가상환경에서 애니메이션을 구현하는 방법으로는 여러 가지가 있다. 그러나 그 방법들을 살펴보면 애니메이션 데이터와 아바타 데이터가 서로 분리되지 못하고, 애니메이이션 데이터는 아바타 데이터에 종속되어 있다는 단점이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 애니메이션 데이터를 아바타 데이터에 독립적으로 기술할 수 있도록 새로운 행위 기술언어를 정의하고 이를 활용할 수 있도록 하는 시스템을 개발, 제시하도록 한다.

XML은 임의 형태 문서, 임의 응용에 대해 일반화 마크업(Markup)을 정의하기 위한 방법을 표준화하는 메타 언어(Meta Language)로서 기술적 문서 마크업을 생성하는 기법과 문서의 지능적 내용이나 체계를 정의하기 위한 언어를 제공하며, 다양한 응용들 사이에 구조화된 데이터를 상호 교환하기 위한 도구와 다양한 입력으로부터 출력의 내용, 구조, 조직을 표준화하기 위한 방법을 제공한다.

The purpose of this paper is to find out the nature of language variation by exploring the ways of the progress of the language variation that produces all English-lects, i.e., the World Englishes. The study of language variation in linguistics is a hybrid enterprise, so the study of World Englishes has led to the recognition of a highly diverse set of all English-lects, encompassing regional dialects, sociolects, ethnolects and (post-)colonial dialects of World Englishes. In this paper, we propose a hybrid language variation model with three interacting factors of social distancing, on/off-contact, and linguistic diversity to examine the characteristics of language variation. In the context of World Englishes, the social distance is typically low in terms of their local location (country/speech) for local purposes. The social distance also varies based on online/offline communication modes and other social factors like gender, age and ethnic groups, resulting in all English-lects. To clarify the nature of World Englishes, the core Englishes, BrE, AmE and CanE are discussed here.

본 논문은 세종 전자사전을 구성하고 있는 하위사전의 하나인 세종 용언전자사전에서 사용되는 의미역 기술체계 및 그 목록을 소개하는 논문이다. 본 논문은 2부로 구성되어 있다. 1부에서는 의미역이란 개념을 정의하고 의미역 기술의 의의를 순수언어학적 차원과 NLP의 응용 기존의 비판에 관하여 우리의 응용 차원에서 설명한다. 아울러 1부에서는 의미역 개념에 대한 기존의 비판에 관하여 우리의 입장을 밝힌다. 제 2부는 본론으로서 세종 용언전자사전에서 사용되는 의미여 기술체계 및 목록 그리고 그것이 지니는 의의를 소개하는 부분이다. 제 2부에서는 우선 세종 용언전자 사전이 의미역 기술 및 목록 확정을 위해서 채택하고 있는 원칙을 밝힌다. 그 다음에는 현재 세종 용언전자사전에서 사용하고 있는 의미역 목록을 각 의미역의 정의와 함께 소개한다. 끝으로 세종 용언전자사전의 틀 내에서 이루어지고 있는 의미역 기술이 갖는 의의와 현 의미역 기술체계가 지니고 있는 문제점을 지적한다.

This paper proposes a method of forecasting the computer technology development direction. Most computer technology researches in Korea are developed from hot research issues. This approach to take research topics mostly produces less valuable results. In order to choose more valuable research topics, researchers should company with the technology development trends. This paper proposes a way to forecast the computer technologies on the way to the future. It analyzes the development history of programming languages, and forecasts future directions as extensions of the history.

OWL(Web Ontology Language) is the Ontology Standard Language and the a lot of Ontologies are being constructed in OWL. But the research on the extension of OWL is also progressing because of the limit of representation power of in OWL language. The W3C suggests the SWRL(Semantic Web Rule Language) based on the combination of OWL and RuleML(Rule Markup Language), which is improved in the representation of rule. Thus, both OWL and SWRL are used for developing ontologies. However, research on inference of ontologies written in both languages is just begun. These day, for the inference of ontologies written in both languages, ontologies and divided in to two parts. The part written in OWL and written in SWRL. For the inference of the part written in OWL, Racer, a DL based inference engine, is used and for the other part Jess, a rule-based engine, is used. In this paper, we will propose three methods for integrated inference of the OWL part and the SWRL part of ontologies using Jess and some tools for ontology inference : OWLJessKB and SWRL Factory

Mentally disable children feel as failure because they have difficulty in restricted and undifferentiated communications with others. It also makes the counter-partner feel frustrated. Therefore, in the aspects of language acquirement and communication activities, it is essential to let the disable children learn and communicate voluntarily. Music provides the unthreatening and interesting stimulus as non-language communication vehicle. Musical experiences for mentally disable children's are multi-stimulating experiences that make a positive influence in speech and language development and development of variety of talents. There are many communication intervention and method to treat the mentally disable children. One of the most effective treatments for mentally disable children to acquire communication techniques by expressing the language more naturally and joyfully is the musical therapy. This study analyzes children's communication technique referring to response action and attempt action through video tape observation. Also, this study measured the receptive and expressive language by PRES(Preschool Receptive-Expressive Language Scale) as a test tool in order to examine the pre-post language ability for respective children as pre-post period of therapy activity. First result of this study showed that music therapy with song was effective for mentally disable children in enhancing the communication techniques centered with communication response and in attempt action by increasing the communication action incidence. Secondly, pre-post comparison test with PRES showed that the music therapy with song was effective on improvement the receptive and expressive language ability of 4 children.

가상 기계 개념은 목적 기계에 영향을 받지 않는 컴파일러의 중간언어로부터 시작되었다. 즉, 기존에는 실행 프로그램이 하드웨어와 운영체제에 종속적이었으나 가상 기계는 플랫폼 독립을 가능하게 한다. 임베디드 시스템이란 전용 동작을 수행하거나 또는 특정 임베디드 소프트웨어 응용 프로그램과 함께 사용되도록 디자인된 특정 컴퓨터 시스템 또는 컴퓨팅 장치를 말한다. 임베디드 시스템을 위한 가상 기계 기술은 모바일 장치와 디지털-TV 등에 탑재할 수 있는 핵심 기술과 다운로드 솔루션을 이용한 동적인 실행 기술이 요구된다. 또한 컨텐츠 개발을 쉽게 하기 위해서 다양한 언어를 지원하고 언어들 간의 통합이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 클래스 파일 포맷, PE 파일 포맷 등 기존의 가상 기계를 위한 파일 포맷들의 분석을 기반으로 하여 임베디드 시스템을 위한 실행 파일 포맷인 EVM 파일 포맷을 제안한다. EVM 파일 포맷은 언어 통합을 지원하고 구조가 간결하며 확장이 용이한 특징을 지닌다. 또한 메타데이터와 중간언어(SIL)가 서로 독립적으로 구성되어 분석이 쉽고 타입 체크가 괸리한 구조이다.

이 발표에서는 공시적 기술 위주의 대규모 언어사전으로서의 현대한국어 사전을 구상할 때 성찰이 요구되는 서술명사의 처리방안을 생각해 보고자 한다. 보통명사의 한 하류부류인 서술명사로 특징지어지는 명사 약속을 실례로, 그 통사 어휘적 기술을 시도하고, 그 결과를 활용하는, 언어학적으로 근거있는 명사의 사전항목 구성을 검토해 보는 것이다. 약속의 항목에 명시적으로 표시되어야 할 주요 어휘 통사적 속성을 제시하고 또 이들의 사전적 표상을 위한 몇 가지 실제적 제안을 소개하려고 한다.

자동 음성 인식(Automatic Speech Recognition) 혹은 Speech-to-Text(STT)는 컴퓨터가 사람이 말하는 음성 언어를 텍스트 데이터로 전환하는 일련의 처리나 기술 등을 일컫는다. 음성 인식 기술이 다양한 산업 전반에 걸쳐 적용됨에 따라 높은 수준의 정확도와 더불어 다양한 분야에 적용할 수 있는 음성 인식 기술에 대한 필요성이 점차 증대되고 있다. 다만 한국어 음성 인식의 경우 기존 선행 연구에 비해 예사말/높임말의 구분이나 어미, 조사 등의 인식에 어려움이 있어 음성 인식 결과 후처리를 통한 성능 개선이 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 N-Best 음성 인식 결과가 구성되었을 때 Re-ranking을 통해 한국어 음성 인식의 성능을 개선하는 모델을 제안한다.
