. 각 국가별 주요 연구개발 프로그램 분석을 통하여 국내에서도 표준화 기술 정책 수립 시에 활용하고자 하며, 미국의 ATP프로그램, 유럽의 Framework Project 및 일본의 전략적 정보통신 연구개발 추진제도인SCOPE 프로젝트를 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 국내 IT 연구개발 정책과 표준화 정책 수립과의 연계를 조명할 수 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 새로운 정책수립 및 연구개발 전략 수립에 활용 가능하다.

표준 코디네이터는 관련 분야 국제기술 동향을 분석하여 표준 프레임워크와 중장기 표준 로드맵을 개발하고, 우리 원천기술의 효율적 국제표준화 추진과 새로운 시장 발굴을 위하여 기술별 국가별로 차별화된 전략적 표준화 협력계획 등을 포함은 '국제표준화전략'을 수립하게 된다.
